The apartment was well equipped

it's a bit far from the central of London
I like the location and the facility alone is faultless value for money.
Checking in after a day of training the only thing I wanted to do was crash. At 6pm when arriving desperate for a shower after a day of physical training I was informed my room would not be ready for another two hours checking in at 8pm. I had to go to dinner unwashed/still in work gear. This disappointed me, as previously I had a great experience. Wifi was poor, when I rang for assistance I was told it should work. Did not help. The toilet plumbing for such a lovely facility continued to drip all night disturbing my sleep. I felt I was continually having to excuse the problems when wanting to inform the reception of my experience no one was available to receive my key durning check out- no chance to express my thoughts.

The room was boiling and both myself and my colleague found it uncomfortable. Out of the 6 staff stood at reception (although not sure if the ones in casual clothes listening to music were staff) I am not sure if they had received any customer service training. At 25 minutes to 3 we were told "no check in until 3" not even a pretend phone call to see if our room was ready. The penthouse didnt have a balcony although it did have a large window ledge that you could just about stand on. The only wifi was an external provider with no internal support. I didnt like the fact that I need somewhere in that location to bring staff were meetings but was bitterly disappointed.
Location was great for where I needed to be for work. Nice to have more space than a small hotel room. Facilities great for price.
I asked that someone else be able to check in first due to my work committments. This was agreed and confirmed via email. Aside from each email being addressed to my surname (unprofessional), I was then asked for copies of passports and credit card as proof that I was the customer. Then when my partner went to check in they were told that no this is not allowed, even with a copy of the email saying it was. A very poor start to the stay and no efforts made to help the situation. After additional forwarding of emails that were sent the day before, they were eventually allowed to check in for me. No airconditioning. Unusually hot weather meant I needed ventilation, but road noise and late night noise from summer revellers prevented a confortable nights sleep.

The staff were rude. The room was ok but lacking in many features. Balcony not as big as expected and overlooked a building site. The place has no personality. Would not stay again.
The furnishing and general layout of the one-bedroom Apartment, including the well-laid out and equipped kitchen and the homely environment of the interior. This created an ambience of comfort. I booked and paid for a Studio Suite but was given a complementary upgrade to a one-bedroom. That was a pleasant surprise!
The location of the Apartments building. Apart from the nearness of the Aldgate East underground Station, the environment is more of an office area. Also, for the 3-day period of my stay, there was no supply of fresh towels for the bathroom, apart from the set I met after I checked in. The Wi-Fi too was very epileptic and I had to open an i-Cloud e-mail account before I could connect.

I liked the modern decor of the flat, especially kitchen. Rooms were spacious, and comfortable. Location of the apartments is it's main advantage.
I was disappointed with the Wi-Fi. I didnt choose a hotel with Wi-Fi to connect to The Cloud (unsecured network) where I could do so at any other public place. Also, I was disappointed that check out time was 10am, and had to pay another £30 to stay an extra 3 hours.
3 mins walk from Aldgate east tube station. Excellent value for 4 or more people. Helpful reception (24 hrs). Great in case you lock your self out in the middle of the night.
Double bed in one of the rooms could not sleep two people.

Uncomfortably warm in the recent summer temperatures, even with the windows ajar, it was extremely stuffy, and if we left the windows open at night, there was no way of securing them, and they rattled. I found it frustrating that there were no easy instructions for microwave and washing machine use (these appliances are difficult, as there are no words on the dials) - only a thick owners manual under the sink - a quick "how to use page" in the information folder is needed. No hooks or rails for hanging things in the bathroom - there was one heated towel rail but it was difficult to use as too close to the wall.
WOW. Had I only found this wonderful facility for our earlier trips. I will absolutely stay here in the future. It was CLEAN, GORGEOUS, SPACIOUS, located centrally and the price was so fantastic. THIS FACILITY WAS HEAVEN. Utterly gorgeous. I wanted to move in!
We were not able to access the wifi but we were so exhausted we didn't resolve it with the front desk. We handled our wifi needs at a restaurant after check out.
The apartment was nice being on the highest floor the view was amazing
Being told that the room went up in price by over 250% when I had already booked the reservation. The branch manager also spoke to me like I was a child and tried to charge me an £100.00 extra pre- session, her apology was not sincere. Besides the manager the staff at reception where pleasant, but cluless at check in.
