Central location. Easy assess to underground and busses. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room felt cramped. Rooms have wooden (laminate) floor and walls were very thin. Could hear the occupants in the other room. Hotel was rated at 4-star, but does not meet my standard for a 4-start. Also all-inclusive breakfast is very basic - no eggs, bacon or susage. These attract additional cost.
Large room and comfortable Bed. Ideal location with tube station just around the corner.very quiet location. friendly staff. We would visit again.
Difficult to find room through narrow passages with slopes and steps. poor directions from reception to room. Shower and toilet a bit too open plan for our liking. ( room 51 on third floor)
The mattress was very uncoftable, the breakfast staff we're rude
Less than 2 minutes from Earls Court station, and co-op, nandos, KFC, mcdonalds, and more
Small breakfast room
hard beds, floor creeked everywhere, Breakfast poor continently selection, Noise from door closing, Noise from bathroom and other rooms bathroom,
Great location - close to a choice of restaurants and with easy access to the tube. Confirmation contained a warning about the small size of the room, so was not surprised when I opened the door to a shoebox! Fine for one night.
Room was overlooking the tube station - very noisy even with windows closed. Hotel generally noisy, thin walls, could hear people walking about and talking/watching tv quite clearly. Bed quite uncomfortable!
The apartments are located right next to Earls Court Underground - made getting around very convenient. Good area to be in in general.
The furnishing did not make much sense. The couch was unusable, the TV was old/ poor picture quality. There were not full sets of dishes and the cutlery was cheep/ dirty. Bar chairs to high for the bar, seat covers needed replacement. All little things that could have made a big difference with general comfort. Made me wonder how clean everything actually was.
room, atmosphere, location, staff, breakfast, value for money - would 100% recommend.
2pm check in time, was a little convenient.
The water tank in the apartment was incredibly noisy and sounded like it was leaking. The bathroom sink tap was leaking quite badly - such a waste! The blinds in the bedroom didn't work properly and I couldn't really lower them as the cord was stuck under the bed and I simply could not move it - so I had to sleep with the blind up, lots of light coming into the room and obviously could not use the room in the morning but had to get changed in the lounge/kitchen. All incredibly disappointing.
My wife and I stayed in the executive double room which was excellent. Room was huge, bathroom was exquisitely modern with a lovely bath tub. We arrived before check-in time and the reception took in our bags and put them in our room before we returned from our short trip. Room facilities were also in very good shape. A very modern hotel.
If I had to choose something, it would be the squeaky floor boards in the room...but that is just being picky. Breakfast options were not great but I am not a breakfast person.
Fair value and clean hotel
I loved the fact it was my daughter's birthday and they gave her a free upgrade.
Even though my daughters were paying cash when they got there, they froze the amount off my credit card, making me unable to use it for a week.
The location, and the room were great! We were able to check in early and the staff were helpful.
The location because earl's court is nearby.
We could not find the room. !!! The hotel is like a labyrinth and at the adequate breakfast we were rushed to finish even 20 min earlier. We even have to jump to get at bed!!!
The basement room ,you can hear the to flloor working ,as my sleep and my ear are sensitive to the noise .but nice staff.
Great location Near metro station A few stations from major sites of visit Many restaurants nearby Free wifi & breakfast
Small room Corridor not wide enough for large luggage
The rooms had lots of character, were very stylish nicely decorated and furnished. The rooms were fresh and comfortable. The hotel had a very appealing look and feel about it.
The Location is just 3-5 minutes walk to Earls Court Tube Station. Very Good Halal Biryani and Kebab food joint 5 minutes walk. Tesco Superstore, Sainsbury is nearby as well. Nice neighborhood with descent crowd.
The room can sometimes be quite dusty at the windows. The kettle wire is to short to plug in to the power socket. Breakfast is too simple and everyday is exactly the same.
Good location. Very clean and confortable.
Very small bedroom for the price paid.
Good size rooms Access to transport
Steep narrow stairs
Staff were helpful and efficient. The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was well stocked but small.
My wife and I had a sleepless night through noise from the room above.I dressed and went to reception at 5am and complained had to complain again at 6am.I felt I should get full refund on the cost of the room ,manager would only give 25%,not happy
Easy to find, next to tube. Had toiletries & for an overnight stay its good enough.
The entrance to the apartments smelled of old & damp, sadly these were our first impression. The apartment was ok but could do with a really good spring clean. Windows & shutters were dusty & the place had very bad dim lights.
Surprisingly good breakfast
No hot water in the shower in the morning. We were top floor so had to climb 4 sets of stairs with a baby.
Close to underground and shops staff very friendly rooms good
Breakfast I would have thought you would get cook breakfast not continental for price
