Incredible value, superb breakfast (served at the table) included, very friendly staff. Even the tea/coffee facilities in the room had 6 of everything for addicts like me. You have really thought through what customers want. Thanks a lot.

Nothing, it was awful and we checked out and found a better hotel. The bed linen was smelly and didn't seem to have been laundered properly with a manky blanket, musty smell in the room. I couldn't wait to get up the first morning to have a shower but there was hair in the bath so I cleaned it first. We chose a pork fillet for dinner but I wasn't sure whether to eat it or sole my shoe with it; as it turned out it was too tough to eat anyway. The meal included 1 sprig of cauliflower and 6 green beans. It would be better to stay out of St Helier and visit if you want to shop.

The Hotel was clean and spacious with a lot of different facilities. The food was adequate. It is best for its location which is very close to all the town centre amenities, shops and restaurants. It was in a quiet area of the town. Having to pay prior to attending, most other hotels I book with wait until you depart for payment. The booking information was very blunt about loosing my money should I not turn up. The staff didn't put themselves out to assist much.

Room and bathroom ok I did not like anything about the hotel. Service in dining room was poor, food was below average. It was excellent if disabled and rooms good but let down by very poor service by the hotel staff. "Quality of towels and bedding was not good

Good location - easy to walk into the town. Excellent indoor pool. The fact that the rooms weren't air conditioned really spoilt our stay. It was unbearably hot in our room. The other problem was the uncomfortable little double bed.

The hotel staff were very nice and it is an ecellent central location. Also brilliantly suited for kids and families. I was there to attend an interview and the morning of the interview I wanted to have a bath but the hot water tap didnt work at all so both the shower and a bath were out of the question. I was also put into a family room instead of a double for single occupancy and I believe this is becasue I was travelling alone. It was a shame because it is a nice hotel. When I reported the water issue, I was told they would "write it down"

“Situated an easy 10mins walk from the start of the shops in St Helier, another 5 mins will get you to the beach or main bus station. Plenty of eating establishments in the area. The room was clean & comfortable. Breakfasts were of ample proportions served by very pleasant staff. An ideal reasonably priced (room £60/night) base for touring the island.” Stuart, Derby |
