Clean hotel I have stayed there before and found everything top class, but this time found the staff un trained, could not find my booking and when we went to the bar, could not pour a drink correctly. Also the evening meal in the resturant was not the usual standard, more like pub food then it was before. |

Extremely noisy with aircraft passing overhead every 2 - 5 minutes, and fire alarm going off at 5.0am due to smokers in a room. Breakfast room clsoed too early for weekends at 10.0am and diners almost driven out . |

Parking is expensive and not included. Wifi is expensive and not included. Hotel is on flight path and very noisy from around 5am, with almost constant planes. Decor is very old and tired, much more dated then other best western hotels, Shower pressure very low, trickles, this is a known problem in many rooms, receptionist tried to make an obviously rehearsed excuse that pressure reduces in peak times, but the pressure is low all the time, and difficult to get a usable temperature either too hot or too cold. I insisted a maintenance person looks at it,he confirmed that many rooms have the same problem esp above ground level. Breakfast is £10 if you don't book, so beware. Location far from restaurants not walking distance.. |

The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean and easy to access. The hotel is good value for money. The reception staff left you standing around too long whilst they answered the phone. The phone would be better answered by others when guests are waiting at reception. |

Clean, comfortable room. The full-English buffet breakfasts were really good! I needed a hotel for three nights as I was working in the area and The Master Robert was great value for money. Very friendly staff, too. The £5/night car park charge wasn't made clear when I made the booking. However, if I spent over £15 on food/drink, it was refunded. There was aeroplane noise from about 5am each morning. I would suggest packing some ear-plugs! |

Very helpful, friendly staff, cheerful and good humoured. The bar and restuarant were were good and the food was excellent. Great for access to motorways and Heathrow airport 20 minutes walk to the nearest tube station, but bus stop right outside |

The service was excellent. There was plenty of room in my single room. Breakfast was great. Walk to tube is not short even though there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Flight noise is bad starting for 0530 in the morning. Double glazing not enough. Carpets should be changed. |
