location, staff were very friendly, room was just what we required as we were out sight seeing most of the time so only used the room to sleep, breakfast was ok too.
noise outside room, seemed to be drilling going on through the night, as we had no air con only a fan, it being a hot night we had to shut window which lead to the room becoming far too stuffy.
The hotel has a great location near tube station Earl's Court, so you can get fast in city center. The room is nice decorated and clean. The towels were great :)
The room was tiny, even if we had executive double room. The lack of space was an issue also in the breakfast room. There was no AC, just a fan. The elevator was a little slow.
good location good breakfast
Noisy during the night
The breakfast could do with updating abit, as a lot of it was cheap produce.
It was a deluxe four poster bedroom and it was a little on the small side ,and when looking out the window the view was the tube but all in all we were happy with it as had worst !!!!!
The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable.
extremely nice staff, very clean room, location, comfortable bed.
Room was very small. No place to hang towels in the bathroom
Staff were extremely obliging. The breakfast (although simple) was excellent.
Traffic noise from the road in front of the apartments and the squeaking floor which seemed to upset the clients below us
Magnificent location and staff
Breakfast Lift Car park
Clean, good location, friendly staff, breakfast ample
LOCATION really close to the Tube and bus stop. Restaurants close with variation.
Staff and breakfast
The hotel is working on the concept of '' minumum maintenance , maximum profit'''. Placing a few decoratif objects in the rooms , does not make a hotel 4 stars hotel.! Hotel need to be maintained. Light fixtures, bathroom etc need to be replaced. I seen so many guest were asking their money back.
Receptionist were kind, friendly and helpful at any thing we needed. Windows isolate the noise quite good. Very close to Earl's Court tube station and also at walking distance to Kensington Park.
staff was quite rude during breakfast
Size of apartment and location. Helpful staff
Breakfast and climb to top floor apartment
the hotel was very near earl's court tube. It looked attractive and that is definitely a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was nice. Also, there looked to be a lovely outdoor area where some people were sitting outside on a patio having their breakfast.
our very modern bathroom area was see-through and all the workmen on the building site over the road could see into our shower and toilet area! We had to close the curtains to have a shower etc. Also, the labyrinth of creaky upstairs corridors to find our room was a bit off-putting and also a fire-trap if there was an emergency.
Small and noisy location
Everything was perfect.
Squeaky floors annoying when coming back late
Close to tube station
I had a room in the basement room B3 really noisy. Impossible to sleep after 6am. Doors slamming all the time, staff speaking and preparing the breakfast room. Avoid basement.
breakfast staff room was small for a family of four will order children
Hotel corridors were cramped. Te lift felt unstable. The four poster bed made a lot of noise when, even when you were just sitting down. The television was in an awkward position. Room was REALLY REALLY cramped. The professional pictures didn't live up to expectations.
The noise from tr trains was terrible.
Friendly staff. Well equipped rooms. Lovely continental breakfast
The bunk bed was extremely squeaky, disturbing everyone in the family room.
Location was just too good. Since Earl's court tube station was so well located, we were connected to almost all the famous places. If location is the criteria, then you must choose this hotel
Breakfast which was included in our package was just too bad. Even eggs were not offered. For the price we paid, rooms were too small or rather tiny. If you are a couple then you might manage.
The daytime staff were so friendly, and really helpful. I think the lady was Polish, the gentleman was slightly older than the other staff. They couldn't have been any nicer. My daughter and I liked the fact that the hotel was close to the tubes, but not to close. If the problems could be put right, I would have no problem telling freinds about the hotel and staying there again myself.
The night time staff were uninterested in helping you. I asked them on the first night if they could get the t.v. working for us, and he bought me some batteries and let me try and sort it out. The seconed night I asked them for a jug of ice, and he said the hotel didn't have ice. The room was not cleaned properly, and we asked for a room that wasn't on the ground floor, as my daughter doesn't like ground floor rooms, they gave us a room right next to the reception and everyone had to go passed our room to get to theirs, which meant it was always noisey. Also the shower didn't work properly, but I didn't want to go back and tell the night time staff about it as I think I I would have been disturbing their night.
