Fantastic room (224) with two windows overlooking the sea, a good size bathroom, good choice of furniture and a big comfortable bed. Also, the hotel staff were very friendly and professional when we needed help or information. I have two suggestions, 1) For the first time visitor, who leaves their vehicle in the front car park, it might be wise to put a small map on display at reception, showing the roads and access to the rear car park. 2) The games room is too small to allow for proper use of the pool cues, as they often strike the walls as you play, so maybe the provision of shorter cues would help. I was still fun though! |

Staff friendly,efficient and polite. Although ours was a side room, view from window towards Poole was a bonus. Excellent breakfast at convient times. Good bar and bar snacks in reasonable comfort. Room would benefit from a little maintenance.and a little too hot for our liking. |

Room 102 was very big and had a double and single bed in. Good view of the sea. Bathroom very clean. Creaky floorboards from room above were very irritating when trying to get to sleep. Bar food was quite good but breakfast food was rather "run of the mill". Games room needs updating and it was difficult to play pool with the walls in the way! Not sure why we had to leave £10 deposit for using games room when we were guests in the hotel. Tea in the room was more like Earl Grey than Tetley and so was not for us. The cold water in the sink in the bathroom was never really cold and the hot water in the bath was never very hot. Would have liked/expected biscuits and possibly water on the refreshments tray. |

I chose the Marsham Court for its location, reputation and quality rating, including primarily its close proximity to the sea/cliffs and central parts of Bournemouth, and was not disappointed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities good and the special discounted weekend offer made our stay very good value for money. I think it could do with a coat or two of paint/sprucing up a bit! (But I do, of course, recognise the issue of tight finances at the present time.) |

Free WiFi Access, mini pastries for breakfast, large secure parking facilities, decent selection of food for breakfast. Great location easy walking distance to the beach main town The bar was not open when we returned to the hotel at 11pm. There were tea bag stains on the walls, the bathroom taps were covered in limescale and looked dirty. |

The staff were very helpful and polite throughout our stay. The hotel was in a central location for all amenities in the town, lovely aspect and good food. It was cold in the restaurant for breakfast but the following day there were additional heaters in the room and it was a particularly cold weekend in December with frost on the ground. |

The breakfast,that was excellent,and courtesy of the staff in the dining room. Much of the hotel could do with re-decorating e.g. Paint is peeling off some of the radiators, and some carpets could do with re-placement. |

I particularly enjoyed the large twin room, the fabulous sea view and the beautiful swimming pool. The breakfast had everything you could wish for layed out buffet style cooked to perfection. I was so pleased to have a large bathroom with a bath to relax in and so much space in the twin room with decent sized wardrobe and draws. Most of all I enjoyed the quiet excellent location, close to Museum, shops, cinemas, and beach. My bathroom lino was curled up round the perimeter. The huge breakfast room and table arrangement was intimidating. The room is in need of smaller tables and plants with screens for better privacy. |

I stayed at the Marsham Court Hotel with my 4 year old daughter. We both really enjoyed our stay. The hotel location was excellent. Short walk to beach, town and gardens. Lovely breakfast. Lovely swimming pool. Wished we had a longer stay. |

The Location is excellent, the Seaview Rooms are are very good, the Breakfast is very good for a 3 Star Hotel. You can order Sandwiches 24 hours a Day and the Bar Food for Lunch and Afternoon is good as well as simple food for the Evenings, casual and availability on the Balcony. Had we known this we would have had Lunch in the Hotel on arrival. The Hotel is lovely, but an old Building and one of the Windows did not open in my Son's room making it very hot ( no Air Condition). The Bathrooms are als hot during Summertime. The Shower was not working propperly in my Son's Room. |
