Very nice people run this guest house. Service is very high. Lincoln is a great place to be with a historical centre. This centre is about 10 minutes walk of the guest house. We will come back. |

The owners were friendly and very polite. The guest house was very clean. Room 4 has a good view over the garden and for miles across Lincolnshire. Off-road parking. 10 mins walk from castle, cathedral and good restaurant area. A little dated. |

Hotel was very well situated-10 minutes walk from the medieval quarter of Lincoln-with some nearby local shops. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Proprietor was very helpful and provided very clear directions. Overall, a very pleasant stay. |
