The ibis budget London Hounslow is 4 miles from London’s Heathrow Airport, and perfectly placed for travelers to access the airport as well as the regular transport connections to central London.

Good Staff,Good Hotel
Lovely soft bed & bathroom spotless
Nice and quite
No internet service in the room
The Main building and the price.
The reason I marked this hotel so low is because I was not in the main hotel. I was put in a 2 story block at the far end of the car park. It was scruffy and the entrance semi-blocked by smokers trying to shelter from the rain. It was a long way to the main bar and dining room. Although the hotel is easy to get to if approaching it from the West or South, it's not so easy from the East. The buffet breakfast was cold and horrible.
Flight Path from Heathrow Airport Flights started before 6am above bedroom disturbed sleep
dark old fashioned
Easy walk to the local tube station. Very easy to find off the M4 and great to be able to park under cover. The staff were very polite and helpful.
The room was just missing wifi and whilst it was clean the flooring in the bathroom was split in the corners and the TV and box took a bit of working out as there were no instructions.
Clean comfy bed . Good breakfast . What we paid for 2 nights would have been the cost for one night in inner city london.
So out dated and shabby. Super loud planes landing / taking off from 5:45 am - could have slept on the run way ! No double glazing . Shower Curtain - unhygienic Damp patch under carpet by the sink.
rooms where dirty shower curtain was filthy with brown stains on it noise of airplanes intolerable from 4.30 am onwards would not stay there again and would not reccomend anyone to stay there
Full English breakfast Comfortable beds
Not able to get wi-fi in room
Quite and comfy and clean.
Ignoring the old style wing, the room itself was large. Food was good Staff were friendly
With planes landing at Heathrow overhead, the hotel needed something above the norm to entice me back - it did not. There was food under a bed, cleaning therefore not up to standard. The room needed to be refreshed (carpets and walls coming apart), plug sockets need checking and repair.
The reception and the bar / breakfast are was nice
The room was ok, but was told it was one of the refurbished rooms when booked in, but don't think it was after seeing other rooms our friends were staying in. Also you have to pay £5 for the parking and only get this back if you purchase £10 or more in their bar area, which was ok for us as we were there for a party, but if you are using this hotel for an overnight for the airport then bare this in mind as will cost an extra £5 with the booking..
Good value for money, room was very big (3 beds). Planes overhead busy until about 9-10pm but quiet after that. Cooked breakfast was lovely
Noisey neighbours in room 28
This room I stayed in this week was very nice had been updated to a very nice standard, the rooms are not normally like this that I get they are usually very much in need of an update pleasantly surprised this week, other than that the room is always clean,
Only thing that annoys me is the planes passing overhead on there way into airport
Very large room. Breakfast area.
Room interiors look 50 years old without maintenance. Bathroom not clean. Floor looks like it hasn't been washed for months. Heating not functioning in bathroom, had to call help. Window curtains/rail to be replaced. Room to be refurbished completely.
It was a very short stay (few hours literally) I had a call from my office and had to travel bk to east London. I enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it to friends
It was cold, heating was not on....
There was no evening meal at the weekend
The night porter,i asked if they sold water he said every room has water. I said we haven't got any .and his reply was in the tap .........
Friendly staff great service good parking facilities good breakfast choice
Room needs modernisation very dated furniture
The staff are still very friendly and welcoming as are the locals in the attached pub.
Recent chenges have seen the closure of the hotel retaurant and the hotel now only serves bar meals from Monday to Thursday with no food service at all on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Bar meals are restrited to a choice of Burger, Fish & Chips, Baguettes or a curry. This change has already caused a number of regulars to take thier business elsewhere and the hotel now appears to be on a downward spiral. Locals and staff believe this may be deliberate as it coincides with a planning application to redevelop the hotel.
The hotel was very old and needed a huge amount of money spending on it. The rooms were very basic, the bathroom needed ripping out and completely modernising.
