Very good and helpfull stuff. Fresh flowers, comfortable room. Great location really near the subway (zone 1) well, breakfast was too poor. |

The hotel is very nice, oriental in style and very well maintained. I stayed in a single room, which was rather on the small side, but esp. for short trips this was won't be a problem. Very good breakfast. Nice lobby. Location is good too, subway close by, and 2 regular night buses. Nothing to complain about! Will be happy to stay there again. |

Excellent location next to tube station. Continental breakfast included, makes a nice start for your day.My room was on the front side with a terrace, not too noisy at all. The room and bed were too small to call it a luxury double. As often in hotels money has been spend on curtains and bedspreads and not the things that are important for a traveller, to mention a few: good bed and pillows, make-up mirror and good lights in bathroom, good draughtproof windows and doors, pleasant room temperature.I would simply call the room I stayed in a standard double. |

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good and the price is really ok. Next to the metro station so very easy to access. Woudl really recommend it. |

It's location and the continental breakfast was good... The double room was incredibly small. We are not 'large' people however, we struggled to move around the room at the same time due to the lack of space. There was only approx 1 foot walkway around the bed. The wardrobe doors didn't open fully due to the closeness of the bed. |

Good location close to Earls Court Tube, and a lot of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Cheaper than I expected to have to pay for a room in London. Only one spare power point in the room, which was a Euro-style socket. Tea/coffee was not refilled each day. Poor ventilation - the room was always on the verge of smelling stale. |

Nice, clean rooms. Excellent location, friendly staff. Double glazing (windows). Good size bathroom/shower/wc. Relatively small room ...but, hey, this is London :-) |

Great location, room's are quite spacious and the hotel is generally clean. The website told there was a full English breakfast but staff told me that they only had Continental breakfast. The restaurant staff was very rude. The tables in the restaurant area were very packed, so it was very difficult to move along the tables. |

Owners and staff very careful to my needs. Granted me an upgrade to suite apartment in the main hotel building since I could not climb stairs (I had booked a simpler studio apartment). I got suite 55, very nice decoration, fully equipped kitchen. Careful cleaning and very friendly and helpful staff. I always had breakfast in my room so cannot judge continental breakfast offered. |

We were 4 and had two different double rooms: one was quite big and airy, very nicely furbished and completely renovated - loved especially the bathroom, new and confortable - the other one was smaller and less "impressive" but clean as well, which was the most important thing for us. very nice continental breakfast and staff is very helpful.earl's court tube station is really close, perfect for visiting london. one room had a window right on earl's court metro station. it normally shouldn't be a problem because of the double window.but since it did not close properly, it was a bit noisy. also, at the time of our stay safety box were out of use in both rooms. |

You get what you pay for! Check-out was prompt, but thats probably because they take your cash on arrival. Standard Double; Room was tiny, there was no space to walk around the bed, there was just enough space at the foot of the bed to place my luggage before it reached the wall. Certainly no space for two people to manoevour around even half comfortably. Staff; Checked-in Sunday evening staff were not very helpful, needed iron facilities but had to take it up ourselves even though there were two members of staff at reception (one looked like the Owner or Manager). The lift was tiny, between my husband and I and our luggage we could breath in the lift it was that small, the lift was also very slow. Bathroom; Small but clean, shower made a very load humming noise and you could hear the next room's bathroom facilities when they were using it. |
