The sq meters of the apartment, facilities inside and views that make you feel at home The cleanliness, the poor wifi available inside the apartment and the check in and check out processes. It was really upset when we had to take all the lugagge with us to spend our last day in London because we were told there weren't enough place for it (4 hand bags).

The reception area was staffed by just one person and as the organisation was so chaotic he was constantly away from the desk sorting out problems. I paid extra per night for an extra single bed in the second bedroom, but this was impossible because 3 single beds would never have fitted into the second bedroom. However, no one at booking.com or the Marlin Appartment told me this so I didn't know until my arrival. To add insult to injury, the room we were booked into wasn't ready. Then the room we were put into only had a double bed in the guest room (for three children) and when it was seperated into twin beds I had to carry the bedding and extra towels needed for the room from reception to the room and make up the beds myself. Then we were phoned by the receptionist in the morning and they asked us to move rooms! I thought I had booked into a four star luxury appartment so I was distinctly unimpressed. Before the holiday I had called booking.com to ensure that the room would have three single beds in the guest room and I was assured that it would have. It seems booking.com has no knowledge of this appartment building at all or it would have known it was impossible. The guest room is just too small. I was extremely fed up with three tired children waiting for 1.5 hours for the situation to be sorted out.

We had a guesthouse room located at the 16th floor and the view was simply amazing. The staff was horribly rude, especially the night concierge. Also I have been accused of breaking the microwave which was broken prior to our check in and they have charged me a penalty of 200GBP, which I am currently contesting. We were never showed the room with a memeber of the staff and didn't get to test the equipment with a witness. This is extremely unfair.

Excellent facilities, of a standard that exceeded my expectations. Plenty of space, top quality fixtures & fittings, toiletries and towels. Spotlessley clean and the high floor I was on ( 12 ) offered amazing London views. Would not hesitate to recommend

My partner and I were in London from Spain primarily for a friends wedding. We chose the apartments due to the superb location to Shoreditch and Tower Hill where the church and reception where located. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and the kitchen facilities were great for our breakfast on the 3 mornings thanks to the local Tesco. The rate offered was far cheaper than any hotel during that weekend period. We definitely stay again if we could secure a similar rate.

This is the second time we have stayed here in the last six months - and we shall return for future trips to London. The Aldgate is conveniently located for us and has great transport links with the rest of London. It is in easy walk of great historical sites - Tower of London and the river are just two examples as well as some great shops, markets, restaurants, cafes etc. We especially like having more room than you'd get in a hotel - a kitchen and living dining room as well as bedroom and bathroom are welcomed additions. On both occasions the views from the windows have been stunning.

Nice apartments, well fitted out They do not clean the rooms every day, you would think that they would do basis cleaning of toilets and the kitchen. To me this makes the place unhygienic and forces you to clean up yourself, if you are busy this is a pain. No supermarket close by to get food etc. Poor TV sat coverage, no sports etc.

Excellent two room apartment with two double beds and two bathrooms in top shape with a nice city view on the 9th floor. Close by Aldgate East tube station. a good (but ordinary) breakfast place situated across the street. Overall better than expected. Good restaurants and pubs within walking distance around Spitalfields Market and in St Catherines Dock. Neighbourhood is ok but a bit rough. The hotel debits a credit card fee (4%) which is not stated on your booking confirmation. They also reserve a deposit on 200 £ when checking in.

I felt really safe, which is important to me when I am on my own. It was extreamly comfortable, with great views. The apartment had plenty of space and everything I needed, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen tv and quick internet access. The place was immacuatly clean and the furniture was relatively new. Have already recommended Marlin Tower Bridge to some of my friends.

Marlin Tower is well equiped in the kitchen, convenient for London Underground, rooms were clean and warm. Rooms were sound proof and a good size. Kitchen utensils were not very clean having been washed in the dishwasher and not by hand. Frying pan needs to be replaced Removal of refuse from room ,down to guest

The room was exceptional - when we had an issue with the TV it was sorted out straight away. Best apartment we have stayed in in London so far The check out time is too early - 1030am is not long enough a time to check out and the rates to check out late is too expensive

Very comfortable. Well designed rooms and facilities - everything you might need. Quiet. Very pleasant and responsive staff (we asked for an extra blanket and to sort out a small problem in the bathroom and they came in less than 10 minutes). Convenient location.
