Convenient location, good size apartment, value for money but needs a/c facilities during summer. Also needs a lot better concierge service. The parked cars on the road. |

Having booked an apartment with a balcony for a special birthday treat, we got a view of the side of a building through dirty windows, no balcony and windows that opened 2 inches. |

The apartments were newly refurbished and a little london hideaway - pefect for a stay of 2 days or more... The description of being 'near' the O2 arena was misleading and caused us problems...the floor was filthy and the noise was terrible...we were on the ground floor and had one of the least nice apartments - i think the others probably would have been fantastic |

It was completely self contained and we required nothing more. It was extremely clean, and in immaculate condition Personally for us, it was too far out from anything. we stayed as it was close to the o2, but then the jubilee line was out anyway. A 6 min tube journey ended up taking an hour. Also, when we arrived back to he appartment, we were greeted by a group of youths in the lobby who were drinking vodka from bottles and being noisy. |

Whilst the appartment was generally very good and well appointed, there wre no cerial bowles, very few plates, no wine glasses, only 2 tumblers. So I think it needs a bit of a re-fit on the kitchen equipment side of things. |

Very clean and tidy and a very good sized apartment. Didn't meet any staff, so difficult to answer. Also, the only reason I've not rated services/facilities as excellent is because the master bedroom had the shower out of order when we arrived, so 4 of us had to share 1 bathroom, which wasn't ideal. |

the bath/shower needs maintaining shower screen alowered water onto the floor. appartment nothing like the picture on the website and it not only did not overlook Cannery warfe but looked inward onto a courtyard. not enough cutlery or crockery for 4 people. |

Th location was excellent for the O2 and the staff were very helpful. It would be useful to have somewhere to store luggage, especially as the rooms may not be ready until quite late in the day. |

It`s location in respect of accessability to DLR stations and underground and location to the O2 Arena. It is in a relatively quiet street and their was little noise in the building itself. Apartments well appointed with all the facilities that could be wanted for a short or long stay. |
