Marlin Apartments Olympic View

Vi upplevde lägenheten som både fräsch och rikt utrustad. Utanför gick en järnväg men vi stördes inte nämnvärt när alla fönster var stängda. Lägenheten ligger nära shoppingcenter och tunnelbana. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Good deal for money. Near Stadford station and fully equip with kitchen and washing machine.

The staff was unpleasant. The first day we come, during taking a shower, suddenly the water stop. We complain and ask to do something, but the staf said: "the water stop working, ok?". And also said! "I'm not a plumber and it can be happen everywhere". Well, that was not an answer that we've expected. We accept that the water temporrary stops working but it's not ok at all..I Meant, I was in the middle of the shower with soap everywhere. Although we argued that morning, the plumber came that day to fix the problem. They said sory about that. But we had already bad impression of the staff since the first day. We passed the receptionist everyday without smiling and greeting..

Easy to get to, had everything we needed, was comfortable and a good price. We asked for a room facing away from the railway tracks and this was fulfilled.

The 10.30am check-out! We were almost about to vacate the room but we still recieved a friendly phonecall at 10.30am on the dot telling us that we had to vacate the room. Not great!

Ideal location for when you are going to the O2 arena as it is only a 10 minute walk to the station and 8 minutes on the tube.

The apartments looked just like on the photos, with a lot of luxurious features, like a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dvd player, a flat screen TV, a freezer, a kettle, a bath tub... The spaces were very clean, the bed was comfortable. The hotel was 10 min walk from the underground/DLR/train/bus station, served also by two night busses.

In one of the two apartments the hob (electric stove) didn't work, and there was one plate missing, but it was arranged and fixed quickly. There was no blow dryer in the bathroom, the towels were not changed during our 3-night stay, and the apartment wasn't cleaned in the meanwhile; but there was a vacuum cleaner so you could do it yourself if you wanted.

The place was very value for money, and it included everything an apartment should have.

The location was horrible, there were black prostitutes on the streets, people following us everywhere, and badly beaten up people as food vendors.

The apartment was clean, tidy, and well-furnished with a modern design throughout. All the cooking utensils you need are already in the apartment, and the inclusion of dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, cooker, coffee machine etc. make this a good idea if you want to spend more than a rew days in London.

The building was a little difficult to find; somewhat hidden within a complex of flats and apartments. The area could be deemed a little seedy and downtrodden for those not used to inner cities.

I liked the facilities that were available in the room. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room.

I found the hotel was poorly situated and difficult to find. When we finally arrived at 7.30 there was nobody to answer my call regarding my reservation and unclear instructions what to do once there. The staff I found were unhelpful and very rude which is a shame as the offered very nice apartments.

I liked the fact that the apartment was warm and clean and you could make snacks or meals in the place and also that it was more than just a hotel room with a separate living area with tv etc.

To be honest the area is not the greatest or safest. Furthermore, I have stayed in the same place recently in the past and there was a dreadful noise from trains. However, this time it was a quiet room as I requested this.

Got slightly lost finding it due to road works but once there the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, modern and spacious and we had a very comfortable pleasant stay.

If we had to say something it would be the view but that really didn't bother us as we were inside!!
