Good location, nice rooms
Mezzanine level ceiling a little low
Room facilities good. Comfortable bed. Good quality of cleaning. Convenience for public transport. Foodstore within 5 mins walk
Traffic noise throughout the night. Steep staircases. Having to buy new batteries for the TV commander
Good location, friendly staff, clean room. A little bit noisy if room towards street but its very good value for th money.
nothing to report
The room we had was lovely and big and ok location
The staff was awfull very rude didn't make us feel welcome , facilities not great didn't even have a toaster just fink for the amount off money you pay you could atleast get a toaster, just really fink they need to sort out there staff as both was awfull checking in and out wouldn't stay there again just due the staff
I liked the staff. Joseph, Daniel, and Renaldo were kind , friendly and helpful. My room was kept spotless by Anna and her helpers. I felt very safe. the tube and bus were close.
I had a hard time with the water heater in the shower. It went hot, cold, and back again.
No disturbances, quiet
Mini bar a bit smelly to put milk im, no dish washing liquid or sponge and no readly available extra duvets/
We had a 2 night stay with our family, 2 older teenagers. We booked a family room which was extremely spacious. The location was excellent a 200 metre walk to the bakers street tube. Would choose this hotel again.
There was nothing that I was disappointed about, if anything at all the bathroom was a little tight when compared to the rest of the room.
We stayed in the family room, we were a group of 4 girls. Really spacious and plenty of room for us. Views outside was nice. Would deffo stay again. Close to the underground and shops.
Nothing bad to say about the place.
Warm welcome - upgraded room from single to a double which was on ground floor, quiet and secure.
Perfect location for Regent's Park, London Zoo and Msdame Tussaud's. Just off Baker Street and easy walk to Oxford Street. Lovely family room with access to back yard and separate room for the children. Valued the free wifi too.
Parking was a nightmare. Although parking was near, as mentioned in the advert, the cheaper car parks were unavailable so it ended up adding £100 on to our weekend stay. The Hotel is also just 10 yards into the Congestion Zone area which hit us on the Friday. We arrived at the Hotel at 12.30 and it took until 2pm to get parked. Way too many one way streets and nowhere to even stop and unload in front of the Inn.
Greta location for the money!
The reception area was manned by a rather gruff Eastern European gentleman who was less than friendly.
very convinient.easy access toward any directions such as Oxford street, Paddington Sta, Victoria Sta,King's cross, Finchely Rd, Primrose hill by bus. Enjoyed Regent's park where is walking distance in the morning. and you can find nice restrants, take away shop, super market easily.
We stayed Family room which has loft. Loft and stairs to bed room was covered with dust and floor is not clean, too. so one of my children couldn't stop caughing first few days. and you can open the window for fresh air but the noise of traffic avoid you to sleep and relax until midnight.
Hygiene/cleaning of room. Quite spacious, but I guess it's not applicable for all rooms.
The "Hotel Manager" was extremely rude, he was: - during check-in telling me me that he don't like "people staying for one night" (I stayed for one night); - swearing over the phone in front of me at the reception desk; - referring to his night surveillance colleague as the "fat and ugly one"; - making a comment about the room rate (set by Booking.com), as it was "too cheap" according to him; - telling me I "was lucky" to be granted a upgrade as my booked room needed maintenance work. The other staff at reception desk was not friendly either. Very amateuristic, wearing a t-shirt and flip flops. Felt like being in a candid camera show.
Close to tube Plenty to do nearby I.e. Eateries, Madame, Tussauds, car park. Spacious room Nice modern room with all you need.
10am check out! No aircon
Easy to find from Marylebone station. Close to Baker Street (lots of shops there). Great free Wi-Fi. Quiet location. Excellent staff, very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Clean, comfortable and good location.
We were on the ground floor so there was a bit of traffic noise, especially as there was a bus stop at our window and beds are not overly comfortable, but overall pleasant stay.
The hotel had been attractively redecorated. I had a double room with kitchen facilities, which is lovely when things are so expensive in London. It was close to Paddington station, and would have been perfect for Sherlock Holmes and Mme Tussaud's or Lord's Cricket Ground. I was directed to a pub, The Beehive, nearby, which was also a plus.
It was very hot, and the hotel is not air conditioned -- normally this would not be an issue, but it was extremely hot this summer. There was no lift, but it is an old hotel. Such nice hotels are an argument for travelling light.
The room was too hot in the summer, if i open the window it was noisy from the trafic. Wifi was poor and there is no stair
Good location close to baker street, shops and restaurants near. Guy from reception helps to go till 4th floor with part of luggage. They saved my luggage during last day.
Very very small and basic room. No cover on WC. Warm room, no air conditioned, no interesting views. Shower works in a strange way, stopped after some minutes. No elevator till 4th floor. Noisy due to other rooms.
Central location ideal for sightseeing.
Noisy room on ground floor at front of hotel
Price, Location, excellent room. Served my purposes very well.
No catering facilities on site at all, travellers expecting breakfast are in for a shock. Meagre tea & coffee supplies in room were not a surprise, but disappointing nevertheless. Make an effort!
Location was great, staff friendly and helpful, close to Baker street station and buses.
Having to leave!
Clean, location, price okay for London
No telephone in the room
