Frendly and helpfull staff, excellent value for money. I will continue staying there when I am in London
Cleanliness, close to tube and west end, lovely shower and comfy bed.
Poor quality wardrobe, lack of cutlery in kitchenette. 2 teaspoons, 1 serving spoon, 1 serving fork. How do 2 people eat even a microwave meal with them. Very early check outdone a Sunday. 10 of clock not sufficient time for breakfast.
No milk for drinks
Location Big room
Comfort of bed... Horrible. I had 2 days back pain
Clean straigh forward place
Shower bit difficult to set the correct temperature . Ok once done.
Good location being a short walk from 2 tube stations. Reasonable size room with kitchen facilities. Very small toilet/shower room. Comfortable for 2 night stay.
Shower room very small
It was near where I wanted to be in the morning.
It was basic, cold and uninviting. I arrived late and was met by an uninviting gentleman. The room is cold and the bedding insufficient to keep you warm. The quilt would be ideal on a hot summer night!
Great to have a kitchen area and nice sofa to sit on. Really good location.
The mezzanine where the bed was had a low ceiling for tall people
- location - free wifi - the manager - clean bathroom
- the duvet had blood stains - the sheets didn't look to clean
Is a kind of a house, with nice apartments.
The attention of the reception, one people no so friendly. but ok
Newly decorated Extremely friendly staff Very comfortable bed!
receptionist friendly and carried my bag up to room as it was up a few floors. Good location. Much as described by Booking.com
Modern facilities, helpful manager, clean & good location
Difficult to work out how to get hot water. There was no lift to the 4th floor which was ok for me but I did not realise this when I booked , so it could have been a problem.
The hotel staff was very kind & helpful..
I enjoyed the hotel and facilities. It was a good location, very central.
The place is quite noisy with a busy road so it is difficult to get rest. There are no on site dining facilities.
Location Comfort and size of room + small kitchenette facilities
No breakfast... but wasnt a problem as plenty nearby
Very nice place, clean room, fresh white bed linen, fully equipped kitchenette, very helpful stuff, convenient location, just 5 minutes to Baker street underground station. very good wi-fi. My stay was a pure delight and pleasure. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone
If you're a light sleeper, you may find the noise from the street somewhat disturbing.
The hotel had a great modern feel. The rooms were nice and spacious and the bed and sofa bed were both really comfortable. The location was prime. Extremely close to Baker Street and Marylebone Station. I had last minute requests for the hotel and the manager was able to accommodate.
The bathroom is small, hot and it is easy to burn on the radiator. Shower takes a little while to settle down too.
The hotel is in a nice area with supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, tube stations and close to a park. Room was clean, modern decorated, I got a bigger room with fridge and microwave, double bed and small table. WiFi of free and fast. First day I was help by who I think was the manager, very friendly, very helpful! I would recommend this place, very close to Oxford St. shops and Hyde Park area.
I really liked the single room I booked, which was long and narrow but with more than enough space for one person. Kettle and tea, good hairdryer, nicely furnished. Bathroom was modern and zen, though with very little space to put toiletries. Bed was comfortable, though a wee bit squeaky. Everything in the room was very clean, crisp, and modern. Windows could be opened to let in a bit of air; two layers of glass windows helped to keep out the noise from the busy road below; and wooden shutters kept out most of the light for a good sleep. Excellent heating system-- very important to me as I'm rather "frileuse", easily cold. Staff was kind enough to grab my bag and carry it up several flights of stairs for me.
Very, very little shelf or surface space in the bathroom to stand toiletries, and none in the shower itself. Shower space is a little bit small, and I couldn't quite work out how the water heater worked. Staff was rather grumpy and seemed preoccupied when I checked in, though was a bit less so when I checked-out; nonetheless, he grabbed my bag and carried it up the stairs to my room. This is a neutral point-- just that there is no elevator, and getting heavy bags up the stairs is a pain.
Room clean, comfortable with many facilities such as microwave, frige , water heater, heaters. I lived with my daughter and choose double bed room we're so surprise that room so huge for 2 persons and wifi is very fast in very good location near underground. We can cook and sleep well.
No lift ,fourtunaitly we stayed in the room at half floor.
Wi-Fi signal was Intermittent and road noise annoying
Top floor no lift very very small ensuite Very flimsy bed No curtains wooden blinds Would not go again
We were upgraded to a family room, so larger. Not too far from Baker Street and Tube. Staff, maybe owner was nice, friendly.
Hard wood floors without coverings made the room loud. Could hear neighbours through walls. Bath had some mild issues. Bus stop just outside so lots of people milling around out front. Front door open so some security concerns. There is a Marleybone Hotel about 10 blocks away, so a bit confusing. Seems to be a 'Mom and Pop' operation and came off that way.
