Very close to tube station. And to supermarkets open from 7am till 11pm. Nice, simple, modern, clean. Everything one needs was in the apartment - good value compared to hotel. It was exTREmely noisy (drilling from 8am). There was some confusion concerning booking and pre-payment but the friendly staff sorted it out in the end. As it was the first time, I rented a(n 'unserviced') apartment, some clearer instructions on dos and don'ts would have been nice (for example on cleaning, welcome pack etc.) The free Internet connection was very unstable. |

Good quality apartment with all the facilities (including free broadband) I needed. Location quite convenient. Price reasonable for central London |

The apartments were close to Borough Station which was convenient. I went back with this company due to an excellent visit at their Limehouse apartment block. We were fobbed off with a low level room when we were informed that rooms with a view were on a first come first serve basis. I saw from the signing in sheet that this was definitely not the case. The dvd player did not work and when asked if we could get reception to come and have a look or change the player for one that worked we were told to take a running jump. |

The location was very close to the transport and main attractions and the grocery store kust next door made it very easy to shop for food. |

The security seemed good. It was convenient for food shopping. It was quiet. The kitchenette could have had salt, pepper, crushed chilies, a larger teapot and olive oil. |

The parking facilities - I think this was the most important to me. The proximity to central London, the information provided by the hotel, the excellent service and friendliness of the concierges whom I met, the welcome basket, the cleanliness of the apartment, the comfortable bed - I could go on and on about how wonderful it was There was absolutely nothing I disliked about the apartment |

This was as it was described to be, a private apartment which felt like staying in someone's home. It changed the way we behaved during our stay and we made far more use of the facilities than we usually do in a hotel room. A small point but somewhat irritating was that the concierge would not accept our case when we arrived two hours before check in. An office in the complex took our case but closed at 6p when they said the case would be passed to the concierge. We were told that this didn't always happen. This was not reassuring and left us rushing across London to be back at the apartments before the office closed |

Good hotel. Excellent room. Helpful concierge. Good value (through Booking.com). The welcome basket was a bit lacking in supposed essentials. One mini box of Corn Flakes for a room for 2. Would be better to have 2 boxes. Proper milk (in fridge) enough for 2 people to have breakfast. In general the pack was for one person even though the room was for 2 and it was booked for 2 people. May be useful be given a choice from several welcome pack combos. |
