Location Too much traffic noise. Staff that hardly could speak any English and knew nothing about transportation, distances, no city map available. Most of the time the person was talking on the phone (private calls?) |

The size of the room was great for the price. Would be perfect for a long-term stay for business, etc. They did not have my booking from booking.com. In the end all was fine, but if they had been booked completely, we would not have gotten a room. |

Great location near appropriate tube stations, very comfortable and well equipped. The shower needs a good dose of caustic soda |

I loved the ability to come and go as I pleased just as with any hotel but having the advantage of plenty of room to move about whilst in the apartment. I also enjoyed not being interrupted by maid services coming every morning. |

Well thought out facilities and equipment. More than is necessary for a one-night stay, but the price is comparable to a similar standard in a hotel. If accommodation is what is required (as in my case) rather than company and staff in lounge, bar and restaurant - an excellent choice. Having apparently paid in advance, I was not warned beforehand, and was therefore surprised that my credit card was needed for a provisional £200 on arrival. |

The location is good for the City but a long way from the West end and main tourist areas. I found the reception staff rude and unhelpful. A £200 depoist was applied on arrival despite booking and paying in advance via booking.com. The apartment was unclean and the bed linen was stained. Worst of all was the noise from the Tube that shakes the whole building all night long – it’s impossible to get any sleep. |

we love the nice, comfy king sized bed; clean, spacious trendy living room with DVD player, kitchen and bathroom. i love the shower gel they offered too. we'd definitely like to stay here again next time in London. the price is really good for everything. it's only a minor noise coming from the underground which was not a problem at all. |

Spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. Reception staff friendly. Excellent city centre location convenient for restaurants and shopping. Did not welcome passport and credit card being copied despite the room being prepaid. I consider this to put me wide open to credit card fraud. I would not book again because of this. |

the white guy at the reception was very rude. The apartment was very comfortable; the only problem was that the windows of the room were very close to the building at the opposite side of the street. |

The location was super. We were very pleased with the cleanliness if the room and the kitchen facilities. View rom the window - office block. No air conditioning. I would not like to stay there in the summer as we were too hot at night in October. |

The usual things about apartment: separate bedroom, kitchen area, dishes, full size fridge... The person at the reception showed up only after 10 minutes. Most of the TV channels are for the extra charge (only 3-5 local were available, other SKY)... |

The staff was wonderful! Diana at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. She truly helped make my visit much more enjoyable. I will be back and I will stay there! If all of the other Marlin Apartments have a "Diana" at their front desk, I would recomend them to everyone. But I know that the Queen street location does have Diana so I will deffinetly recommend them!!! I wish that it had a better view! |

I liked that it was very close to everything, and that access to the tube was right around the corner which made it very convienient. There was a grocery store right down the street so you can cook in your apartment which helped save on expenses. No Wi FI only broadband, toilette did not flush well, the reception was not helpful at all when I asked for a city map or how to make a call. They told me I would have to buy a map out in town and referred me to instructions in our room on how to buy mins for a call. |

Its proximity to the centre of London and the price. Probably the view. It was of an office block opposite, but this did not detract from the apartment which was nice. |
