It was extremely easy to find and being taken to the airport was very good and very efficient. The room was very clean and warm. Restaurant within easy walking distance.

The room looked a bit tired - bedlinen old fashioned and headboard not fixed properly. Only 1 bedside lamp. Disappointed in breakfast - scrambled eggs very runny. mushrooms apparently uncooked.

Wish breakfast was available earlier for us getting flights.

Location excellent for Gatwick

Only ok for a short stay when needing the airport. Chose it because advertised as no charge for dogs - then tried to charge.

staff were very friendly on arrival and very informative about surrounding services such as restaurants and pubs. Great place for a stopover as only 2 mins from gatwick airport.

Handy for Gatwick. Very friendly staff. As a B & B very comfortable. Will organise transport to and from Gatwick, using local taxis, depending on time of day will take you. This was my umpteenth visit, so I obviously was satisfied.

Perfect budget airport stopover near Gatwick. There are frequent trains from Gatwick South terminal to Horley (journey time 3 minutes) and then it's only a 10-15 minute walk to the guest house. The room was nicely decorated and quiet. The bathroom facilities across the hall were of high quality. I thought that the price was absolutely outstanding. The lift to the airport at 6:45 the following morning was free of charge and most welcome. This was my second time staying at Masslink. It won't be my last as it represents a convenient, comfortable and reliable option making it possible to get a fairly early flight out of Gatwick with an efficient transfer. Highly recommended!!!

Location close to North Terminal Gatwick perfect for overnight stay to catch a red-eye flight.

Location to the Airport

I was asked on three times when i would be paying. Never met the owner he just barked orders from the kitchen ( overheard him telling one of the girls to make sure i paid. I booked a double room because i am very tall so they tried to charge me for two breakfasts! Was disturbed 3 times in my room in the morning whilst trying to conduct some business on the phone. Check out was meant to be 10:00am but i recived knocks on the door at 9:00, 9:15, and 9:30am. Then i decided it was probably easier to carry out my business at the airport.

Close location to Gatwick North Terminal and for sinle travellers a much cheaper option than Premier Inn. Travelodge etc. It's a 20 minute walk though not recommended if you are carrying heavy luggage. There is also a tricky bit along the A23 where the footpath disappears so take care. However the owners can arrange a transfer to the airport. Room was very clean with TV, sink, coffee/tea/kettle. Good Wifi. Shared bathroom was kept very clean. Owners very accommodating if you turn up late from your flight etc.

Room no 2 need a new bed mattress. It's a bit lumpy.

It was very non-impersonal - the owners and family were the only staff I saw. It was conveniently near facilities (essential shopping, railway station, a nice old pub (6 Bells) - not to mention Gatwick Airport (which I wasn't using).

Location, friendliness and comfort

My husband and I just moved to the UK and stayed at Masslink Guest House for a night before taking the train up to our new home. They were extremely accommodating, let us bring our cats and even dropped us off at the tar in station. The breakfast was simple but really tasty and the room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great first night in the UK!

They took every effort to help me enjoy my visit to see Olympics - especially the cycling Road Races at Box Hill. They were very clear about the facilities on offer. I could watch Olympics in my room between seeing events. It is so convenient to transport to London and Gatwick Airport.

Mattress very uncomfortable

As I was only there for about 10 hours, it's difficult to say more, it did what it said it would and communication by email was very good.

I found the bed uncomfortable and the internet access was limited

Close to the airport (walking distance with backpack). Free parking. Nice furniting of room. Room was a bit moist tough which caused smell.

This is a good location for connecting to eat morning flights from Gatwick airport. The guesthouse is clean, comfortable, well priced and offers a free shuttle to the airport. It is within walking distance of Horley township where there are cafes, pubs, shops.

Da, haresa mi. Bih ostanala otnovo, pri sledvasht sluchai. Yes, I liked it. I would go back next time when I have a long stop in Gatwick.

Veroqtno nqkoi se nanasqshe prez noshta i vdigaha ujasen shum, no kato cqlo beshe perfektno! Perhaps it was somebody who was moving in very late, but the noise was terable, shutting doors and noisy talking... But over all everything was good!

Alles, was ich brauche- einfach, nette Menschen, kein Getue. Für Kurzreisen nach London/ Gatwick ideal gelegen, wenn man es mit An/ Abflug koordiniert. Danke!
