Sentralt, byferie, Rent og pent. Flere glass. Rare klikke-lyder om natta. Dårlig lydisolering gjennom hoveddør. Unødvendig med teppe på soverom. |

Det var ett fint og enkelt leilighetshotell med rene rom og stort fint bad. Passet perfekt når utgangspunktet er å være mest mulig ute og oppleve byen. |

Meget høy romstandard og veldig innholdsrikt :) Kort avstand til nermeste undergrunn. Det var ikke lys i den ene heisen under nesten hele oppholdet på 5 dager, selv om betjeningen fikk beskjed. |

Det var en romslig og moderne leilighet med behagelige møbler og flatskjerm-TV. Dessuten fikk vi leilighet med terrasse utenfor stue og soverom. Leiligheten lå like ved en undergrunnsstasjon. Det var heller ikke langt til London Bridge Station med direkte tog to Gatwick Airport. Leiligheten lå i et stille område uten noe støy. Internettilkobling som virker. |

Stor å fin leilighet med alle fasiliteter. Bra standard på rommene og bra beliggenhet. Eneste jeg savnet var trådløst internett. Trådløst internett hadde vært fint siden jeg bare hadde en telefon med Wi-FI til å sjekke aktuelle ting i London med. |

Leiligheten vi fikk der var helt fantastisk, spesielt til prisen, men nå var det jo halv pris også. Minus er at det ikke er trådløst nett. En annen ting - når vi skulle hjem, booket vi taxi til togstasjonen via resepsjonen. Det som da kom og hentet oss var en pirattaxi uten takstameter. Virket som det var en kompis til en av de i resepsjonen. Trådløst nett, og litt vennligere hotellpersonal hadde vært fint. |

lots of space, warm an cosy, lovely wiev, light, good beds, safety, good size of the rooms, good furniture, and style. more glasses, more hooks for henging clotes, safe, make up mirror, cottonshoes, to less spoons, plates, knifes, cups etc. we have to wash them up all the time, washing up liquid, salt and pepper |

God standard og komfort - stilfull leilighet! DVD-spiller funket ikke. Fikk ikke særlig respons da vi kontaktet resepsjonen ang. dette. Det hadde ikke kostet hotellet særlig mye å investere i ny spiller som virker! |

Jernbane+undergrund bare minutters gange.Matbutikk i samme bygg.Store rene rom.Veldig sentral beliggenhet. Det fantes bare 1 håndkle pr.person som skulle holde hele vårt opphold på 3 dager.Vi var heldige å traff på rengjøringpersonel som hjalp oss å få tak i flere fra et rom i kjelleren uten ekstra kostnader |

These Apartmennts were in an excellent position to explore the city of London and its environs. The apartments are very well equipped and spotless. They really provide a home from home. It only cost us eight pound to get there from Liverpool Street Station. The staff were excellent. |

Location is excellent and apartments have everything in them to make it a home from home. Local Tesco right outside and very good transport links. The apartments are starting to show signs of wear and tear - carpets stained and walls look like they could do with painting. |

The facilities offered were just what was needed, and the apartment was very relaxing and comfortable. Only a few small complaints about cleanliness; crumbs on the sofa, water marks (possibly stains) on the kitchen side and a small patch of damp peeling paint on the wall in bathroom. Two marks on the carpet in the bedroom. Didn't bother us at all, but without those small things, we would have been blown away with the apartment, as we really enjoyed ourselves. |

We liked the flexibility that staying in an apartment gave us, the fact that we could self cater was a particular plus for us. I went to dispose of rubbish in the basement and stupidly did not take the fob which gives acess to the building, the door shut behind me and I found myself shut in the car park area, i tried the emergancy door release button which did not allow me to open the door, I also tried pressing the button for the concierge on two different doors but there was no answer, I was eventually given access to the main building when a couple were going into thier appartment building. The call buttons for the concierge need to be fixed or monitored. The appartment we were in was extreemly hot we did not run any heating and left the windows open most of the time, perhaps the installation of fans in the living room and bed room areas would help with this. |

Myself and collegues frequently stay in London to attend conferences. Previously we have stayed in Hotels. I prefer the flexibility of staying in Apartments and would use this service again. I would also recommend this to colleagues. |

The Apartments are central and easy to get to from London Bridge Station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and polite. There was no hairdryer in the room which was rather annoying, apparently the staff are told there is a shortage of funds!! Perhaps someone could sort this out as it is very annoying when you are in a hurry and you have nothing to dry your hair with. |

The location was ideal for the visit we were making walking distance for city tube and South Bank. The appartment was well equiped and more than adequate for a shot stay. There were no facilities for recycling newspapers or glass. All waste was put in to the waste shute |
