To be fair: It was mid summer when we went and without aircon it was hard to sleep. My little children had bugs in her hair and every day we find bugs on the bed and linen ?!! The wifi internet was very slow.
Excellent location and good value for money
Staff was very helpful and ready for help whenever required. All round excellent location and value for money
Poor customer service. Lack of cleaning. Missing items in kitchen. No washing machine, although included in cost of stay. Noisy location, needs double glazing.
Best location. Exactly opposite selfridges main entrance.
was expecting hotel with hotel services but it's an apartment; no daily cleaning and change of linens and towels; bathroom is too small; bed is too soft; no one to ask because no staff; fire alarm went off for no reason; price is really because of the location
Nightmare Turned out bed bugs or something of the likes Never again
They took my money for no thinhg
It was extremely dirty. The room had not been cleaned at all. There was food all over the kitchen. No clean bed linen. Bathroom was disgusting. At 5pm when we arrived they were not expecting us.. There was no cleaner on site and no time given for when one might arrive. We were unable to wait and see if there would be anywhere for us to sleep so booked into another hotel and are claiming a full refund.
The location is next to Oxford street.
The room was not ready till around 5pm. Also, when asked about house keeping, the house keeping staff said they only do house keeping upon checkout!
The location is good.
Had to ask for extra bed again when checking in. The lift is always not working. Housekeeping was supposed to be once a week but was only done when we reminded them. Too expensive for such a small space.
- Misleading description on the web site ; - elevator not working most of the time - 3d bed missing (despite the booking) - no possibility to leave luggages before or after check-in/out -overall poor cleanliness; all the time garbage into the entrance area -no fair price vs. other apartments experienced in central london
the location, interior, enough space
none of cleaning, towel change and even garbage removal within 4 days; no bathrobes and slippers; 1 teabag and 3 coffee bags for 2 persons/4 nights; the appartment wasn't warm due to the windy weather and there is no additional heater available; no free communication way with an admin
The apartment was under the ground floor, without window! When you reserve in booking.com, just tell us "economic price", but not the truth. Also no place to put the luggage before and after the checkin and out. The big noise of the entrance door, under your head, when other custumer go in and out. I'm not sure than the vacuum cleaner was pass before we arrive.
had to move all the heavy furniture to put up bed for child
Didn't have a reception, no where to leave your luggage before check-in/after check out. No toiletries at all!!
Good location. Concept with no personal reception is ok and works.
Details like missing power switches in bedroom and bathroom. A mouse ran through my room at 11 pm. ....... Can happen anywhere, but luckily my wife was not there ...
proximity to Oxford street
there were no staff - I was sent instructions on how to get into the appartment & a key was left near the door. I did not feel at all comfortable in the appartment & slept with a chair and suitcase against the door. No hairdryer, bathrobe, shaver socket Poor design - bedroom door did not close as the bed was in the way. Similary in the bathroom when the door was closed it obscured half the mirror. Smoke alarm kept going off as the battery had died so I had to remove it. table in living area was wobbly - I put my briefcase on it and the table almost fell over. Lots of noise coming from the street (don't think there was double glazing) and also from the internal lift which did not work when I was leaving so I had to walk down 5 flights of stairs with a suitcase. Not a good experience - I would not stay there again nor would I recommend it
The place was spaceious for an apartment in london, it was clean and the location was perfect; in the shopping street and near 2 undergound stations and 3 bus stops not to mention the hyde park and edgwar road.. totally love it
The only problem was the lift.. it was old style and very small.. we had problem with my child trolly.. it hardly fit inside the lift
No reception, No cleaning even no body to take the garabge
Central location close to tube station and shops
Noisy due to renovations and inefficient windows.
Hotel was undergoing external renovations which meant there was scaffolding along the whole external perimeter. This in turn was surrounded by plastic sheeting blocking any views. Only a formal complaint led to partial reimbursement.
Location, good size of apartment, good design, clean
no reception, no house keeping, small bed size, too much noise, old broken & small lefts
Mayfair is a good location but this is not a good part of Mayfair. The staff we met on site were friendly but could not actually do much when there was a problem.
A subway line runs beneath the building making lower floors noisy. The area overall is quite noisy. There is much better value elsewhere in Mayfair and throughout London.
