About d cleanses u have to pay 4 dat. At least if they can do it once in a week that will be perfect
Felt insecure as there were no locks on all the doors.
Their treatment , they kept extra bed for us and when we asked the next day for sheets they removed the extra bed from the appt. And we called them and they didnt reply!!!

Very good location as it's only 2 minutes walk to the main street- Regent Street and there are a lot of restaurants near by. Big space for family stay with the kids: big sofa bed, big dinning & living.
No front desk service so when you need any help you need to call the agent to come. Of course sometimes it didn't work as nobody answered the phone. Wi-Fi signal is very poor. No shampoo and shower gel.
Upon arrival we waited for a long time to be attended to. We booked for 4 persons but it was actually 2 have to sleep in the sofa bed in the living room with no curtains. The sun was up at 4 am. In the first place we paid for 4 persons n we should expect 2 rooms with 2 bath. We called the staff twice to ask for toilet rolls and bed sheets which we were only given 1 roll to last through our stay of 5 days. Nothing was given to us and we have to use tissue papers brought by us. It is a real bad experience which I have never expected to pay so much for a service like that. Hope you really have to revamp the way you take bookings as it is not fair at our end which we find it very misleading.
They were extremely helpful . We arrived on an early morning flight from NY and they let us check in early without any extra charge . The location is superb ,just opposite Regents street . There is a news and food close by for groceries . And a lot of restaurants close by .
The apartment wasn't as clean as we would have liked it to be. The chimney wasn't working and they didn't manage to solve it all through our stay .
Cleaniness - The utensils, cutlery & dishwasher not washed at ALL and still with stains. Previous user's items were not disposed - Baby diapers, half consumed milk & used body cream. Insufficient towels for 4 persons. Insufficient toilet paper. The 24 hour hotline got no respond even during office hour. Can't imagine during time of emergency. Lift access security - Password to the lift access should be user assigned instead of pre-assigned. Overall we felt the apartment has not been cleaned for a long time despite knowing our booking long before the arrival date.
Excellent location and the apartment is modern.
We had requested the additional beds be made up for our late arrival. Not only was this not done there were no sheets to do it with and no reply from the office, so our children had to sleep on towels laid over the bare mattresses.There is no folder with wi-fi details so we didn't receive these until half way through our stay when our numerous calls were finally returned. There was no toilet paper at all so we desperately relied on some of our own tissues until the shops opened the following morning. There was also no dish towels or dishwasher tablets or any little conveniences. So not ideal for a short stay unless you know in advance and come prepared with everything.
Rental agency was absolutely hopeless. Arrived to no towels or toilet paper, dirty dishes and an incorrect wi-fi code scribbled down on paper. Towels took 2 days to arrive for a 4 day stay. After 4 calls and much time wasted we had to ask for an apology for the inconvenience that they had caused us, which they half heartedly did, the worst customer service ever. Please check all my other reviews as this is the first of at least 30 bookings through booking.com that I have felt a bad review was necessary.
