The location is great, few steps away from Earl's Court station, close to all shops and restaurants!
The room is too small, like living in a box. Sounds proof is not good therefore you can hear every single noise from every where around.
Booked about a week in advance and got a good rate £60 b&b. The quality of the room exceeded expectations and the bath towels were high quality.very clean rooms and nicely styled. Continental breakfast was basic but the staff in the breakfast room were very attentive, area was very clean.
After phoning 28th and sending copy of out credit card they still have not answered to say when they are replacing the money we had no receipt and no pin no was taken off my husbands card we would not recommended this hotel to anyone
Good Position, well equipped room and Bathrooms, Breakfast included
Quite small room, enough just for staying and sleeping one night
very helpful staff
Nice Decor and adequate breakfast and great location. Tube station 3 minute walk then 15 mins into West End.
Bed one side against the wall and no bedside table or unit the other side. Also room we were in had a stud wall and we were woken up by next room's alarm at 4.15 a.m. !
I liked the location and the staff a lot. Also the breakfast was better than expected. The apartment where we stayed was clean and ok for the price.
The outdoor lock of the apartment was broken and even the staff member who helped us to open it the first time had difficulties. Fix it please.
We had apartment that slept 6, although it was 8 flights of stairs up. Totally worth it as me and friend had plenty room for two of us and bathroom each. Struck it lucky having such a big apartment for two of us! Really close to subway and nando's (bonus for me!) with a nice pub just across. Great location and will defiantly stay again.
Close to earls court station. Handy to all conveniences, cafes, restaurants.
Noisy, damp, dark and smelly Photos very misleading, very tiny, no space even to walk Awful very old and uncomfortable beds
The only down side of the apartment was it was very warm and I couldn't open a window. And strangely, there was no light switch in the bedroom or any side light, so you had to turn off the light outside and then stumble in the dark to the bed !
the price free wifi
We loved the style of our room and the hotel in general. The staff were very helpful with parking our car and explaining the facilities to us.
Breakfast was good but had a fairly limited choice on offer.
Wi Fi free
Couldn't unlock the room door 2 or three times. Had to get the maintenance man to open the safe twice. The breakfast was very basic with not much choice
Perfect location. People moaning about the tram are obviously very light sleepers. Can't hear a thing with the windows closed.
Basic breakfast and bar but that's no problem due to the location.
location was good easy access to buses and tube
First room we were given was down in the basement right beside the breakfast room woken up very early by breakfast staff and other guests both interior and exterior. When moved room was a bit better however they need to get double glazing on windows as noise from street heard all night.
We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The bathroom was very nice. Very close to tube station!
Our room was very cramped and the walls were very thin so, on both nights we were kept awake by our neighbours talking/singing in the early hours! The bed was not comfortable. The breakfast room was very cramped also.
The housekeeping and breakfast staff were helpful. On Valentines Day they arranged our towels into cute towel sculptures. The location is close to Earl's Court.
I booked an Executive Double room and the room I actually got cannot even be found in any of the photos online. It is very tiny, which is normal for Europe, the bed was not as modern, and the bathroom was outdated with stained sink faucets and broken shower fixtures! There was little water pressure in the shower to the point that I am sure it's broken! Thinking this was a mistake, I asked reception about the room on two separate occasions and they actually told me I'd been upgraded to a Luxury Double room. However, there are no photos of this actual room on booking.com or the hotel website and I felt like it was a downgrade. Thankfully my company paid for this room but I would NEVER pay that rate per day for the quality of that room. Everything was dated and/or kind of broken. There's a reason they don't show pictures of this room....room 32.
- friendly staff -good fresh continental breakfast - clean -quiet - lovely bathroom -great location
-my room was very tired looking and not a "boutique" room it could do with a lick of paint and the cracks filled in and a new floor.
The location of the hotel is perfect, a two minute walk to the underground with loads shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely polite asking us what we were doing whilst in London and offering directions and explaining the best ways to get there.
Had the room on top floor, very nice small and cozy, i was just visiting london so most of time i was out, all i needed was place to crash after long day, i did read previous comments and it's not throught hotel has changed on good side. They care about people and their opinions and they read reviews.
Walls aren't very soundproof.
the location and room itself was good enough.
I honestly wasn't too happy with this place.. firstly the shower drain was cloged with hair and so i had to unclog it myself so that the bathroom wouldn't flood. secondly, I asked the staff I could borrow a spoon (since there is breakfast/kitchen facilities) to eat my yogurt in my hotel room and the staff said refused. What kind of a place is that petty. Same came for printing a ticket.. it seemed like a massive inconvenience for them to print a single sheet a paper. It's all about the little things guys.. You need to get them right.
Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean (we stayed in room 47 which is a standard double). Location is
It wasnt very hard to find the hotel, the room was well equipped.
Very small room. Not very good noise isolation from other rooms and the hallway.
Just as good as my first stay...good clean self catering apartment, comfortable beds, decent linen, lovely fresh towels daily.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like... the only thing to note is that the apartment blocks don't have a lift... it didn't bother us... but if you are disabled you need to be aware of this.
