We were able to check in before 2 pm and the checking out time was 11 am. The breakfast was very good. The room was quite small for the price paid. |

Lovely Hotel and well situated. Staff very helpfull from giving local information to providing a sticking plaster. Room very nice with a four poster bed and nicely decorated. Didn't eat super in hotel, but breakfast ok. Plenty of choice and help yourself. Dissapointed that they had run out of de-caf tea bags! Wardrobe in room not tall enough for a short let alone longer dress. |

Fantastic location, very near the beach and a quick walk into town to get to the bars, restaurants and shops. Check out time was 10am which is relatively early - had we been told this at check in we would have arranged an extension. We assumed it would be about 11am but the cleaner was knocking on the door and woke us up at 9.40. |

the staff at marsham court were excellent, very nice and friendly and the hotel is in a great location over looking the ocean the room let the hotel down a little, they could do with a bit of updating and definatly new mattresses |

Rooms shoddy and dirty - we did not like our first room as the bathroom did not feel clean. My wife emptied the kettle to find brown sludge coming out of it - in fact there was an old tea bag in the kettle - clearly not checked recently. Decoration poor - clearly a pipe had burst and had been replaced by new copper but this had not been painted. Wallpaper beginning to off of walls etc. etc. |

Wedding we attended was wonderful and well organised I asked hotel to keep wedding flowers for my mother of 86 years in Edinburgh but they lost them so very disappointed |

first of all i liked its location, central location and beautiful sea view, short walking distance to everywhere , the rooms are very large i could put 4 big bags on each corner of the room and still walking. No A/C, did not matter for me since the weather was nice,i just requested fan |
