Bed and the linen very poor..linen colour was off white..pillows very bad quality and duvet aslo bad quality..
It was very bad from begging from cleaning and service it seems they want to suck your money I will never stay there

The Sofa bed where I slept ( bad quality of mattress)and noise from the road.
Close distance to the DLR and Underground. Secure on site parking although £15 a day is quite a lot. Apartment was clean.
The staff member who checked us in were abrupt. The room was uncomfortably hot with no thermostat and the only window/door was the sliding door to the balcony. There was no kettle and when we tried to contact the reception no one answered. The tv kept turning itself on throughout the night. And not as luxurious as the advert makes it out to be. Not one photo was actually our room.
We arrived at 3am & there was a sign on the door to call a mobile number for someone to let us in, which was nice that they're obviously secure and 24 hour service. The instructions were pretty clear, there was even a washer/dryer in the apartment and a dishwasher, so there was barely any need to lift a finger in terms of making sure everything was clean before leaving.
As I closed the door of the apartment, the door-closing arm at the top made a huge banging sound as it's hanging off, and almost fell on my head. The bathroom tiles on the floor have lost their grout and move around really easily. There is little to no water pressure in the apartment. Having a shower was like gently pouring a glass of water on your head. Useless. The toilet flush wasn't much better, which is a problem when 2 young men are there.

Check in was really stressful.. I was the card holder of payment but wasn't arriving until 10pm the other guest were earlier.. I knew this would be probmatic so I called marlin a couple of days ahead of booking . I was told everything would be ok if I emailed my bank card and ID which I did .. But on arrival of my 1st guest no one at marlin knew anything about my pre arrangements .. Trying to resolve the scenario while boarding a plane was not the best ... And was a bit embarrassing for my business guests

Location to office was great.
Saturday night was very noisy between 10-12pm lots of teenagers meeting and neighbours shouting etc... Should put the detail of the autos deposit on booking info and requested 13:00 check in only to have to pay £20 for early entry
TV wasn't work at all
the location was good, the wifi was a bonus. The second member of staff we dealt with was helpful but she was on her own!
the fact that the check in desk is badly under staffed. the first member of staff was very unhelpful. we arrived at 2:45pm and wanted to charge us extra for early check in. Check in was 3 o'clock! Then when we came back due to the under staffing of the desk it then took over an hour to check 3 different rooms in.

The aparment me and my girlfriend stayed at was super clean.
The room was too hot. Swelteringly hot which ruined our stay. The staff on reception were not helpful on arrival nor departure. Key fob didn't work and I got locked in the car park at 1am?! With no one answering phone on reception! Slow, slow and disinterested staff. Terrible experience.
The 2 bedroom pent house floor under sofas were dirty and had used cobdom on the floor . Looked like it had not been propley clean in weeks. The window handle was broken and would not close
The apartment was nice and spacious and very clean. The balcony was lovely and we had drinks outside and breakfast in the morning. Only a short walk from South Quays DLR and there were a few shops around which was handy. The beds and bedding were splendid and we all slept very well.
There was no one picking up the phone in reception in the morning for about half an hour and we did not have a kettle or hairdryer. We had to make tea using a saucepan which was a bit of a pain.
Full of home comforts and well presented
