Everything was as stated in the brochure and met all our expectations. Contrary to some other reviews we found the staff friendly, efficient and professional. We also found - again contrary to another review - that we did not need to provide our own toilet paper. For anybody who is coming to London for sight seeing, this is a perfect base in terms of proximity/access to London's more notable sites. With Borough Tube Station right beside you, getting anywhere via the underground could not be handier. We will be back!!!! With only a central lift position, you may have to walk a fair distance to your room. Also check out @ 10.30.am is really too early

It has everything you might need whilst you are away from home. There is a good layout. The sofa and the beds are very comfortable. Lovely shower. Have stayed many times and not been disappointed once. It might be nice to get a loyalty discount for frequent use!

Great location, 10 minute walk from the Tower Bridge, 5 minute walk from London Bridge Tube station, very convenient. Tesco grocery store in the same facility as the Apartment. Apartment was nice with plenty of room for my family. When booking the hotel, the advertisement stated the hotel provided great views of london. The pictures showed something very different then what we stayed in. While the apartment was nice, felt that the advertisement mislead us. Apartment did not book our parking as requested and never notified us so we had to find one night of parking in london away from the hotel. Booking.com did no list that fact that the hotel pre-authorizes a 200 pounds deposit on your card to stay there. We enjoyed our stay but don't think the apartment was worth 360 pounds for two nights.

The freindly atmosphere, comfort and locality to the local facilities, underground and tourist sector. We had only one concern that some of the maintenance items had not been done, this is not a complaint as it occurs in other places. We found that some of the kitchen items were missing, rangehood lightbulbs needed replacing and bath plug had to be requested. In our opinion the facilities were excellent and we would return.

Location is the main drawcard for us. Close to tubes, buses, Borough Market. We enjoyed the overall comfort and design of the apartment. We also liked the open plan living area in the apartment, and the kitchen was particularily well designed. Access, in and out of the building is very easy. Overall, it was very comfortable and we would certainly stay there again. Next time we would take up the service offer though, as one does require fresh towels, cleaning, etc on a more regular basis. I thought that the bedroom could have been a bit bigger, and also one needs more hooks up in the apartment to hang coats, jackets etc. ( also, consider hooks behind the doors to hang up things ) The bedroom carpet needed cleaning ! ( stains etc ) Over all, this was an excellent visit.

It is in the middle of Southwark, on the south side of the river. Excellent location for going to the Isle of Dogs area or Greenwich. And with London Bridge station near so you can also go to the tourist London anytime. I would have prefer a walk-in shower instead of bathtub but it was clean so no complaints.

Convenient location for travel to many other areas, via London Bridge Station and Borough tube station. The apartment we were given (Apt 27), despite booking and receiving confirmation on-line three weeks in advance, did not match the impression given by the website wording and photos. In particular, the bedroom was miniscule, with the walking space around the bed not exceeding approx 35 cms on any of the three sides. It was not possible for two people to be in the bedroom at the same time (other than in bed!). The staff, whilst polite, lacked communication skills and warmth. Several pieces of equipment were damaged -- in particular the electric jug, which dangerously leaked water on to the base until we demanded its replacement. Despite our advising that one electric globe was not working, it remained unchanged for the eight days of our stay.

The apartment had everthing that we could ask for, it was more like a home from home.....also I liked the fact that it was a secure building and not just anyone could walk in to it. It is very well located near the tube line of Borough which has great links to get around all of the city with ease. The building seemed very well maintained and clean in all of the public areas and was even handier with there being a tesco just outside. The check-in process was a bit to be desired, even though we were the only ones checking in at the time is still took 4 memebers of staff at the desk a few minutes to acknowledge us and then to enquire as to wether we were checking in or basically wanted something else. Then when finally we did get sorted out all the different bits of papers were given to us, but nothing was really explained just a case of sign here and here, lukely as I work in this field of buisness I knew to take my time in reading through the small print as there were a few clauses in there which I think should have been high lighted to any guest especially as you could incur extra charges for certain things etc.... Then at the end of our visit there, upon checking out I handed the key back and all I got was a "thanks"!!! From the guy at the desk, so customer focused I mean!!! Otherwise overall everone else was very friendly and polite.

Very quiet, I could rest at nights without any noise from the outside or inside. Couple of things that I will say will be a good to improve. For more than 2 days of stay you gave me only one little tiny bar of soup. ANd also the tv channels were so limmited, everything was block.

Upon arrival one hadn't any photo id, reception staff where unhelpful, rude and lacking in customer service skills. One was made to feel that I had done something wrong, although one had book a week in advance and had two credit cards and a debit card with me, for your staff to take a photo copy of my two credit card does concern me giving the increase in credit card fraud. As I drove to the hotel I expected that I would be allowed to park my vehicle in the car park prior to checking in, but this was not the case. The overall experience of checking in has put me off staying with you again in the near future. Also why is it necessary to charge my credit card two hundred pounds, only to have it automatically refunded with 7 days, what happens to the interest you have gain from my money and that of the rest of your customers? Ones expected a difficult check out, however this was not the case unlike the check in process.

The apartments are spacious. The kitchen is well equiped with all amenities. It was near to my event place and also to the underground train service. I was offered the room in the first floor which I did not like. I had booked this hotel just becasue it was multi storied and had a good night view. Since I was placed in 1st floor, I could not enjoy the night view. They told that they would shift me on the second day but failed to keep thier promise. I was disappointed. House keeping in done only once a week. Anything requested in between is chargable. The check in at 3.00 pm only and the check out is at 10.30 am. Any thing before or after is chargable. The time gap is too much.

Lots of space (compared to a hotel room), felt safe, good facilities. A little difficult to find out how to get into the car park initially. Rather money focused - although both our rooms were ready when we arrived at 1:00 p.m. (to change for a special do) we were told we would have to pay an extra £20 for each apartment, to access them then.

The apartments were located excellently, and a supermarket was really close by for shopping. A great way to stay in London and have more space and possibilities than in a hotel room. According to the website, a DVD player would be available in every apartment, but ours didn't have one.

I am so impressed with the apartment, it's location, parking facilities and services. I have already told lots of friends about it and highly reccomend the place. YOu get the best of both worlds, the comfort and luxuries of a hotel and the freedom and space of your own apartment where you can come and go in your own time and not fixed breakfast times etc. Its nice to get up, sit in the lounge, make breakfast at your own pace. It offers more than a hotel in many respects and is great value for money. This will always be my first choice from now on.

Everything,my stay was fantastic & problem freeze. Having spoken to the smashing man (Patrick?) on the desk, I now know I can request to be higher up. I am Food & Drink Tourism Ambasador for Wales & I have asked the Welsh Assembly to book accommodation with you when we have events in London. We can be up to 50 people, so we would be interested in large group bookings if you can help
