The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was warm. The kitchen worked very well but the cooker was rather complicated to use so I didn't! I stayed for a week and nobody cleaned the room and I only got clean towels 'cos I asked. It seemed that I had to clean it and take out the rubbish which didn't seem right as I was paying £100+ a day. I had hoped to watch the tennis matches from o2 that I didn't have tickets for but there was no Sky sport in fact there were very few Sky channels to watch. |

The location was quiet and the walk to the tube was very short. If you like shopping malls then you are practically staying in one. The room was spacious and included a balcony. It had a Murphy bed but could have easily fit a couch and a bed. The stove was a 4 burner and worked quite well. It had a very large refrigerator and the washer/dryer and dishwasher both worked very well. It has a drip coffee maker. The number of broken things in the room was staggering. Some of the items they told me about before I got to the room. The hall lights did not work, the microwave was missing the turntable, broken tile in the bathroom, busted cabinets, broken toaster, incomplete and dirty dishware, and the hallway stunk of garbage. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm for most London aparthotels so the broken items were by comparison minor and you find a way to work around them. |

There was plenty of space and it was great to have 2 bathrooms It was a nightmare to find the location and speaking to staff via telephone was not good as they were unable to give clear direction, so maybe good if staff had map on front desk so that they could direct clearly if walking from Canary Wharf tube. |

Great location, 7 mins walk to public transport. We lit, so felt safe in the evenings. On a quiet street, so no worries about road noise. Heaps of restaurants close by. Plenty of shopping in Canary Wharf, or easy access to the west end on the tube. |

We liked the apartment which was spacious and had all the facilities we needed. We did not like the smell of the sewers in the evening. |

Clean functional apartments, 2 restraurants very close, 1 Indian and 1 Thai. Very quite out of the way apartments, about a 15 min walk from canary wharf on the Jubilee line or Herons Quay on the DLR. Ideally placed for the O2. Hotel was ok, my only gripe was - the Jubilee Line Closed on one day and had to make alternative travel arrangements - otherwise no complaints. |

excellent value for the price paid, with a modern, clean, very spacious and well equipped apartment. Would definitely use them again. surprised at having to provide a card for a pre-authorised security deposit of £200, as this is not clear from the booking information I received |

Appartement was clean, close to mall and tube One of the kitchen kabinets was broken, glasses were missing. The appartments need minor fixing up. which is a shame since it detracts from the experience |

Location, quiet. Inventory was dirty and had fire stains on some of them, the carpet had stains. The kitchen was greasy. The underwear of one of the people living there before was up on the cupboard. After telling the crew the situation was not really better. This is definetely not a 4 star standard. |

Our two-bed two-bath apartment was spacious and clean, although minimally appointed. Ladies at the front desk were very helpful. Jubilee line reasonably convenient to Green Park. On a main road so traffic noise and local residents were a nuisance at night. Internet is broadband (not wireless) and did not work with Vista which was very frustrating. Canary Wharf too isolated. |

Convenient location, good size apartment, value for money but needs a/c facilities during summer. Also needs a lot better concierge service. The parked cars on the road. |
