Upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment, lovely, really spacious and beautifully presented

Nice rooms, did hardly notice the underground train, only a light vibration when waking up in the morning. Stayed on 3rd floor though. Did not notice any other noise, good walls. Many TV stations. Dominos pizza just next door to hotel which came in handy when waking up on sunday and no food in the fridge :) Recommend the Greek restaurant over the bridge below the hotel.

All restaurants in neighborhood closed during weekend since this is in a big office area.

It was spacious, fully equipped and very clean

The cost

The location of the apartment was really great. We were situated between the Tower Bridge and the Big Ben, close to each sides. We had just across the road the Fresh deli store, Off-licence, Tesco Stores, and the 24 hours opened shop. Was close enough the shopping Centre.

Only negative issue I had was the noise from the tube, but you know about it, I read before I went to London for a holiday the comments of people accomodated in the apartment. All the rest was alright.

a good sized flat (with a balcony, a nice unexpected bonus) very clean and comfortable. Overall it's better value than a hotel if staying in London for more than a few days

the bed/matress could have been more comfortable, the complicated heating system, and a 'cheap trick' to save on bills: not hot water tap for bath (but shower is ok)

Location excellent. Security good. Apartment was quite spacious and matched pictures seen.

The building next door is a building site and the level of noise from the drills was invasive and enough to ruin enjoyment of time spent in the apartment on Tuesday and Wednesday morning.

Very clean, better than any self catering apartment that I've ever stayed in - uk or abroad. Ease of access to tube, more economical than hotels and a more room to relax, when you've had a hard day sight- seeing. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to any-one.

Prefer walk in shower

It was perfect for what we wanted. We will definitely be back. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and everything we needed was there.

No tv in the bedroom and no parking

Proximity to City and it was a useful clean facility.

The room was freezing and without hot water until this was corrected on day 2.

En suite bathroom had leak around shower, which meant floor was constantly wet. Staff were aware of problem and tried to fix it. Why didn't they find us a different apartment?

Really nice and comfortable apartment with all the things that you need for a long stay. Near by many Metros in a quiet area.

Someone had been smoking in an adjacent room or in our corridor.

Really big room, excellent kitchen, really good location, has a little shopping center and a supermarket a couple of blocks away. There are 3 tube lines that pass are really close to move around the city, helpful personal and good price .

There is noise from the tube if you have light sleep, also, when I was there the tube near the hotel wasnt working but I dont know if that happens often

Convenient location and good cafes and restaurants close by.

The noise of the trains is quite unbearable and the flats are starting to get a bit shabby now (I stayed there 4 years ago and the flats were in much better condition).

We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment. The rooms were a good size and well furnished.

A couple of things needed to improve:- 1. flexibility for guests to check in; 3pm is a very late time especially for a traveller who has travelled on a transpacific flight which is moe than 18 hours in the plane 2. the staff could be more proactive in solving problems for guests 3. i had rented the apartment for 15 days. Normally it should be a weekly cleaning schedule. As for the second week, there was no room cleaning which i think was not right as this was your service apartment's obligations to clean the room despite the fact that the next day the client was about to leave.

The apartment was comfortable and well appointed.It was convenient for our week end leisure activities. Staff were helpful on arrival and during our stay. I would be pleased to used the facilities again.

The Underground rattled the building on a regular basis although we were these for the week-end only. We got used to it and it did not trouble our sleep. The appartment was overlooked by an office and curtains needed to be drawn (there were people in them at the week-end, believe it or not), but it troubled us little as we were out and about. It might feel more intrusive if one was living there or doing a medium length stay.

Extrememly well equipped apartments with high quality furnishing and kitchen equipment. A dishwasher tablet and teatowel for example were all provided to get you started

You could hear the underground (not too loud though) - however they did stop overnight
