Had gevraagd om mijn wagen op het terrein te mogen parkern, daar niet alle parkeerplaatsen bezet waren, en gezien ik maximum twee uur mocht parkeren op de openbare weg. Heb hem dan maar op de zijkant vn de inrit gezet en smorgens stak een brief op de ruit dat men hem zou "clamben". us service zwak. |

Erg mooie kamer, ook redelijk centraal gelegen. Een ideaal alternatief voor een hotel, je hebt veel meer vrijheid. Goede meubels, mooie keuken en badkamer. Het personeel was niet al te vriendelijk. De kamer was niet echt schoon. Niet dat het vies was, maar er lag overal stof, de ramen waren zo vies dat we amper naar buiten konden kijken. Bovendien bleek bij aankomst ineens dat we 200 pond borg moesten betalen, vond ik aan de hoge kant. |

De leefruimte was groot. Comfortabele douche en keuken. Zeer comfortabel bed. Schoonmaken. Het leek er echter erg schoon. Zodra je ergens op keek of het bed wat verschoof kwamen de lagen stof te voorschijn. |

geschikt voor families. Goed uitgeruste keuken: wasmachine, afwasmachine, servies, glaswerk allemaal aanwezig.Zeer proper en modern Opgelet bij het kiezen van de kamer. Er zijn kamers die gelegen zijn aan een spoorweg. deze zijn dus niet rustig gelegen. Lawaaihinder van de trein. |

Ruime kamers. Veel luxe. Vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel is centraal gelegen. Hotel is direct naast het treinstation gelegen, waardoor slapen met de ramen open volledig onmogelijk is. Het is er echter zo warm dat de ramen wel open moeten. De keuken en toiletten waren nog vies. Bij het douchen van onze dochter, viel het volledige douche scherm uit de rail. Ook waren er niet genoeg borden, etc voor 4 personen, terwijl het een appartement voor 6 personen was. |

De kamer was mooi en groot De buurt was een enorme getto, het personeel was gestressed, de hele dag. Alles was teveel en de reservering was compleet misgegaan. Men beweerde bij hoog en bij laag dat ik niet geboekt had in deze wijk maar in een andere lokatie. Personeel is echt waardeloos |

erg vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Luxe appartement, zeer compleet qua inrichting keuken + apparatuur, strijkijzer ed. Internet werkte niet per kabel, pas na 1 dag via draadloos netwerk (code was zoek) wel online. Echter daarvoor naar andere kamer moeten verhuizen (dichter bij begane grond en router). Heeft erg veel tijd en belminuten met de helpdesk Connect, waar Marlin haar ict zaken heeft uitbesteed. Internet was juist reden voor keuze. Heeft mij tijd, geld en klanten gekost. |

Good deal for money. Near Stadford station and fully equip with kitchen and washing machine. The staff was unpleasant. The first day we come, during taking a shower, suddenly the water stop. We complain and ask to do something, but the staf said: "the water stop working, ok?". And also said! "I'm not a plumber and it can be happen everywhere". Well, that was not an answer that we've expected. We accept that the water temporrary stops working but it's not ok at all..I Meant, I was in the middle of the shower with soap everywhere. Although we argued that morning, the plumber came that day to fix the problem. They said sory about that. But we had already bad impression of the staff since the first day. We passed the receptionist everyday without smiling and greeting.. |

We liked the privacy and that the duration of the time we were guests we were not interrupted for room service or anything else. It wad like a home away from home. Did not like the fact that we were charged £200 deposit for the duration of the stay. Also, the resort we stayed at had an extremely rude member of staff. We stayed there just 3 nights bur witnessed her major involvement in two arguments with guests. |

I was given an unnecessary upgrade in room were I was offered a 2 bedroom instead of a one bed. I was happy at first when I returned to pick up my stuff from my car the concierge told me that one of the toilets was blocked. I was disgusted at the fact that I was given an upgrade knowing that there was a blocked toilet. I was not offered another room nor was I offered an apology. I did not have time to argue due to the fact that my girl friend was arriving and I had to prepare the room. |

Easy to get to, had everything we needed, was comfortable and a good price. We asked for a room facing away from the railway tracks and this was fulfilled. The 10.30am check-out! We were almost about to vacate the room but we still recieved a friendly phonecall at 10.30am on the dot telling us that we had to vacate the room. Not great! |

i did not like the fact i was asked to make a £200 deposit when i arrived. i was told that it was stated in the terms and conditions however i booked through bookings.com and it was not in the terms and conditions. this was a real hassle as i did not have that amount of money spare to put as a deposit and i didnt have enough money to make a booking elsewhere as i wouldnt get a refund if cancled. |

Ideal location for when you are going to the O2 arena as it is only a 10 minute walk to the station and 8 minutes on the tube. In our room you could still hear the trains going by |

The apartment was prefect for two people. The rest of the apartment was really clean apart from the kitchen. It is build beside the train track, so you constantly hear the trains. The staff were pleasant, however, they didn't know alot about the area. The kictchen wasn't clean at all. It states online each room has a balcony. It was a door with opened outside with a bar over it. Poor work and misleading advertising. |

The apartments looked just like on the photos, with a lot of luxurious features, like a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dvd player, a flat screen TV, a freezer, a kettle, a bath tub... The spaces were very clean, the bed was comfortable. The hotel was 10 min walk from the underground/DLR/train/bus station, served also by two night busses. In one of the two apartments the hob (electric stove) didn't work, and there was one plate missing, but it was arranged and fixed quickly. There was no blow dryer in the bathroom, the towels were not changed during our 3-night stay, and the apartment wasn't cleaned in the meanwhile; but there was a vacuum cleaner so you could do it yourself if you wanted. |

We enjoyed our stay very much. The appartment was perfect suitable for a city trip also because of the nearby station. The appartment was quite big, nicely furnitured, we slept well and the bathroom was beautifull too. It was a pity that the lady who welcomed us was so rude. No: "how was your trip or welcome". When we wished to checked out she pointed to a box and didn't even look up from her computer. Furthermore the appartment was not clean when we arrived. |

The place was very value for money, and it included everything an apartment should have. The location was horrible, there were black prostitutes on the streets, people following us everywhere, and badly beaten up people as food vendors. |

The apartment was clean, tidy, and well-furnished with a modern design throughout. All the cooking utensils you need are already in the apartment, and the inclusion of dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, cooker, coffee machine etc. make this a good idea if you want to spend more than a rew days in London. The building was a little difficult to find; somewhat hidden within a complex of flats and apartments. The area could be deemed a little seedy and downtrodden for those not used to inner cities. |
