I like how peaceful and pleasant the stay was...the staff were really friendly and well manered, they make ya feel homely and welcome...the breakfast was delicious, and great variety of different things to choose from and could eat as much as we wanted.overall I would recoomend this hotel for couples who want a nice relaxing time in blackpool.definetly would visit again...

The only thing I didn't like was the parking, on the website it states free parking but wen we actually arrived we were advised to park away from the hotel on a residential area...my partner didn't like the idea of just parking it anywhere as some roads u were not permitted to park on during certain times of te day tHis is the only downfall to the hotel.

Although our room was one of the cheaper rooms in the B&B we were more than happy with it. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and it had all we needed to have a pleasant stay. Cath, the owner was fantastic. She was so helpful with ideas for entertainment and food and the next morning cooked us up a superb full English breakfast. I would definitely stay again. Thanks

I like how friendly kath was she told us everything we needed to no about staying an told us great places to eat an go it was a relaxing place to stay defenatly would stay again and recomend to everyone.

Excellent B&B and well run by the lovely and friendly Kath. Couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome from the first minute we arrived.

The shower, not very powerful. Having said that it worked.

Everything! Kath rang me the night before our stay what a warm welcome .Kath and Rick welcomed us the next day a delightful couple who could not do enough for us. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and made to feel very special We stayed in the Four poster bed room and Luxurious would be an understatement. Everything you need is on site and Kath's knowledge of the resort is superb a thoroughly enjoying stay will recommend to all our friends an excellent establishment ran by excellent people

Kath the owner was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic location, comfortable bed and as much as you could eat for breakfast. Would definatly stay there again.

very friendly staff, my room was spotless and had television with remote and sleep timer, kettle with tea and coffee etc, and a very comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom.

Very handy for city centre and attractions.

The owners of the hotel Rick and Kath were brilliant.Very helpful and easy going.The room we had was modern and clean and breakfast was fantastic and plentiful.We would recommend this hotel.Nothing was too much trouble.

The best hotel in Blackpool, Kath the host is a super star, so friendly, kind and nothing is to much trouble, she even rang us to ask when we ahere exsoecting to arrive so she could give us a warm welcome, 5 star treatment at a fantastic cost, we will definetely be goin gback to this hotel many times in the future.
