I thought this accommodation was appalling and felt unsafe as a single woman travelling with two children. The Hotel looked lovely but we were shown to a grotty, disgusting porr excuse for accommodation 10 minutes walk around the corner. it was loud, noisy, dirty and totally unacceptable. i will be going out of my way to tell everyone of my terrible experience with this hotel

We had a nightmare with this hotel in regards to the booking confirmation/method of payment. I filled in all the payment details re booking.com but had a phonecall on the day from the Mayflower to say that payment had not been taken? So I went through the details with them over the phone and they asked me to confirm by fax, to which I did. They then contacted me again requesting a copy of the cardholder's passport and a copy of the credit card used (front and back) which I did not feel comfortable doing as it is was a corporate credit card and breaches confidentiality agreements. Anyway, after a lot of time being wasted, they wouldn't accept payment and my colleague had to pay for the hotel upfront which was most inconvenient and put her out of pocket. We will never use this hotel again due to the problems with accepting payment.

Surprisingly good quality of furnishings and decent clean modern bathrooms. The rooms are quite small, and a bit warm, but do have fans and openable windows.

Perfect location for earls floury exhibition center. Just around the corner, literally. Hotel is nice but right on Earl's Court station so If you get a room on the back side of the hotel it will be vey noisy. No AC and you will have to open the window and station noises will make you deaf.

It had an amazing location..very close to Earl's court underground station and restaurants. The rooms are extra small and the walls are so thin. We could hear everything the people in the next room were doing!

I like the decoration: traditional Asian style. When I got there, they upgraded my room into the apartments. This is the first time when I traveled in London, I lived in such huge apartments. It is suitable for family and group of people.

Decent hotel, well-situated, and friendly/helpful staff. Good value for money. Only downside was my tiny room (though it had all essential amenities), and also the breakfast room was very busy in the morning and I required a short wait to be seated.

I got to London a few hours earlier than check in and was worried that I had nowhere to put my travel case. From the moment I rang them to when I left, they went beyond what I've experienced in hotels in London. From the 20+ years of going to London, They were friendly and flexible and very welcoming. The price was really inexpensive and even at higher prices, it is worth it. The hotel was small but really tastefully decorated with lots of little quality extras in the rooms. It is in earls court and 2 mins walk from the tube station which is very convenient. I partly wanted to stay here as its slightly away from hustle and bustle of central London but only a few minutes to all major attractions. I think it's a real gem of a place and I would definitely look to stay there again. Not a major and not needed for me but some may want a fridge in the room.

The hotel is very compact as is most of the hotels in this area. Our room was just big enough for the double bed and a chair. However, it is well equipped and evidently undergoing complete refurbishment. The fittings are good quality. Breakfast was very good with a choice of buffet options and cooked menu at extra charge. Staff very helpful . I'll go again. Room windows are sliding aluminium, ok in good weather but may be cold in winter
