неплохой отель с точки зрения чистоты и отношения персонала. завтратки - шведский стол: свежие огурцы и помидоры, йогурт, каши, фрукты, круассаны. Бесплатный Wi-Fi. Весьма приветливый персонал. Главный минус отеля - его месторасположение: очень и очень далеко от туристического центра.

The location to underground was close & so handy to get to airport

Very tiny room but all we needed to have a space to put our head down with ease to get to airport

The hotel is very nice, oriental in style and very well maintained. I stayed in a single room, which was rather on the small side, but esp. for short trips this was won't be a problem. Very good breakfast. Nice lobby. Location is good too, subway close by, and 2 regular night buses.

Nothing to complain about! Will be happy to stay there again.

Close to tube and good all round London location

Very small room - but was perfectly comfortable for 2 people for 2 nights.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good and the price is really ok. Next to the metro station so very easy to access. Woudl really recommend it.

Good location close to Earls Court Tube, and a lot of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Cheaper than I expected to have to pay for a room in London.

Only one spare power point in the room, which was a Euro-style socket. Tea/coffee was not refilled each day. Poor ventilation - the room was always on the verge of smelling stale.

The staff were very attentive

Nice hotel, great staff, good breakfast and very close to the nearest underground station.

Reception areas and staff were welcoming . Breakfast (continental) was good. Very close to a tube station .

Room was very small couldn't have stayed more than the one night .

We were 4 and had two different double rooms: one was quite big and airy, very nicely furbished and completely renovated - loved especially the bathroom, new and confortable - the other one was smaller and less "impressive" but clean as well, which was the most important thing for us. very nice continental breakfast and staff is very helpful.earl's court tube station is really close, perfect for visiting london.

one room had a window right on earl's court metro station. it normally shouldn't be a problem because of the double window.but since it did not close properly, it was a bit noisy. also, at the time of our stay safety box were out of use in both rooms.

You get what you pay for! Check-out was prompt, but thats probably because they take your cash on arrival.

Standard Double; Room was tiny, there was no space to walk around the bed, there was just enough space at the foot of the bed to place my luggage before it reached the wall. Certainly no space for two people to manoevour around even half comfortably. Staff; Checked-in Sunday evening staff were not very helpful, needed iron facilities but had to take it up ourselves even though there were two members of staff at reception (one looked like the Owner or Manager). The lift was tiny, between my husband and I and our luggage we could breath in the lift it was that small, the lift was also very slow. Bathroom; Small but clean, shower made a very load humming noise and you could hear the next room's bathroom facilities when they were using it.
