Location is very convenient close to the useful London Bridge tube stop, rooms are very comfortable, kitchen is well fitted out. Great for longer stays. Price varies a lot by date, winter weekends can be good value, weekdays tend to be pricey due to proximity to financial district.

Occasionally you do get people having parties in rooms or loud children. Reception is friendly but minimal - these are rental apartments, not a hotel.

Location, very close to the tube, supermarket and Borough Market. Big spacy apartment with two bedrooms and baths. Perfect for family or smaller groups. 24 hours receptions. More touristinformation in the lobby could be an tip:)

Some small problems with lightning in the entrance, was not fixed, when we was there, even though we told reception twice. Handle in toalett was fixed. The entrance missed anywhere to hang your jackets, but there was good space in the bedrooms for cloths.

Great location, spotless, comfortable

Needed more china - we had to eat pasta off a flat plate or use a tiny cereal bowl. Light switches in odd places. Would liked to have had a few basics in the flat such as washing up liquid, cooking oil, salt and pepper.

The £200 holding deposit on checking in, which is charged to your card by pre-authorisation, only a very minor negative, most places do so anyhow, especially serviced apartments. It is however fully refunded on checking out and it cleared right away!

Close to transport. Nice apartment tho bedroom area was a bit small to have 2 suitcases opened at the same time. Tesco right next door and plenty of food places as well as Borough tube station 3 minutes walk.

WI FI IN THIS COMPLEX IS TERRIBLE! Did not do enough research as Wifi is very important to us and have since found that even paying for service would not have been much better. Very disappointing.

Borough/London Bridge Tube [5 - 10 mins walk] a stones throw away leaving Gatwick Airport within quick and cheap access. proximityof Borough Market/South Bank and all the life that goes with it [8 - 10 mins]

Niggly stuff only - toilets take an age to fill up after use. Stoppers missing/not working in sinks - not the 1st time we encountered this here. Not the easiest place to hail a cab - give yourself 7- 10 mins to catch one!!

Taxi advice was inaccurate. Private hire prooved to be much more expensive than the traditional London taxis. Some areas of the apartment were a little tired and well used. Stained carpet and curtains etc.

The staff were snotty and a bit too rude for my taste. The apartments are alright but the building has no amenities, restaurants, cafe, bar, or other catering services

Location and the apartment was well suited to our needs.

The garage fob did not work so had to return for a new one.The bedroom window did not shut correctly so noise was an issue. The bathroom towel rail and extractor fan were not working, as it was an overnight stay not too much of an issue but with a longer stay would have been a problem.

Location was top notch (close to tube/Burough Market/Starbucks). Comfortable and roomy. New.

No dish liquid for washing dishes in sink. Not enough toiletries for 6 days for 2 people.

The location was really good. It was nice to have an apartment, and found this was cheaper than getting a hotel.

When we arrived, the staff didn’t acknowledge us, they were unprofessional towards me (talking about their socialising instead of welcoming their new guest). When I booked this apartment the money came out of my bank account straight away with no warning, causing me to go over drawn. Also, what isn’t advertised on the website is, that you need to give your debit/credit card to ‘secure’ £200. This £200 is held until a few days after you’ve checked out. It’s a stupid amount, and made me wonder; what would happen if you don’t have this in your bank account in the first place!

We loved the apartment. It was beautiful and very clean and modern. It was very comfortable and I liked the way we could control the temperature by use of the radiators. A lovely environment to stay in. Also there is a Tesco almost next door which was very handy and the tube was less than a 5 minute walk away.

I didn't like the way that we were told that our room was ready but if we wanted to book in before 3pm we would have to pay an additional charge. If the room was ready I feel it was just 'Money grabbing' to ask for more money. We'd already paid £190 for one night. The only faults I had with the apartment was every time we turned a tap on or flushed the toilet or had a bath or shower, there was a tremendous noise, like air tropped in the pipes, which boomed through the whole apartment. Also in the morning when we were sleeping there were people walking past our apartment chatting, and it was very loud. Woke us all up. Apart from that we didnt notice any noise from other people staying there.

the quality of this hotel is good ,but one thing need attention is that u should check in after 3pm if u arrive early they will not let u check in before 3pm

Perfect location. The tube station is just 2 mins walk. There is a Tesco right next door. Restaurants are 5 mins walks. You can get taxi right in front of the building. The apartment was the best I have stayed till now. Will definitely stay here regularly.

Cleaning is done only once a week, which is less compared to other places.

Excellent furnishings, car parking

None of the requests made on the website had been passed on, such as spare bed, parking, early booking. The need for photo I'D at check in was not made explicit at time of booking. Dishwasher was faulty.
