Nice facility Internet charges are crazy. Greens were sanded and in poor shape. Lift did not work for the weekend Wine by glass very expensive

The Hotel was beautiful set in lovely gardens, our room was excellent, very clean and even though we were on the ground floor the room was very quiet for Xmas night. The staff were lovely and very helfull, I would stay there again when in the area.

The hotel itself and the room we stayed in was a very high standard, the bed was lovely and comfortable and we also found the breakfast facilities very good, there was plenty of choice and relaxing atmosphere. There wasn't very many things me and my husband didn't like, but one thing we did find unusual is that we booked treatments and thought we would be able to go straight from having them done to the pool and there would be easy access but the spa was totally separate from the pool and we had to get dressed and walk down stairs and corridors just to then get changed again to go into the pool we thought this took the relaxation out of the experience for us. Also I wanted to be able to set up a tab to get food and drinks and pay all together at the end of our stay but I couldn't do this as the hotal wouldn't take my debit card only credit cards which did limit us as I didn't have much cash.

A clean comfortable hotel. Set in nice grounds. Did not dine or drink there apart from breakfast and that was excellent. Staff polite and helpful, service with a smile. Only downside was lack of air conditioning in bedroom, therefore would not stay here in the hotter months.

Great welcome - excellent Concierge! Friendly staff at Reception. Cleanliness was excellent and rooms well proportioned and comfortable. Breakfast - cold plates, lukewarm food, some food not kept stocked up. Staff removing drinks from table whilst guests visiting buffet! Price of drinks at the event we attended - £7.50 for a glass of very ordinary Merlot was extortionate! Set menu food was mediocre at best and served in very small portions. Gravy should have been served separately.

Not too far from Manchester centre by car. The room facilities were not bad, rooms were clean, especially the bed was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was nice as well. マンチェスター市街から車で２０分弱と近距離。部屋も清潔で、設備も整っている。特に、ベッドが寝心地が良- かった（ダブル）。朝食も種類が豊富で美味しい。 As several parties were holding wedding, the breakfast room was a bit clouded by family with children who stayed overnight after the wedding ceremony.
