There was nothing to commend this hotel.
All of the facilities or lack of them. The T V did not work and cleanliness was awful Other guests played music and shoulted until 3.30 am and there was no intervnention from management.
Distance from station
Could be better hotel is run downIng am sure with a little better housekeeping it could be better
I got the impression that the staff were making the best of a bad job. The place was spotless as was the bed linen and the towel. However the place as so many possibilities it made me feel sad that so much could be done and was not.
The shower. It should either be replaced or retiled. It was a definite no! no! as far as I was concerned. Disgusting was the word that came to mind. I liked the idea of a security code lock but as there was no light I could not see the letters or the numbers.
In my next room, there were 4 boys, they are made a noise until 2am, every 10mins they went out, shut the doors loudly and corridors door too and I cannot sleep. I was there busniess proper.
Nothing at all the place is like a crack den.
Everything. Wants knocking down.
Damp in the room, very bad damp in the bathroom with water continuously dripping through the bathroom ceiling No doors on the wardrobe, stains on the bed sheets
We stay away with work a lot worse place we've stayed!!! Room was disgusting and dirty!!! Staff unhelpful generally not a nice place to stay and it wasn't that cheap!!! I won't mention the food!!!!
great helpful staff. Easy to find and park OverAll really good
no hot water
All i needed was in one room and they provided facilities to make your own tea or coffee.
The TV in the room was not working.I called reception to report this. It was fixed but 5 minutes later it went 'dead'.
Everything apart from staff
Dirty toilet and ensuite blind fell down when i pulled it closed the whole place very tired and very dirty
nothing this place is literally hell on earth , we opened the bedroom door and the rats ran for help
everything , may seem a cheap idea but don't bother , I've seen crack dens with more charm
To noisy room are hollow and with lots of builder's using it as digs don't expect peace and quiet
Cheap and Cheerful basic but ok.
The Hotel, not even worth £40.00 per night.
the free wifi
The room was filthy, the en suite was filthy. I left a glove on reception and when I asked do they have it was told no. I was kept awake until after 3 by rowdy guests on the same landing, When I tried to complain in the morning I was shrugged off by the girl on reception saying I should have done so in the night. I was on the top floor and have arthritis in My hips so a trip down 4/5 sets of stairs was a no no. Yhis hotel is not worth even £10 per night so avoid like the plague as you risk getting it if you stay
The convenience of being one minute from the shopping centre. The price.
Seeing a used condom on the floor beside the bed. Having so many stairs to climb.
Loved the jacuzzi
Basic look. Lack of towels and pillows
How quick I got out of there
The lot !!! Worst place I have ever been !!!
the people on the reception were very friendly and helpfull.the hotel as a whole was actually not that bad.the bed was ok the sheets were clean and the toilet and sink were also clean.the heating worked like it should .this is not the hilton hotel but you are not paying hilton hotel prices.at first i thought oh oh but the hotel was ok
the bath itself was clean but around the bath on the tiles lay lime resedue from water that had stood a while.easy enough to remove but does not look good.the board on the front of the bath was also in need of repair, half a days work a new coat of paint on the walls and you have a new bathroom.the real problem are the carpets they are filthy.do something whith the carpets, put a bit of paint on the walls and the complaints will stop
old building. cheap and basic facilities
Room was crampled. Beds were not made up, no fresh linen. Smelt of something rotten. Shower Room was filthy, floor was not only wet, but had water coming up through the floor.
There was nothing positive to say about this hotel except maybe that it was cheap.
The room was extremely filthy and had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time. There was dirt on the floors, mildew on the curtains and on the floor and walls in the bathroom. The furniture was broken and filled with stains of varying kinds including blood stains on the bathroom cupboard, where a used toothpick with used dental floss had been left fo us.
