Helpful staff that did not buckle under when stressed out by several families trying to check in at the same time, while several other tenants were asking directions to the Stratford centre. Lovely bathroom and very nice kitchen. 3 huzzas for the washing machine Trains screeching just outside windows that had to be kept open due to temperature. |

Actually, I stayed in Marlin Empire square hotel, and enjoyed the stay. Would like to stay again and recommend strongly. I had booked for family, but confirmation email did not mentioned that, but had no problem at all. |

The complex was new , and the room did have some teething snags which where sorted out swiftly where reasonable with the hotel staff, however i did leave a short list of faults which had not been previously picked up on. |

It was a very enjoyable stay. Apartment was nice and new with modern furnishings. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well. It was a bit further away from the centre of London than i expected. |

I like the general layout, quality and facilties within the apartment The dish washer was still full of dirty crockery..eg mugs so I couldn't drink a cup of tea...complimentary tea/coffee/biscuits had not been restocked and my bath plug was missing so I couln't have the long relaxing bath I was looking forward to. |

Excellent facilities, very comfortable, and site very secure / safe. Our beds were not made when we arrived and then we had to change apartments as the shower didn't work. The 2nd apartment was perfect though! |
