Reception staff helpful. Setting beautiful. Good for golfers. Hotel gets too busy at weekends. Breakfast taken in leisure complex. When we asked for milk for tea we were told to get it from the buffet. Room first night next to fire escape and leisure centre, missing a curtain and noise from air conditioning units outside the window kept us awake. Second room not serviced when we arrived back on the third night. Did get a discount. Too many foreign staff who do not seem to understand. The hotel is like a rabbit warren and everyone just wanders around looking lost. |

The golf course and pool were great, the food was okay, the bar service was very good and prompt. The front desk was confused , lunch order took forever and we had to find the service people to get lunch, the rooms were uninteresting but clean. Would go there for business meeting, but not for service and food. The restaurant waiters seemed new on their jobs. |

There was no hassle checking in slightly earlier and having lots of time to check out in the morning is a bonus. Long way to the room with stairs especially with my mum being physicially disabled, although staff were very helpful. |
