Good location with access to city via Northern line from Bourough staion. Comfortable base with benefit of a Tesco express downstairs for getting food supplies! Mismatch of crockery and cutlery. Only one bowl so had to eat cereal from a mug! Dishwasher needed salt as dishes came out covered in a thin film of scale. |

Apartmant was clean, bright, well-equipped and larger than expected. The location was good [being very close to the rv1 bus service to the West End was important for us ] and it was very quiet which was another bonun Only problem was a misunderstanding about parking. On receipt of booking confirmation it was not made clear that we had to report to reception/concierge first to obtain a fob to let us into the car park. We wasted at least half an hour trying to resolve that one. However no blame should be attached to the hotel staff - just more specific instructions with the booking confirmation would have been gpod |

This was a great base for visiting most places in London as it is only a short distance from Borough Tube Station. The apartment was excellent with a fully equipped kitchen plus a large bathroom and was very clean..There was everything you would need for a stay in London. The concierge was very helpful and the Marlin office was handy and would look after your luggage on check-out day. This meant you could explore the city without your cases and collect them later in the day - for no extra charge.Overall an excellent stay in a convenient location. |

The location of the Empire Square apartments was perfect for my stay in London. Not only could I travel with ease to the Excel Centre and Canary Wharf for business during the day but I had an abudance of restaraunts and night life in Borough and over the bridge in central London on my door step if I so wished. The apartments were clean and very well presented. They were also comfortable and quiet. An all round very plesant stay. I will definitely book at Empire Square again when staying in London. |

It would be better if there was a restaurant on the ground floor and a cafe on the last floor |

I loved the staff's friendliness. We were always greeted with smiles and pleasantries. I liked the comfort of the apartment, with all the amenities. The closeness to markets and ground transportation was nice. The privacy (locked entry and a private courtyard- residents only) made us feel secure. I wished there were better eating locations nearby (no good dinner restaurants really). Good thing kitchen was well equipped for cooking :} Also, not an ideal location for tourists who want to see London and who aren't familiar with the ground transportation. Taxis cost about 10-20 pounds just to get to town. |

Very good location close to the tube and the river. Classic design in the apartment, clean and fully equipped. Very comfortable sofas and beds! Very helpful concierge and office staff. Very useful to have tesco underneath. Safe and secure and with a view of the rooftops of St Pauls and the Gherkin! Very enjoyable trip! Not anything important just that the television seemed faulty we could only access BBC1 - very minor issue. |

The apartment was very easy to find and central to London Bridge Station. We found it was an ideal base for us as most of the things we planned for the weekend were around the Southbank area which was easy to get to from the apartment. |

The cleanliness of the entire building was excellent. The apartments were spacious and well designed. The staff were very helpful but did not come across happy. The water from the shower kept going cold and the water leaked all over the bathroom floor. |

It was conveniently situated close to Vinopolis where I was working. This was the first in 28 years of business travel that I had stayed at an appartment. It was ok for 3 nights, but I wouldn't want it for a whole week, for I would require clean towels, cleaning service, etc. An appart-hotel service would be better for me in which I get clear towels and a maid service on a daily basis just like a hotel. |
