It was close to blackpool town and the pleasure beach. breakfast was very nice thou and i was happy with that. The walls were very thin and could hear familys in the next room which was very of putting, when trying to sleep hearing a man snoring is horrible.I thought the room in which i stayed for the weekend was pretty poor for £120 i would of been happier spending £80-£90 for that room. Also staff were never around when needed them. |

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to the seafront and it was a short walk to all attractions. The hotel was very clean. The bed was very hard. Breakfast was not freshly cooked, but was obtained from a "buffet bar". Breakfast was only available in "sittings" and we had to wait until the staff were ready. There was no parking. The bedroom walls were very thin, and the occupants of the next room returned noisily at 4:15 a.m. |

It is in a quiet area. Parking was free. There is a tram stop at the bottom of the road as is South Pier and the Pleasure Beach. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to be near to the Pleasure Beach. I did not like the 'hot' buffet breakfast as the food was not hot. I prefer my hot breakfast to be cooked to order. The buildings opposite are being demolished, which the hoteliers cannot do anything about. |

Great location for the South Shore and railway station, Kathy & Rick very friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast too. Bedroom was a little small, but we didn't spend much time in it so it really didn't matter at all. |
