Mayfair Court Serviced Apartments  

The location made it a convenient place to stay.

The apartment was only superficially clean. The sitting room/kitchen smelled of stale food. The rug was dirty and stained. Having said that, the fridge and kitchen area was well cleaned. When I arrived on Sunday the area around the front door to the building was piled up with refuse sacks, some of which had burst open. It was unpleasant.

-Extremely small bathroom -Not clean overall -The heating was not functioning -The internet was not functioning -The curtains couldn't close properly so a lot of light was coming in -Due to single window glass instead of double noise level was big

Redesign their current restroom"bathroom" to be bigger

Travelling with a baby, it was great to be able to prepare meals and have some extra room for him to crawl around. They provided a highchair as well as a cot, which was very helpful. The location is fantastic, practically next door to Selfridges and five minutes walk away from Hyde Park.

Cleanliness is not its strong point! I had to use wet wipes on some surfaces and the highchair that was provided was covered in food!! The bed is typically small, queen size, not terribly comfortable.

i liked the location which is beside the famous Oxford street and the shopping area. the place make you feel at home with all the facilities avilable such as stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, Internet (free of charge)...etc.

the Lift is very small and uncomfortable. the Studio has a very small bathroom.

الموقع ممتاز مقابل الباب الرئيسي لسلفرج في منتصف شارع اكسفورد , الشقق نظيفه , ادوات الطبخ كامله , آمنه , سهوله عمل تسجيل الدخول ( كنت متخوفه من كيفيه دخول العماره مع عدم وجود موظف الاستقبال ولكنه سهل جدا وواضحه من الايميل المرسل من قبل الفندق )

المصعد صغير جدا , عدم وجود خدمه تنظيف يوميا , ازعاج الشارع خصوصا للنومه خفيف عدم وجود سفتي بوكس ,

Si globalement l'appartement est bien, il y a trois problèmes: 1. Le lit est absolument horrible: insister pour un changement urgent. 2. L'ascenseur doit avoir des portées automatiques: en panne souvent et pas de réparation 24h sur 24: au 5e plusieurs jours sans ascenseur!!! 3. La wifi implique de retapper les codes à chaque ouverture: pénible.

Lo que no me ha gustado, es que venden sótanos de edificios como apartamentos de lujo. El apartamento no estaba mal pero no había ventilación al ser un auténtico sótano y la pequeña ventana de la habitación daba a un patio lleno de máquinaria del edificio que imposibilitaba el descanso nocturno por constantes ruidos. Tuvimos que meter la cama en el salón dos noches hasta que reclamamos un cambio de habitación que fue en otro hotel más alejado del centro. Imagino que las habitaciones de los pisos superiores hubieran cumplido mis expectativas pero no un sótano.
