A second room for kids with twin beds - horray. Dishwasher ... and tablets. unhappy about fire hazard as couldn't turn off the spot lights? Too hot, and couldn't cool it down and doors opened onto nearby train tracks which were very busy. Walls so thin, it was noisy. but we all slept soundly and were out every day. |

the only thing i didnt like was the fact that nowhere on the information i was given did it state that a £200 deposit would be taken. and when asked about this was told that you could take £500 if you so wished. |

We had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. The room was nice. The kitchen and bathroom were both fine. The sofabed was not so comfortable. You could hear the train a little bit too loud. You could also hear the other hotelusers, their music for example. We did not like the environment and the distance of the hotel from the center of the city. |

All!!! This is the best budget apartment I've ever seen. We had a three rooms apartment and a fantastic kitchen, hairdryer, washing-machine, microwave, oven, dish-washer, cooking plan easy-to-clean. All seemed to have been unpacked the day before, all things was really new. I'm very very happy and I'll be there again very soon! From Stratford there's 5 minutes walk but it seemed ok anyway. |

The distinction of the bedroom from the living room and the kitchen was probably the only plus point. The apt faced railway tracks. To keep out d noise, I had to keep windows shut. Made it stiflingly hot since sun comes right in. I know warm is pleasant but this was stiflingly hot with no air conditioning. They had radiators for heating but nothing to cool. Finally, they gave me a pedestal fan when they saw I was suffering. Toilet rolls not replaced and fresh towels stained and dirty. |

The helpfulness of the staff primarily, however I was impressed with the specification of the rooms and decided that this type of hotel would suit my family when visiting London. Unfortunately, the main Liverpool Street line ran past the window so continuous sleep was difficult. |

The room was neat and tidy The pre-authorisation of 200 pounds on my credit card ( not mentioned on the internet), this cash has not been returned 4 weeks later. We were not told at check-in time that the room will be cleaned and laundry changed once a week. |

The appartment was as describe and close to the o2 and very clean. We were only there a few hours but if you were staying for a couple of days it would be perfect! I did not like the fact that they take a £200 deposit on arrival and the funds are put back into your account 5 days later as its left me short all week - I can understand taking some card details but why this I didnt understand. We also spent 20mins trying to get into the appartment main gate as the man on the desk was on his own & was doing checks around the hotel so once in (via another guest) we waiting another 20mins. |

It's an apartment, so everything we need is there. 10 minute walk to Stratford station. Next to the station, there is a shopping centre including supermarket (open till 22:00). Very handy when we want to cook ourself. During our 4 night stay, the apartment was never cleaned, towels were never changed. Maybe they expect us to wash it ourself, since there is a washing machine. The carpet has a horrible smell, it's about time to change that!! There is no Olympic View, at least not in our apartment. During the day it's noisy outside. The pictures on the website doesn't match with the apartment. The pictures are showing a bigger apartment. |

Concierge was helpful. Location was good as was the quality of furnishings. There was a broken shower door which could have been dangerous. The noise of the train tracks below was quite loud until at least 12.30. |

Very stylish, clean room A little difficult to find - Look for the large iron gates next to the nursery. And press the intercom button to be let in. |

Good deal for money. Near Stadford station and fully equip with kitchen and washing machine. The staff was unpleasant. The first day we come, during taking a shower, suddenly the water stop. We complain and ask to do something, but the staf said: "the water stop working, ok?". And also said! "I'm not a plumber and it can be happen everywhere". Well, that was not an answer that we've expected. We accept that the water temporrary stops working but it's not ok at all..I Meant, I was in the middle of the shower with soap everywhere. Although we argued that morning, the plumber came that day to fix the problem. They said sory about that. But we had already bad impression of the staff since the first day. We passed the receptionist everyday without smiling and greeting.. |

We liked the privacy and that the duration of the time we were guests we were not interrupted for room service or anything else. It wad like a home away from home. Did not like the fact that we were charged £200 deposit for the duration of the stay. Also, the resort we stayed at had an extremely rude member of staff. We stayed there just 3 nights bur witnessed her major involvement in two arguments with guests. |

I was given an unnecessary upgrade in room were I was offered a 2 bedroom instead of a one bed. I was happy at first when I returned to pick up my stuff from my car the concierge told me that one of the toilets was blocked. I was disgusted at the fact that I was given an upgrade knowing that there was a blocked toilet. I was not offered another room nor was I offered an apology. I did not have time to argue due to the fact that my girl friend was arriving and I had to prepare the room. |

Easy to get to, had everything we needed, was comfortable and a good price. We asked for a room facing away from the railway tracks and this was fulfilled. The 10.30am check-out! We were almost about to vacate the room but we still recieved a friendly phonecall at 10.30am on the dot telling us that we had to vacate the room. Not great! |
