You get what you pay for! Check-out was prompt, but thats probably because they take your cash on arrival. Standard Double; Room was tiny, there was no space to walk around the bed, there was just enough space at the foot of the bed to place my luggage before it reached the wall. Certainly no space for two people to manoevour around even half comfortably. Staff; Checked-in Sunday evening staff were not very helpful, needed iron facilities but had to take it up ourselves even though there were two members of staff at reception (one looked like the Owner or Manager). The lift was tiny, between my husband and I and our luggage we could breath in the lift it was that small, the lift was also very slow. Bathroom; Small but clean, shower made a very load humming noise and you could hear the next room's bathroom facilities when they were using it. |

Friendly staff Don't ask for a cab, they called a rip off taxi for me, bathroom was not clean, very small rooms, noisy because next to the tube station, slowest elevator I've ever used! |

Guest Service was good and so were the rooms. Very nice bed, clean and nice lecture on the tables. The toilet in the bathroom was wrongly positioned, you would have to squeeze in between the shower to get on the toilet. Not a very big problem but still... |

Friendly and helpful stuff. Very convenient location, close to Earl's Court Exhibition Centre, Underground Station, convenient links to the city centre. Kitchenette in the apartment. Everything is reasonably clean. The photos on the web-site are very misleading. The furnishing was very basic and plain. And worn out at places. One could expect much more for the price. The bedroom is tiny and the bed is uncomfortable. Noise from the Underground trains is intrusive even with the windows closed, especially at night. The water pressure in the shower is very weak. The breakfast is very basic. No hot meals at all, not even a porridge. Even cold meats are available at the beginning of the breakfast only. The breakfast room is small and crowded. |

Its location, it was very near Earls Court tub station. Our room was very small but nice and clean. What you need for a few days stay. Breakfast was poor. There was no bacon, no meat at all. |

Very close to the underground station and yet very quite. Hotel staff very helpful. Noise from other occupants arguing late at night - not Hotel's issue. |

The other aspects were very good and the staff were helpful and moved me to a larger shoe box! The room was like a shoe box, very cramped indeed though the facilities within it were brand new and everythibg was very clean and modern |

Hotel staff were very responsive to our needs, breakfast was very good, the apartment was very comfortable. The apartment needs a drawer or somewhere to put the clothes into. |

I was first put in a beautiful hotel room in the basement. There was only a windowsthat opened to a closed patio and there was a loud fridge behind the room window. After complaining i was moved to a really tiny room on the 4th floor which was sooo tiny i don't think the 4 stars should apply to this hotel. Maybe i had just bad luck but that was my experience. |

I loved the individuality of the rooms. They weren't huge, but comfortable for two people, and had nice little touches like magazines and interesting furniture. Also the location was great, 1 minute from Earl's court tube station and on a street with restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The breakfast wasn't impressive and the man serving it was rude. Breakfast went on until 9.30am and when we arrived down at 9.15, he pointedly looked at his watch before sighing and seating us. I wasn't happy with that, but otherwise the hotel was great. |

hotel is very close to Earls Court underground station, so very easy to get to town centre If you are not "pocket size", do not book double bed room. Its size is max suitable for 1 1/2 of adult person. |

Staff were excellent, room clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good. Our room B4 was at the front of the hotel and a basement room. This meant it was quite noisy late at night with people going home. We were told there were bunk beds, but our boy/girl twins aged 11yrs had to share a double bed! |

Great location, pleasant staff. Only 1 tv channel available in our room. Very close to rail lines so there was a lot of noise at night. Bedroom was tiny but bed was comfortable. Tiny lift, narrow corridors and dangerous stairways. Breakfast was okay. Staff allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel after we checked out which was decent of them. This hotel was perfect for us as we were going to trade shows in Earls Court and Royal Hospital Chelsea and we only stayed one night. |

The location was good as it was close to shops and tube station which made it easy for us to travel around london. Majority of the staff were friendly and helpful, The appartment was just across the road from the hotel, which provided us some privacy and room to do as we pleased. Fresh towels were provided everyday but other necessities were neglected such as toilet paper. The cleanliness of the appartment wasn't great but nothing serious to complain about - just frustrating to have to clean on a holiday after the cleaning staff had been there. |

Location only. Very near tube station. However, I can find other better quality hotels near tube station at the price I paid to Mayflower. Staff at the hotel's resaurant is also very nice & friendly. Room is so old & very...very small & pillow is smelly. Bathroom is more decent than bedroom. Recommend you to show pictures of this type of room in the internet, otherwise misleading traveller for the room I.e look from internet, room is decent & nice. In fact, I dont mind to pay more to get better quality of room as I seen pictures from internet. |

The hotel facilities were superb, the breakfast extremely good. The apartments themselves are located in a building away from the main hotel and are no way in the same league as the hotel. The best analogy is student accomodation, locks on the doors substandard, and facilities at best basic. Really needs investment!! extreme disappointment in comparison with the hotel |

The rooms were very well designed, but were a little bit more basic than advertised. A lot of the décor was chipped etc. The staff were not always ‘welcoming’ which became off putting. Never once did I see them smile, and when I asked a question they were very dismissive. |
