Nothing really - it was a terrible guest house Shabby interior with multi coloured anaglypta wallpaper which was peeling. Bedroom doors not very secure. Bathroom sink cabinet chipped with chipboard exposed. No WiFi. Breakfast a rip off for an extra £6 it was a continental breakfast with a few pieces of salami, ham and cheese. Owners didn't speak very good English. Reminded me of a bad 1970's Blackpool b&B.

Rooms neat, clean and a good bargain. We requested 2 rooms for 4 adults and a child. Only one was ensuite, which was a little inconvenient, though not a large problem. Facilites were a door down from our room and we did not have to share them with others.

It was very disapointing, the bathroom and shower were utterly pathetic, pieces of tile missing in the shower, the shower was constantly hot and cold. All in all, a horrible stay, would never recommend.

Very friendly staff. Flexible check-in and check-out times. Optional breakfast (we didn't need it so appreciated not having to pay for it) Close to water front, shops and cafes. Faulty tap in bathrooom.

Location in Broughty Ferry. Very basic facilities. Breakfast was minimal. Room alternated between too hot or too cold. No ensuite, though did have a separate private bathroom.

In the nice suburb of Broughty Ferry. Out of town just a tad but still very quick and easy to get to central Dundee. Can't fault it for the price I paid.

the welcome we received when we arrived, (we were about an hour early) was second to none, we were greeted by the very lovely lady of the house, and served coffee all round, which after a very long journey was very welcome. the rooms were clean and comfortable, the only small drawback was the room was not ensuite, which we knew when we booked, the unusual style continental breakfast was a susprise, but all in all a very nice guest house. we would stay again, gladly.

Hosts were very welcoming. Parking facilities Lack of decoration (not cosy enough) in room and dining room. Even if everything was ok, it was difficult to feel comfortable...

The people running the Guest House are very helpful. The room had a very narrow double bed. It was also broken so we were afraid to move thinking it would fall apart. One of the bathrooms were extremely small, difficult to use. It said in the reservation that full English breakfast was included but no there wasn't any warm food, only a plate of some cold cut. Greatly overpriced considering the standard!

It was a great 1 week stay for me. I was there for an exam in Ninewells Hospital, Maria even made an extra big breakfast for me on my exam day ! Felt so homely ! David the young gentleman who was at that time in charge of the guest house, has been very friendly and helpful, we had some great chats too ! I was staying at the attic room which is quite large, it was clean and comfortable. No problem finding food in broughty ferry, and Broughty castle and Orchar park is just nearby. Thank you David and Maria !

Maria was very nice. Room was ok but the private bathroom was outside the bedroom. You had to use a key each time to use the bathroom. The bed and breakfast was very close to shops and restaurants. The bathroom outside the room.

Immediate attention to guests questions; eagerness to provide accurate information about transportation to sites; friendly and personable staffmember. Owner was not on site, but had contact both before and after stay via email and was also interested in customer satisfaction. Very nice!
