Good location for London City airport. Also convenient for the overground train to the south east

The exterior and public areas of the apartments were not clean. The apartments could also benefit from some refurbishment

I Like the Apartment. Facilities they provide And comfort

Apartment itself is good but the passage and courtyard and hallway need up gradation and decoration.

The apartment was excellent. Very spacious with two reasonably sized double bedrooms one of which had an en-suite bathroom. Both the main bathroom and the en-suite were immaculate and a decent size. Open plan lounge/kitchen was also a good size. There was a balcony too which might be nice at a warmer time of year though the view was nothing special. Part of a complex of apartments with some of the apartments occupied by long-term residents and some available for renting for a few nights. Location was convenient for the tube station and it was only a couple of stops to the central and circle lines. Plenty of shops and restaurants on the same road as the apartment complex entrance. WiFi worked well and was free.

No parking in the day-time but free parking easily available on the road ten metres away from about 18:00 to 08:00.

Clean, nice inside and friendly staff.

Other guests were noisy.

Convenient with easy access to excellent grocery shops, takeaways and less than 5 minutes walk from Limehouse Station. Our appartment also had a great view of Canary Wharf!

The apartment was excellent and the staff very friendly. Made to feel welcome. My husband and I had come to visit our daughter who lives close by and I was able to cook a meal for us in the ovely kitchen. We would not of been able to do this in a hotel. I would stay here again.

The only negative thing was the traffic through the night. We were at the front and this made it very noisy.

The welcome when we arrived. The clean well set up for an easy stay. Close to the Limehouse dlr and number 15 bus. Great staff. New stains burgs across the road. Free fast wifi.

Nothing to dislike

Very nice location, 100m to the metro which is 2 stations (5 mins to the London city center). The location is safe and the hotel is on the main road. Very nice rooms, clean and spacious. Full kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator (one might need) in very good condition. Big bathroom, large bed, secure building. Friendly staff, ready to help. We had 5 rooms and no complaints. We had a heater problem in one of the rooms and it was fixed in a few hours.

Size of room and room facilities. Warm room, decent bed. Good location. Friendly locals.

I arrived at 1pm but was not allowed check-in until 3pm. It would have been nice to have been offered somewhere to change. I had to go to a meeting scruffy which left a bad impression. I left my bag and came back at 2pm intending to ask for somewhere to change but couldn't get access as there was no-one on the desk. I didn't like £50 extra being taken in case of breakages and photocopies of two credit cards being taken. I was asked for my passport or driving licence but since I live in the country and travelled by train I of course was not carrying them. If you require customers to bring photo id you should make that clear in advance so they can bring it. There was a slight but noticeable stain on the white quilt cover upon arrival, which I reported.

Facilities. It is an apartment rather than a room.

It is not in a great location

facilities in the flat were great plus the little extra bits like the tea & coffee sachets came in handy

the entrance looked like you were going into a hostel & not apartments. I presume it is a listed building due to the " MISSION HALL" sign on the glass ? Also because of this the Marlin Apartments sign was overlooked & It seemed too small !

Well equipped flat. Fully fitted kitchen. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Staff helpful and always available. Better value for money than a hotel. Local shops for provisions. Taxi company next door. Good cafe on the corner in same block. DLR one block away. Will use again.

Equipment instructions poor, non existent, or unreadable due to water damage. Some cooking smells from other apartments. Water in toilet kept running all night. Hall heater not working. No hair dryer.

it would be great if they clean the apartment twice a week instead of once and provide the tea/ coffee powder for our entire stay

Have stayed here before and like the freedom of a flat.

There was no toilet paper, which upon request was provided. But when showering also noted that there was no sop or shampoo etc - which was too late. Poor response from the staff in the morning who blamed an agency staff member. I blame poor training and attitude. Spoilt the stay.

The apartments are modern and clean. We loved it that the studio Apartmant have separate kitchen from the bedroom. The location is good, close to DLR (200 m). I will recomanded the apartmant for the short stay.

Unpleasant odor in the room, stove has been poorly cleaned, we missed sponge and detergent for handwashing. In the room there was no hair dryer.

Just what I needed for a short stay in London. Clean, comfortable, good transport links, I will stay again.

Loved the studio flat. Was clean, spacious and romantic. Shower was heaven. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Needed hairdryer in room. View wasnt great opposite Pound. Wasnt told about the £50 deposit before arriving. Would advise this to be explained beforehand so people are prepared.
