the location is excellent, near to Madame Tussauds (5-10 minutes walking distance) with a lot of restaurants nearby
Spotlessy clean, nicely decorated and modern. Great value.
Thin walls made it a little bit noisy
staff , cold room , no hot water i bathroom
We had a good spacious room, nice bathroom and excellent location. Quite modern, enjoyed our stay
Only things I would say is it has bad wifi, no lifts.
Location convenient close to Baker St. Room small, but clean and tidy with all I needed for overnight stay. At £55 great value for central London.
When we arrived early after a long flight they happily welcomed us with a ready room. It was a quiet oasis in a busy and very convenient area of London.
Hotel is clean. Room was nice and warm. Double room with the microwave and fridge in room makes it feel almost like a bedsit. Just buy a microwave dinner if you want to save money. Plus you are able to make your own breakfast as well. Shower room tiny but clean. Shops less than 5min walk away. Within walking distance of tubes. Oxford street and Hyde park within walking distance straight down the road.
They do warn you on their website that they don't have a lift. People who have trouble with stairs should request a room on the ground floor. Bed is soft yes but I prefer a soft bed to a lumpy one. Pillow was a bit too high for me but that just personal choice.
We chose the Marylebone Inn because its location was just perfect for the purpose of our visit. We never know what to expect in London when we book into a reasonably priced smaller hotel but what a good decision we made. No frills but we liked it and would recommend it.
Nothing to dislike. We didn't see a lift, and so if the stairs are a problem this hotel is not for you unless you secure the ground floor rooms.
Excellent location. Clean and tidy rooms.
No lift. Staff was nice but not overly friendly
Staff could have been frienlier
Was so impressed, gorgeous old building, great size room, with huge window and lovely shutters, everything new and clean and it was quiet. Friendly helpful staff too, will definitely use again and recommend to others.
Really didn't dislike anything. If I really have to find something, the wardrobe could be a bit more stylish since everything else was
This was an ideal location for getting to the West End and all the theatres etc. The bus service was great from Baker Street (not the station but the actual street. Just walk down road opposite hostel bus stop other side of Baker Street. Nice bathroom and shower.
Bed a bit small and room cramped but for two nights in London wasn't really a problem as didn't spend much time there. No good for romantic couple!!!
Location and value for money
Location New room Clean Helpful personnel Price Room equipment
Electric bath tap Late checkin Early checkout
Booked last minute, good value for money, close to major tube station, clean. Would stay again.
Only thing I cpuld say is when the window was open the noise of the road was quite loud.
Good location. 3 minute walk to Underground station. Lots of shops, restaurants nearby. Friendly staff.
Excellent location, friendly staff, comfy bed, neat kitchen facilities very convenient. Like little home from home. Would definitely use again
Frendly and helpfull staff, excellent value for money. I will continue staying there when I am in London
Cleanliness, close to tube and west end, lovely shower and comfy bed.
Poor quality wardrobe, lack of cutlery in kitchenette. 2 teaspoons, 1 serving spoon, 1 serving fork. How do 2 people eat even a microwave meal with them. Very early check outdone a Sunday. 10 of clock not sufficient time for breakfast.
No milk for drinks
Location Big room
Comfort of bed... Horrible. I had 2 days back pain
Clean straigh forward place
Shower bit difficult to set the correct temperature . Ok once done.
Good location being a short walk from 2 tube stations. Reasonable size room with kitchen facilities. Very small toilet/shower room. Comfortable for 2 night stay.
Shower room very small
It was near where I wanted to be in the morning.
It was basic, cold and uninviting. I arrived late and was met by an uninviting gentleman. The room is cold and the bedding insufficient to keep you warm. The quilt would be ideal on a hot summer night!
Great to have a kitchen area and nice sofa to sit on. Really good location.
The mezzanine where the bed was had a low ceiling for tall people
