The location was great for the tube. We had one of the twin rooms featured in the publicity photo's and it was lovely, not big by any means but all you needed for a city break. The room was imaculately clean and freshed up everyday. The breakfast room was small but breakfast was fresh lovely and plentiful. I stipulated on the booking form that we definately needed 24hr parking for the length of our stay and said they should contact me urgently should they not have any space. On arrival they tryed to deny that they knew I wanted parking until I pointed out that it was written on the booking in form they gave me to sign ! Staff were not very helpful and just kept saying I should have rang ahead, could do with some customer service training. They only have 4 spaces and were full but about 400yrds down the main road at homebase there is a 24hr manned car park who only charged us £18 per day not £25 which the hotel charges ! The fire alam sounds at very strange times and went off everyday whilst we were there ! |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was simple but there was plenty of it. The hotel was in an excellent location just round the corner from the tube. We had a basement room which tended to carry noise, especially if you are a light sleeper, so bumps and bangs seemed louder. You could also hear the tube trains, but I have to admit that their low rumble did not actually bother me at all. To be fair when we checked in we were offered another room if we wanted to move. |

Cleanliness of the room and bathroom plus daily change of towels. The breakfast was good too. The toasters are of poor quality so the bred is easily burned. |

Very convienient, very close to Earl's Court tube station. Fantasic breakfast (real fruit salad, good choice of bread etc.). Very friendly and helpful staff. Common rooms and loby very stylish. Studio apartment 9 has quite a noisy and temperamental shower. |

The Free Wifi was very helpful. Their was an internet terminal for anyone who didnt have a laptop. Staff were nice and hotel was clean. If your gettin up early its fine, but it gets a little noisy in the Basement especially Room B3. Its right beside the entrance to the lift and Breakfast area. Other than that i could not fault the place. Would stay again |

Staff good, breakfast good We have stayed in the Hotel and Apartments several times. This was a different building to those and was "basic", was not value for money and had many defects. A sign on the bathroom wall suggested how to cure the airlock in the showere! Surely the Hotel should fix this and not rely on customers. An e mail of complaint has not received the courtesy of a reply. A message to guests "Don't expect the usual excellent rooms that the main Hotel and close-by Apartments offer". |

It was a beautiful and very clean hotel, the continental breakfast was lovely and the room was very comfortable. We found the location ideal for our purpose and were thrilled with the bargain bookings.com rate. No, we would definitley stay there again and recommend to friends. |

location is very good. near the station( 2-3 min by walk ) , supermarket/Kiosk and some restaurants. We booked family room( 2 adults, 2 children ), but absolutely small room. When somebody use the shower we could see the noise like a moter.( may be our room near the pump room ) |

The bathroom was very nice. Everywhere in the hotel but the actual bedroom seemed grand. The bedroom was appaling. Continental breakfast - the juices on offer were severly watered down. That's really bad for us, the guests. |

Convenient location to train station. Breakfast was quite pleasant Our room was tiny, poorly decorated and not at all like the rooms in the pictures. We were in the basement which is noisy as it is the same floor where they serve breakfast. |
