Marlin Canary Wharf  

I was totally impressed with the whole experience of renting an appartment opposed to a hotel room. The marlin appartment had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Location and staff were excellent too. I will certainly stay there again when I visit London next

Didnt like the 200 deposit they took on arival or the 15 car park fee..hate hidden costs!

We were offered a penthouse which had a large balcony. (Without furniture)

We arrived 30 minutes earlier and were advised we would need to pay £20 to check in. The apartment smelt very clinical as though it had been mopped in bleach. The pictures portrayed the location being on canary wharf river however it was set back in an unsafe area.

rude staff, silly check out time of 10.30 just a way to make more money, very expensive prices, small living space

there was no hot water for our entire stay, we rang them to come and check it and they didnt sort it out!!! nothing was offered back to us and it totally ruined the trip

Excellent location, clean, day to day utilities provided in the apartment.

No mirrors in the bedrooms, bathroom door locks missing, maintenance required in the bathrooms particularly the floor tiles.

Blaeke and his colleagues were very pleasant, timely in response to requests, helpful and always cheerful. The 1 bedroom suite was spacious, comfortable and well set up in terms of facilities, eg, washing machine, drying frame, etc. The location is marvellous, a very short walk to shops and Canary Wharf itself and incredibly convenient for 3 forms of transport, bus, tube, dlr. We really enjoyed our stay here and were sad saying goodbye to our temporary London 'home'.

More attention to the small details would alter my review from a mix of good/excellent to all excellent. For example, check that the crockery isn't chipped (some of our cups/plates/teapot were), that cutlery is complete (we did not have complete sets), etc.

The apartment was smart clean and in a good location

Check in and more so checking out was a joke. We knocked on the door which was locked the receptionist was serving another customer which was not a problem to start with but then people started to check out through the other door whilst we were still stood outside in the cold eventually when we got in which was someone leaving rather than been let in she simply took the key and nothing else, stood outside for 20 mins in the cold whilst other people where being seen to will ensure I never stay there again

The Apartment was comfortable, nicely heated, it had all necessities. I would stay there again, unless I could find a hotel cheaper than the apartment, then I rather prefer the extra service I get.

One must be aware that this is not a serviced apartment. Towels, bed sheets, complimentary water/coffee etc. and bathroom accessories will only be changed one week after check in.

The staff were helpful

Some rooms are not advertised on the website and therefore it is false advertising. We got put in a room which was disgusting and not to the standard we thought.

The apartments were excellent value for money. I was surprised as to how much, and beyond, we got for our money. The apartments were like a home away from home with that extra bit of luxury with the views from the windows second to non. The staff were very friendly and helpful. These apartments would definitely receive a visit from us again and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family wanting to attend concerts at the 02 arena and other London hotspots.

There was nothing about these apartments that we didn't like. We will definitely visit these apartments again.

The over all package was good..

Some of the staff was unprofessIonal when we walked in..The rug needed cleaning and the iron was broke also the replacement iron did not work properly and marked the top that was been ironed .

The apartment was very clean, spacious and full of all mod-cons, easy walking distance to Canary Wharf tube station.

The fold up beds were uncomfortable as the mattress was too thin in the middle.

Poor check in - took some time got charged for early check in at 14:40pm

Felt very secure as there is a code given to enter all locked doors etc. Appartment was very spacious and catered for 6 people very comfotrably.

Few maintenance issues, wifi did not work for the 3 days that we stayed

Nice length of bath. Plenty of hot water. Clean & fresh

Kitchen facilities too extensive for studio apartment. Could not get close enough to mirrors - needs shaving mirror. No bedside light at one side of bed. No comfortable chairs for sitting watching TV.

The apartment was spacious

Customer service was awful and unhelpful - jt on reception was at best rude! Furniture was weary , booked a penthouse but received a family room.

The Location was good with the Q2 only 1 stop away on the underground. Central London only 12 - 15 mins on the DLR. Big apartment with enough room for the 5 adults staying over the weekend.The car park is situated under the apartment block and easily accessed from inside the block.

The apartment we had overlooked quite a busy road and was over the fire station so could be noisy, which meant a restless nights sleep. The furniture in the apartment is starting to look tired but I believe there is a refurbishment in progress. We had a small problem with one of the beds plus a leak under the kitchen sink which left a bit of an oudour.

Room space cleanliness free wifi - no hassle to connect

view - would have been good for a first time visitor to have a view of canary wharf - not major.
