Nära Borough Market. Gott om bra restauranger i närheten,Southwark är en trevlig lite förbisedd del av London. Hotellet har fina,lägenheter med mycket god standard om man jämför med hotell i samma prisklass. Fläckig sovrumsmatta,synd på en så i övrigt fin lägenhet,tråkigt att utcheckning är så tidigt som 10,00,speciellt som man inte får checka in före 15,00. |

Vi bodde bra med tanke på att vi hade två småbarn med oss, det var därför vi valde det här hotellet. Bra närhet till tunnelbana och minimarket. |

Det var rent och snyggt och bra läge med närhet till kommunikationer. Jag och några till gäster hade missupfattat tiden för inchekningen men blev inte särsklit bra bemötta av personen i receptionen. Det fanns ingenstans att ställa bagaget heller. |

En ren och bra lägenhet. Ganska nära till tunnelbanan. Skön säng! Personalen var inte överdrivet hjälpsam. Heltäckningsmatta i sovrummet är inte så fräscht. Läget är inte det bästa. Ligger lite "långt" från centrum. |

Det var centralt belägget, det var en rymlig, ljus, modern och välplanerad lägenhet. Och mycket tyst och ostört från gatan. Välventilerat. Sängen var rejält nerlegad, typ kälkbacke. Våra ryggar tog stryk. Dåliga sänglampor som var svåra att läsa vid. Köket: stekpannan var alldeles för liten, rymde på sin höjd ett stekt ägg. Sammanfattningsvis bra lägenhet, men byt ut madrasserna! |

Bra läge, självständigheten att fixa sin egen frukost. Nära till en butik. Inte illa, men det var underligt att själv behöva ta hand om soporna. Lite bättre info om bra transport/sevärdheter till andra delar avv stan än cetrum |

Mkt hjälpsam personal, luftig lägenhet, nära till Borough Market Rätt dåligt städat vid incheckning, ingen info om vad som kan vara bra att ha med, tex diskmedel etc. |

Detta är ju egentligen inte ett hotell utan ett eget boende där man helt enkelt väljer att sköta sig själv. Dålig information om sopsortering och man glömde hela tiden att städa och dammsuga trapphuset |

Fantastiskt lägenhetshotell till ett bra pris. Lägenheten hade allt man kan önska. Nära till tunnelbanan. Tyst, lugnt, rent. Personalen i receptionen, conciergen, var inte särskilt hjälpsam. |

The cleanliness of the entire building was excellent. The apartments were spacious and well designed. The staff were very helpful but did not come across happy. The water from the shower kept going cold and the water leaked all over the bathroom floor. |

It was conveniently situated close to Vinopolis where I was working. This was the first in 28 years of business travel that I had stayed at an appartment. It was ok for 3 nights, but I wouldn't want it for a whole week, for I would require clean towels, cleaning service, etc. An appart-hotel service would be better for me in which I get clear towels and a maid service on a daily basis just like a hotel. |

The sealant around the bath had a gap causing water to leak behind the bath over the bathroom floor. A makeshift door stop for the bedroom door had been made out of a folder piece of paper. Our keyfob for entry into the main door did not work & we had to ring for access everytime we wanted to return to the apartment. |

Very easy to get to the river. Great access to public transport. Comfortable bed and new sofa. All amenities that I would need for short stay. I thought the apartment had not been cleaned particularly well. The towels were markeda nd the kitchen equipment was sticky. The shower head was crusty. It said in the advert that there were plenty of luxury toiletries but there were actually only two tiny bottles so this was not accurate. |

These Apartmennts were in an excellent position to explore the city of London and its environs. The apartments are very well equipped and spotless. They really provide a home from home. It only cost us eight pound to get there from Liverpool Street Station. The staff were excellent. |

Location is excellent and apartments have everything in them to make it a home from home. Local Tesco right outside and very good transport links. The apartments are starting to show signs of wear and tear - carpets stained and walls look like they could do with painting. |

The facilities offered were just what was needed, and the apartment was very relaxing and comfortable. Only a few small complaints about cleanliness; crumbs on the sofa, water marks (possibly stains) on the kitchen side and a small patch of damp peeling paint on the wall in bathroom. Two marks on the carpet in the bedroom. Didn't bother us at all, but without those small things, we would have been blown away with the apartment, as we really enjoyed ourselves. |

We liked the flexibility that staying in an apartment gave us, the fact that we could self cater was a particular plus for us. I went to dispose of rubbish in the basement and stupidly did not take the fob which gives acess to the building, the door shut behind me and I found myself shut in the car park area, i tried the emergancy door release button which did not allow me to open the door, I also tried pressing the button for the concierge on two different doors but there was no answer, I was eventually given access to the main building when a couple were going into thier appartment building. The call buttons for the concierge need to be fixed or monitored. The appartment we were in was extreemly hot we did not run any heating and left the windows open most of the time, perhaps the installation of fans in the living room and bed room areas would help with this. |

Myself and collegues frequently stay in London to attend conferences. Previously we have stayed in Hotels. I prefer the flexibility of staying in Apartments and would use this service again. I would also recommend this to colleagues. |

The Apartments are central and easy to get to from London Bridge Station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and polite. There was no hairdryer in the room which was rather annoying, apparently the staff are told there is a shortage of funds!! Perhaps someone could sort this out as it is very annoying when you are in a hurry and you have nothing to dry your hair with. |

The location was ideal for the visit we were making walking distance for city tube and South Bank. The appartment was well equiped and more than adequate for a shot stay. There were no facilities for recycling newspapers or glass. All waste was put in to the waste shute |
