I enjoyed a lovely meal. so did the rest of my family. We enjoyed the overnight stay. Lovely location.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Food in Zest was definitely under-whelming and did not represent good value for money, although the young waiter was super.
The hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely. The only problem was you had to pay £9.99 for wifi. The local town is small but found two nice restaurants which we enjoyed.
Excellent breakfast, sensible 11am finish. Friendly efficient staff, well organised hotel.
Everything and you can't ' spell correctly, travellers has double L!
Nothing i did not like
Friendly helpful staff, quiet relaxing atmosphere with lovely rooms
Had to pay extra for wifi
Friendly and helpful staff. Great food. Excellent facilities
All of it
The hotel was perfect for a weekend family get together. We had family arriving from different parts of the country and the staff couldnt have been more accommodating. And there was something to suit all age groups.
The wedding party took over the hotel on Saturday which was a minor irritation. And with all of us using tablets and smart phones, it seemed disappointing that the wi-fi connection wasnt free of charge.
Great food and service all round was superb
Convenient , beautiful, peaceful
No free wi fi come on Marriott hotels !
Such a beautiful place, the grounds, the building. We had a great view of the golf course. Had an amazing weekend!
Breakfast was excellent, swimming pool great and in beautiful grounds
Staff not that friendly, room quite small, especially with a roll way bed in (which was an extra £15 a night!!) bar very expensive!!!
Nice location, lovely open fires in reception areas, very welcoming friendly staff
Room was chilly couldn't find anyway to turn up the radiator, luckily we didn't need to spend to much time there, bath was showing signs of age rust marks where tap had been dripping.
I loved the area! The spa was amazing along with all the other facilities, the staff couldn't be faulted. Will stay here again for sure.
Food could of been better in restaurants in evenings
The location near to Bristol and the surrounding countryside.
The bed was very soft and ready for replacing. Every time you changed position the bed moved. I informed the staff of this pointing out that it caused me to have a poor night's sleep.
There was a distinct lack of cutlery available at breakfast and dinner.
The location and grounds are perfect. We stayed in one of the lodges in the village which was very nice.
Young children in the lodge above us awake very early running around. Rooms are very hot. The bed mattress had seen better days.
Staff very friendly. Room was well equipped.
Separate apartment type building on lakeside village in own little estate. Very quiet. Main building beautiful. Breakfast included and extremely good.
Room took a long time to get warm. Can feel a little cut off from main hotel and on a wet day this could be unpleasant. Drive to property very dark.
Staff were great, views stunning
No WFI in our rooms
My 6 year old daughter loved the pool and exploring the main building. Had a great evening meal in the bar restaurant then watched a movie in our room. Breakfast was fantastic and we were then joined by my brother and his 2 kids as guests and had a great swim. Will return when the weather's better and get out around the grounds.
Location, easy to get taxi to and from town
Dusty room, over hiked up price just because it was valentines day
