Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They kept my luggage for me as I arrived early in the morning for a business event and was too early for check in. My luggage was already in my room when I went up at the end of my course. I wanted to order room service but when I couldn't get an answer, reception sorted it all out for me. Room was lovely - extremely clean, very luxurious, and the bed was big enough for three! Nice and quiet. All the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful - during our two day course, we met several of them on a regular basis and they couldn't have been nicer. Breakfast was nice and there was no waiting to be seated or for service. All in all, the perfect stay! |

Away from the noise of trafic and set in a beutiful suroundings. On our first morning I opened the curtains to a sun just showing through the mist that lay across the golf course. The hotel is only a short walk from the 'park and ride' which takes you right into the city centre. I chose to stay at Sprowston Manor because it was where I took my wife for dinner on our first date nearly 40 years ago when we were both serving at RAF Coltishall. The hotel for us was far to warm, especially at night. We understand that windows cannot be opened to far, but there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms to compensate. |

The proximity of Sprowston Manor to Norwich with all its facilities and the Broads was excellent Although it is a nice hotel compared to some other marriots we have stayed in it was not as "posh". Probably age is a factor in this. |

Very helpful and efficient staff. Veruy luxurious, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The hot food at breakfast does need to be replenished frequently though as if you are late down there's not much left! |

Very relaxed setting Evenng meal service (or lack) was very disappointing. Upon check in we were told that last orders were at 9.45. We arrived in the restaurant/bar at 9.38. The waiter looked at his watch and disappeared. He then returned a few minutes later with a smile and told us that we couldn't take our order as last orders were at 9.45. When I pointed out to him that it was 9.44 he told me that he couldn't do anything. I spent Stg £240 at this hotel and they wouldn't even prepare a sandwich.... |

The fact that my breakfast arrived on time and was of a good quality. Not everything that glitters is gold. The hotel looks lovely on arrival. However, my room wasn't ready and I was told on two separate occasions that I would have to wait 45mins to an hour after their check-in time. Not a good start. The website stated airconditioning but there isn't any and the windows have restrictors even on the 3rd floor. The sink plunger design is so poor that as it's too heavy it doesn't remain up which means you can't use the sink. The toilet flush was flush to the wall which meant broken nails, there was no mirror except over the sink which means nowhere to put makeup on and the lighting as usual was ambient so again poor for putting makeup on. Just once I'd like a bathroom designed by a woman. |

Very good hotel and spa, clean rooms, good location. Only one thing that was not very good is food in the restaurant. My lamb was burned and very overpriced. |

This hotel was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful it had a luxury feel ,but comfortable ,It was one of the best hotels we have stayed in here or abroad well done to you and them The service for coffee and tea in the morning at breakfast was not good and would be much better if they gave out pots of tea and coffe so guests could help themselves leaving the staff to get on with there job . |

all the staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The spa and swimming facilities were super and i would definitely recommend the spa.The staff in the spa were friendly, helped you relax and very good at their job. Thank you. considering that it was a four star hotel and I had informed them that my stay was to celebrate an anniversary, I expected a bit more luxury. The room was disappointing. I had booked a king or queen room and it merely had a double bed. there were no finishing touches which would make me believe that I was in a four star hotel compared to a premier inn. Little things like chocolates on the pillow, a free bottle of fizz as it was a celebration. These little touches would make me return and make me feel that it was worth spending a bit extra. |

Lovely location, good for touring Norfolk. Good pool and spa. Spacious bedrooms. Staff very helpful. Bedrooms desperately require air conditioning. The first room to which we were shown, on the ground floor by the exit, had an awful musty smell. Could do with shower gel in bathrooms. |

I enjoyed the facilities and the hotel had lots of fine qualities. My partner and I thought the food was the worse meal we ever had, how they can get the meal so wrong twice is unbelivable. The cost for the food was way over priced for the quality and I could recommend near by resteraunts that were far superior and at half the price. |

The drive from the main road alongside the golf course is lovely. Watch out for the speed bumps and the wildlife. My experience was that the service at breakfast was slow, even when there were only a handfull of guests in the room. Oddly, individual pots of tea were not made available to each guest. Instead it was served by staff from what can best be described as a communial teapot and then taken away. Anyone wanting a second cup, had to wait for staff to enter the room, catch their eye and then ask for more tea. For a hotel of this quality, an individual pot of tea should not be too much to ask for. That said, the quality of the breakfast was good. |

A fantastic manor house set in it's own grounds and surrounded by a golf course. All the staff, without exception, were very friendly and professional, every request was responded to positively. The room was spotlessly clean and luxurious. Breakfast was excellent and the pool faciliies a treat. The car park to the left side of the hotel is surfaced with gravel, my initial room overlooked this and due to the hot weather all windows were open making it too noisey to stay in. I'd recommend the hotel replace the gravel with a tarmac/paved surface. |

Fantastic setting, good leisure facilities, excellent restaurant with superb food and a good wine list, good rooms and a very comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. No tablecloths on restaurant tables- this was an excellent restaurant and brown Formica tables spoilt the effect a little. room would have been even better with air-conditioning but the fan provided was quite effective. |
