Nice Hotel Staff very pleasant We were in transit to further up the country and this was convienient for our an overnight stay Choose to have dinner which we enjoyed very much.Large Room with refurbished ensuite. Althought clean the bedroom was a bit tired looking Carpet worn in places and stained Although large I found the bed (matress) uncomfortable. Attention required in the bathroom. taps loose so they swivel and no way of operating the sink plug needed a spoon to lever it out.

Friendly and efficient staff, free parking, warm and comfortable room with lovely surroundings. We thought that the food was excellent and that we got value for money especially at the steak night. We loved our stopover even though we only stayed one night. The only downside was that the shower didn't work properly and we could not report it as we were already wet!

We have friends' living in Royal Wootten Bassett who we visit at least once each year, over the last five years. This year and last year we have stayed at Marsh Farm Hotel. On previous occassions we have stayed in Cricklade. Marsh Farm is an ideal location for us. We enjoy the countryside views, especially once we've left the m5 motorway. Birdlip and onwards is my favorite. It is central to the towns and villages that we like to visit while visiting our friends. The hotel is; of attractive appearance, well proportioned, spacious, with modern accommodation and services. The reception and dining room staff were vey friendly and courtious. Cooked breakfast, served, excellent choice of menu, very nice. Car parking is also spacious. We will visit again.

Quiet and conviently close to where I needed to be, goo price for what was offered. IT served and excellent breakfast Mattress was far to soft in room 50 as I kept rolling into the middle of the bed. Also there was only a tiny 12" portable old style CRT television which quite frankly in this day and age is a joke.

It was very good value for bed and breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A very quiet and peacful area ie no disturbance during the night. We ate in the restaurant on the Friday eveining, set menu which we thought was good quality and tasting food. However, the portion sizes of the starter and main were very poor. Thankfully, the pudding made up for it.

The staff were extremely helpful. They were friendly and attentive. They were very considerate of special needs and, when asked, moved my mother downstairs to a larger room which made life much easier for her. They had special cards to place outside the door to indicate that special help was needed in case of a fire. The food was very good, breakfast and dinner. I would have liked a slightly later breakfast on Saturday and would have liked some handcream in the room. But these were very minor points!!

Very clean room (we stayed in one of the annexes) and a great breakfast. Better still, the toast was brought to the table, none of the diy toast which is (unfortunately) becoming the norm. Very minor complaints: 1. The TV in the room was a bit small (portable size), 2. The layout of the restaurant entrance was a bit cramped, not helped by an array of potted plants. This creates a bit of "After you, Claude/After you, Cecil" when going back and forth to the breakfast buffet.

Convenient for my business, free wifi, friendly staff and good food. I stayed in the original part of the hotel which although clean and comfortable is due for a refurbishment. The decor is now dated as was the small 14" tv.

The dinner on Friday evening can only be described as excellent Breakfasts were a little disappointing - eggs were quite greasy and we were not told of alternatives to the cooked buffet. Although we booked the Executive double room, the hotel did contact us the evening before we travelled to advise us that there was a wedding taking place whilst we were there and the room may be noisy. As such we chose to move rooms but they did not have any other executive rooms so we had to move to a superior which clearly wasn't up to the standard we were looking for, which was a shame
