Good room, location near front, good breakfast

Hotel menu seemed restricted and a bit expensive - we ate out - plenty of decent restaurants near by

Allowed room occupancy 2 hrs before due arrival time as room was all ready. Car park was free to residents.

Asked if could leave car in car park on day of departure for the afternoon . Car had to be out by 1pm , would have been prepared to pay additional cost but was not offered.

Great location, right next to the beach and staff were very helpful.

Excellent location, close to shops, restaurants and beach! Gorgeous room, would really recommend paying extra for the seaview. Room & bathroom very clean and pool area lovely, surprisingly warm!! Breakfast very nice, plenty of choice and staff all very polite :) bank holiday sunshine made our experience even better!

Although excellent that you can park, we weren't told we had to leave by lunchtime until we checked out, so struggled to find a space as everywhere was so busy!

Great location. Staff friendly. Free easy parking. Allowed to park earlier than check in and leave it past check out for couple of hours. Reception stocked toothpaste which we had forgotten. Great.

Rooms were quite basic. No bath. Shower was low power and so not the best. Water was not very hot. Room above were very noisy sounded like they were moving furniture but just really creaky floor boards. Enough to be woken up at night. Disappointing.

Nice hotel, room lovely.

Not being able to get food from the bar in the evening (24 hour service advertised) because the staff said they were too busy.

From start to finish the whole experience was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and the whole hotel was spotless. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel and staff were outstanding. Convenient parking. Rooms comfortable, clean and relaxing. We liked the space that the hotel provides.

Nothing! If I was being really picky then more comfortable chairs in the bar, reception area. We loved the feeling of space when enjoying a drink.

it is so conveniently located near the shopping centre, and only 6 minutes'drive from where our son lives, so that was a bonus point.

We never knew which table we would be eating at. A different table almost every time we visited the restaurant.

the most important thing about a bedroom was the worse thing about the room. the bed,very uncomfortable,no padding on mattress,you could feel the springs,and to much movement.

Great location, room was newly refurbished. Night staff were helpful and friendly. Day staff were a little shy and not great with directions.

Shower did not drain, kept awake most of the night due to being right outside the landing and stairs, could hear every footstep and every person talking. Horrible. Set a wake up call for 9.45 which we never received.

Proximity to the Pavilion Theatre where we had booked.

Staff were very friendly. The location was perfect. Rooms spacious. Good choice of breakfast. Didn't overcharge in the bar like some hotels

Creaky floors in the middle of the night.

Friendly staff who spoke English - hoorah. Very clean and lovely food. There was a bar which was great for the evening and optional meals. Just great.

We were told there was no functions that weekend when there was. But luckily we didn't hear any music.

The staff could not be faulted, they where excellent and accomadating, I generally only stay in 5*, but I will def be staying at The Day's again

Some areas looked a bit tired and the cold buffet and pastries ran out quite quickly at breakfast

We loved the breakfast. Self serve nice and hot, and toast brought to our table.Staff very friendly and helpful. Room facilities very good, bathroom, shower excellent.Nice china cups and real glasses for drinking

Our room was next to the boiler tall funnel and kept going on and off all night.

Due to the bad weather the force of the wind on the balcony windows made an awful creaking sound all night. Also the paint was pealing from the ceiling in the bathroom.
