Marlin Apartments - Empire Square

最初にどうやって入ってよいか、大変迷いました。オートロックが入り口にかかっていて、フロントの職員も迷っているのに気づきながらも無視していました。結局入居している人について入りましたが、困りました。

出入りの問題とそれに対するフロントの対応が不満でした。また、部屋の電話が使えず、ホテルの外にも公衆電話がなく、とても困りました。

最寄りの地下鉄まで歩いて４～５分で，観光にはとても便利でした。部屋も広くとても快適にすごせました。キッチンは多いに活用させていただきました。洗濯機もありがたかったです。ホテルの隣には，ＴＥＳＣＯというスーパーがあり便利でした。また，利用したいです。

２日滞在したのですが　全くお湯が出ず　お風呂にはいれませんでした。それを伝えたときのスタッフの対応も悪かったです。

とてもお洒落で個々の部屋も広いアパートメントなので、自宅気分で快適に過ごせた。キッチン用品、洗濯機、レンジ、オーブン等なんでも揃っているので、普通に生活ができる。ソファーのすわり心地やベットもとても良かった。外食費の高いロンドンでは、時折自炊をすることをお勧めするが、隣に１１時までオープンしている安いスーパーもあって、便利だった。

洗面所の水とお湯が別々の蛇口からでてきていて、適度な温度で使用することができなかったこと。

Tesco supermarket is in the same building, tube station nearby, very moderan furnture kitchen, good security.

One lady in the main office staff was on duty at 11 am , monday 22 of june was very rude and unhelpful.

we are not sure about towel changing, but it was not changed every day.

1- The price was ok, tube station close to the Apartments. 2- there is a Tesco supermarket in the same building.

1- Very noise in my room. 2- The flat was not clean enough. 3- the internet was not working, I went to the reception staff to ask him then they sid " It is not our problem, you have to call other company who provide the internet for the Apartments" !!!!! 3- no A/C 4- the passageways was very dirty .

tube was on strike. hotel was a bit far out without the tube

Spacious and well laid out. More room than the equivilant price hotel

very good location with underground, supermarket nearby, large size of apartment, kitchen.

Apartment is not cleaned and towels are not changed on daily basis. Lack of shampoo, conditioners, soaps, etc.

Good location. Close to tube. Lots of space.

No air conditioning. No daily cleaning service. Pots in the kitchen in the horrible condition - you simply cannot use them at all. Disappointing when you need to prepare breakfast of other meals. Not worth the money you have to pay for this hotel. Would never stay here again.

What I like about it - space. I hate hotel rooms so allways looking for apartments.Good size . Nice complex. Good location - close to London Bridge and all transport. Tesco shop next door, close to restaurants, tube etc.Hard to do early check in , but you can leave you baggage in the office. Nice people:)

Unfortunatelly in my apartment was not CD player, no cable TV (my reservation includes this ,2 remotes but only one TVset... :P ...) and no ironing desk . Suprise - for a quite new apartment awfull black mould in the shower,brr.... Do not expect same what you can see on the picture:) no view on London Eye :).
