The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The look of the hotel and the grounds were beautiful. The breakfasts were great. The rooms were clean, quiet and relaxing. There was always alot of parking available. The only complaints that we have is that our room was smaller than expected (but neat and very clean). The water pressure in the shower was a little weak and the water temperature was not always constant. |

The rooms were clean and tidy with all the necessary toiletries supplied.Tea and coffee making facilities together with tv and iron were a bonus. Restaurant food was very flavoursome and plentiful with a good choice Staff seemed a little inexperienced in the evening, although pleasant and friendly. Nice hotel, good food and pleasant staff. I read some reviews that were not very complimentary - I can only say that I had no problems at all in my 5 night stay - I will certainly return again and recommend to my colleagues. |

Excellent assistance from staff, we travalled and stayed in 6 hotels over alternative nights, and this was the the only one that offered to take our cases to our room, a very important concideration. |

There was no pretentious luxury ; just top quality facilities in attractive surroundings delivered efficiently by outstandingly friendly staff who seemed to take genuine pleasure in being helpful. Sounds simple enough doesn't it and yet is not frequently achieved. |

Marsh Farm Hotel is comfortable and in a good location for what we wanted, my grand-daughter got married here last year and we stayed then, this year my great grandson was christened at Brinkworth so we as we were impressed last year we decided to stay again. |

The staff were very friendly and offered to change my booking from double to twin, which was much better. Staff were very attentive as we had to wait around the hotel after sign out time and made sure we were well looked after, offering refreshments. |

The room was large and comfortable. I was unhappy with the time taken for room service. We ordered a desert and cheese and biscuits and it took over an hour to arrive! The £5.00 room service charge was also a little excessive, however, the hotel waived this charge on hearing of our long wait. |

Quiet surroundings, helpful and courteous staff. A good choice of food at breakfast. Comfortable room and bed. Nothing in particular. Though it would have been nice to check out a little later on a Sunday. |
