This hotel is well worth it for the money we paid, it's very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Just a short walk from Earls Court underground. A warm and friendly hotel would recommend.
Cheerful helpful staff. Coffee shops, pubs and restaurants all on the doorstep. Big, comfy, Four poster bed. Large HD flat screen tv. Free WiFi. Good breakfast selection. Full english breakfast available at extra cost.
Laminate floor creaked.Bathroom floor tiles cracked. Shower head floppy, wouldn't stay upright.Shower door droped so very hard to open and shut. Big bed but filled the room up. Hotel bar has no alcohol? Some noise from next door rail station.
location; design; cleanliness;
attitude of some of the personel;
Staff very helpful
Room too small
-standard room too small, very little space to get to the bed -no bath, only standard shower -extra blanket in plastic case in cupboard was dusty- has not been cleaned/dusted -TV screen is small
The fact that is next to the underground station.
High quality room for money.
I felt at home, I thought the 4 floor walk up would be too much. But it really wasn't that bad at all, I will definitely stay there again.
Ver well placed and staffed by friendly and helpful people.
5 minutes from Earls Court Tube , this a great place to stay . Clean , simple breakfast , not many facilities .. but for the rice its a great hotel
- location - late check in
- tiny room - cheeky hotel manager! Unreasonable charge of £500 for spilling wine on the carpet.
A little luxury at an affordable price! Location is excellent as it is quiet but still central with the underground station of Earls Court just round the corner. Also close by are restaurants and pubs. The hotel is well furnished and the rooms comfortable and clean.
The lift is a tiny bit too small.
Very clean The cleaners very friendly, profesional and flexible. Great location
Some male staff on reception very aloof, not very welcoming Wifi not working
The staff is really friendly and willing to help you with any questions and special request. I stayed in a double bed apartment which was clean, spacious and warm - things you don't usually find in London for this price. I like the large heap of towels waiting in the bathroom, and lots of extra duvets, blankets and pillows in the closets.
The breakfast room is small and therefore the room is tight, especially if you already come with a bag and a jacket to head straight to town after breakfast. Me and other guests kept bumping into each other or tipping the things from each other's tables.
convenient, comfortable and clean! everything worked and I wanted for nothing - I will certainly stay here again!
Breakfast was a little sparse and the musili tasted old. that said it was adequate.
Great location to the tube, never heard the trains but so close to station, great easy commute to all attractions. Randomly the Hotel smells nice, and the staff were helpful/ friendly.
Very small breakfast room, I would stay again but next time I would opt out of breakfast,as there's lots of lovely breckfast cafes in and around Earl's Court.
Price was good relative to other hotels in the area Location was perfect - 2 min walk to underground, lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby Breakfast was good (same everyday) Free wifi as well Staff were helpful! Get to Heathrow in 50 minutes by underground - reliable and fast
Rooms are small - very tight space - but then we spend most of the day outside our room.
We were "suddenly" upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment on arrival. We thought it was so generous of them, but I think the reason for that is nobody would actually stay on an attic with 4 levels of VERY steep stairs. Maybe some people would like it, but if you are travelling with someone old or have health problems, I do not advise you to stay on the last level. The "attic" apartment was clean and tidy; and cleaning was maintained every single day we stayed, which was great! Amenities were provided in the bathroom, kitchen supplies were okay, heating was excellent.
Very difficult to reach to level 3 or 4 due to steep stairs which was horrible to climb on every day (especially if you have luggage). The breakfast is continental, but no change what so ever for 4 days, so it got very boring and not appetising. The 3 bedroom apartment on the attic was horrible to walk in. We had to duck and arch our backs while roaming around in it so we don't end up bumping our heads in the ceiling.
Staff were so accommodating
Great location near many shops and restaurants and the tube.
No AC, train noise, stayed in two rooms one was great other very tiny- both same price.
Gott an updgrade from standard to twinbedroom with kingsize beds. Really nice people in the reception.
Breakfast room is small and not really well orginized. And the breakfast, it self, is really minimized
Really cheap weekend away, excellent value for London. Hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were really friendly. Would stay there again.
Great area for transport
Rooms too hot
From start to finish this was a great experience! We traveled from the US for business and ended up staying 2 extra days for fun.We loved our room, it was very clean and the bed was plush and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and beautiful. The free breakfast was delicious. We stayed in 5 hotels in 7 days. This was by far the best wifi, best location, best service, and best room. I would recommend!
If you're looking for space this is not your place. However, if you're in town to tour London and not spend all day in your room it doesn't matter anyway.
Staff and food good.Good for getting around London
My single room was the smallest inhotel. Electric socket for kettle tooksome finding. Bathroom was a planning success provided you kept the door open
