Quiet surroundings, helpful and courteous staff. A good choice of food at breakfast. Comfortable room and bed. Nothing in particular. Though it would have been nice to check out a little later on a Sunday. |

Comfortable, with good facilities at a reasonable price. Room was spacious, with a high quality bathroom. No glasses supplied, only plastic cups which crack when you take them out of the packaging. Also, had to ask for milk, as none was supplied with tea and coffeee facilities. |

surprised at the size of the room, I had expected it to be smaller for the price I paid so that was a positive experience My rom was near the kitchens and this was sometime noisy with the windows open |

Great value for money and was situated perfectly, for my specific needs. 1. That I was going to be charged £10 an hour for every hour, for an early check in... I have never experienced this before! 2. The standard of the breakfast was very poor, sausages/ black pudding/ scrambled egg very undercooked, bacon was very fatty and mushrooms were very greasy... not a particulary pleasant experience. 3. |

Relaxed. Went to Swindon-very good shopping centre. Explored the sometimes quaint litle hidden away villages close to hotel. Very enjoyable weekend break. We were on ground floor and unfortunately our neighbours in the room directly above us paced the floor-literally-un til 3.30 in morning-we got little sleep. We could hear them chatting and the tv, Perhaps something could be done to lesen the noise from inconsiderate noisy guests? |

Spacious bedroom and bathroom with comfortable bed. Good supplies of hot drinks including decafinated coffee. Breakfast served in attractive conservatory with high quality locally sourced produce very well cooked. Didn't apply while we were there but it could be awkward having to go outside between the bedrooms and the dining room in wet weather. |

the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. None whilst we were there but two days is maybe not enough time to give a fair assessment. |

The staff seemed very friedly especially in the dining room who were helpful and polite. The room we stayed in was in need of some decoration and we could not get the shower to work. |

we arrived from work at 7pm for a florist event, once it had finished at 10pm there wasn't any food available, only two packets of crisps or some funnyb nuts! |
