No kettle but was provided when requested. Toilet seat had a large crack. Breakfast was dire - not worth £8 - muesli, yoghurt, bruised apple, croissant, orange juice and coffee sachet. £6 for full buffet breakfast at other hotels in London incl cooked.
We were upgraded from a studio to a 3 bed so had lots of space! Great to have free wifi. Had initial supplies of coffee/tea/milk, toiletries and dishwasher tabs - you don't want to have to buy those if only staying for a night. Parking was really secure
A bit difficult to locate

Would be nice if there was some soap pad and washing up liquid to properly clean the dishes and pans.
Location. Room size.
We had an apartment booked in Canary Wharf, when we got there we were told we had to be moved to another development due to a maintenance issue. When we got to the second location at Limehouse, we were rudely told we were in the wrong place and sent to another location. We were then sent to Aldgate where we were sent to a 3rd location of another building they managed. We arrived to find the key, that was meant to be in a lock box, wasn't there. After a long wait, the manager from Aldgate brought it over, however when we got into the apartment it was not what I had been told it would be. There was no free WiFi, no widescreen tv, no DVD player. Not even a kettle. I was appalled by the service and the apartments.
If there is a problem, then it is the location. It is far from London city center.
I really engy apartment, people their are friendly, The apartment is very clean and nice.
The Internet was slow and an extra pot or frying pan wud be great.
The staffs were very professional and helpful. Booked a one bedroom apartment, I wanted an early check in And my apartment was not available at that time. I was upgraded to a two bedroom penthouse apartment for same price. Great value for money.
I would expect more from the reception staff. They were not able to answer how appliances in the rooms worked and although guided to read some brochures they were not all present. I was missing dishwasher tablets which was quite a challenge to get. It would also be nice to see a t towel and washing up liquid provided. The apartment information needs to be updated regarding where the rubbish bins are located. Some little changes would make a big difference.
The apartment was warm, wifi worked well. Location is good near Canary wharf.
The bed was mediocre at best. It was like lieing on springs that just constantly made noises.
The location is great. The apartment was clean and had everything that you could ask for - including Sky with Sky Movies package :).
Internet connection was weak at times.

Could have done with more pillows
The room was spacious with a balcony. The bathroom was excellent with a bath and shower.
Staff promised to only charge me once, 2 different payments have came out and they will not refund me ! Still waiting for £200 deposit back also
Only issue was that the cooker did not work, but in the end we did not use so, ok, but it should be corrected for future guests.

Noisy young people partying despite the fact that there is a no party policy! Kept us up until gone 2!
Loved the kitchen facilities - ability to cook out dinner was great - oven, microwave and hob.
It's around 15minutes walk to the nearest station. South Quay. Walk to canary wharf is slightly longer.
Location is excellent and the prices are very competitive.
No transportation from the station in canary south to bynge street.
The friendly disposition of the staff and prompt attendance to complaints.
The kitchen equipment needs a little more imagination, very sparse on pans, spoons general cooking equipment, but we managed as possible most do. However if you ask for the breakfast food, which is excellent quality, cooking it can be a bit of a challange

quite expensive; also our friends with whom we shared the 2br apt arrived before us and had to pay (again) the first night stay, which was later refunded. Difficult to locate.
Access to Central London by Tube. Well appointed, comfortable apt with free wifi.
Location was bad ! Nothing around apart from council flats and a tesco! Was overpriced for location can get better prices ! Staff were nice but unprofessional had to use their mobiles to relay card details to another office !! And got stung with £200 security bond!!!
Just as in pics but bed uncomfortable anf you get charged £200 deposit on ur card plus staying fee! Didnt tell us till we boked! A good 10 min walk to station and nothing around to do will need a car ! We was facing a block of council flats! No air con either !
The rooms was a little cold
The apartments are in a good location,with a shop near by. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean.
Noisy neighbours who partied ALL night Sofa bed mattresss was very uncomfortable - springs almost coming through!

Not as described in the add, very dirty, leak in the bathroom and kitchen, found cigarettes on the floor and the flat stank. Staff promised to change us but never heard anything. So disappointed and NEVER EVER again
