The location was good - a nice walk to town in good weather and a bus stop taking you straight into town if needed. The room was clean. Good facilities, and a very lovely breakfast - good for vegetarians as well as meat-lovers. Little space to hang towels to dry, to allow for hygienic use of them for another day. We unfortunately experienced difficulty with noise one evening with people 2 doors down being very loud, and a group of people arguing for sometime outside, both after midnight.

I enjoyed the entire stay. Friendly helpful staff and excellent food. Cean room. There was nothing that I did not like Hated that I could not air my room properly as the windows have restricted opening. That would probaly be there for safety of children but surely in adults rooms we can open our windows properly. I worried that if there was a fire I wouldnt get out from my window.

It's good value and convenient for town - really liked the breakfast for choice and generosity Didn't like the UHT milk in the room - fresh milk would have been better and more of it - however all else was great

I appreciated having subtitles on tv Radiator was not working although a portable one was provided after two phone calls to reception. Tv at a lower level would be more comfortable for viewing.

Location was convenient. Very basic student accommodation, noisy on a Saturday night, and breakfast, unlike other hotels of similar price finished serving at the uncivilised hour of 10am on a Sunday morning. Despite being told at reception on check in that breakfast finished at 10.30am, I came down to breakfast at 10.05am and was told the kitchen was closed, no apology, no willingness to even offer any hot food. Very disappointing. Next time I will spend the same money and stay in a Travelodge or equivalent.

Basic facilities and comfort, as expected of university-based room, including desk Excellent breakfast General friendliness and helpfulness of reception staff Location and parking Would definitely go there again - has everything I would want in a B&B, though not hotel public facilities Slightly complicated booking (for large family group) caused some muddle on arrival: seemed to be difficult to treat each unit separately rather than to hand out all keys at once, although names had all been entered on booking.com Slightly disciplinarian arrangements for breakfast service (but again large family group was testing flexibility)

Nothing was too much trouble for the people on reception. They answered all my questions (e.g., re buses, places to visit) fully, accurately and as if they had nothing else to do but to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It was very quiet, clean and cosy, too. There are loads of buses to and from the city centre which is about 5 minutes away (or a 30 minute walk). The bathroom soap / shower gel / shampoo was lovely! As was the cooked breakfast. Excellent value for money, I thought. I would definitely stay again. The shower room was a bit cramped but actually fine.

Breakfast that was included in staying fee was good. I think I stayed with comfort and reasonable price. I think the wall of the room is a little thin. I could hear the TV noise from next room.
