Everything. This is the best B&B I have stayed at in Blackpool. Its clean, homely, a few minutes walk from the nightlife and train station. Danny and Gavin couldn't have been more welcoming. The room was spotless, the meals were scrummy especially the home made ham & turkey pie and it felt as if we were eating in a restaurant. I would have no hesitation in recommending this outstanding B & B. Shower pressure could do with a bit more umph.

One of the best stays ever- warm welcome from Danny made us feel that we had known him for years. It is spotlessly clean and all the reviews are correct- it is well worth a stay. Not far from centre of Blackpool. Hotel is lovely and food was home made and yummy - well done to Gavin. We had a fab stay.

The owners were extremely welcoming and are happy to help you find your way around if you haven't visited Blackpool before. The hotel is situated very close to the railway station and town centre making it ideal for rail users. Decor is of a high standard and to a modern taste. There's none of your usual stereotypical Blackpool chintz here thank goodness. Bedrooms are en suite and are even provided with an ironing board, iron and hair drier along with the obligatory TV. My room even had an ipod docking Hifi unit. The rooms are extremely comfortable and I was impressed that care has been taken to provide blackout blinds if you find it difficult to stay asleep when the sun rises as I do. The cooked breakfast is lovely and I would heartily recommend this hotel to friends and family. I was very happy when, upon arrival, the owner upgraded me from a single room to a small double. I've stayed in many guest houses but I have to say that this was the best by far and it's simply excellent value for money with an excellent friendly service from the owners. Stay here. You won't be disappointed. There was nothing at all that I disliked.

The cleanliness, Danny's hospitality, the location, the food. Danny is flexible, open hearted and kind. It was a bit pricy though. Lisa did not like leaving the hotel. The shower was a bit small. Benny (tourist) did not know how to handle the cold-hot water.

Everything! Lovely warm welcome from Danny, peaceful and relaxing feel of the hotel, smelt nice, immaculate and clean with lovely decor, pretty room with nice en-suite (fluffy towels!) comfy bed and clean crisp bed linen. Good room facilities, tea/coffee, ironing equipment and hairdryer, tv and iPod docking station. Very quiet so good sleep had! Nothing too much trouble for Danny and Gavin (proprietors) in morning offered full English breakfast which I declined not being a lover of bacon/saudages, saying just coffee and toast but Danny insisted I needed a decent breakfast and offered eggs on toast whichever way I liked (I chose poached, which were perfectly cooked and beautiful) choice of brown or white toast good selection of cereals, juice, tea or coffee, jam/marmalade and butter on the table. I only stayed 1 night but would have liked more, especially on seeing the evening menu which looked superb with plenty of choice and which I would have loved to sample. Honestly, nothing is too much trouble for these guys and I would rate this hotel as one of the very best I have ever stayed at. Book with confidence you won't be disappointed. I will definately be going back! 10/10 Nothing everything was superb

The staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived. We had problems with the shower. As we were on the top floor the preasure of the water was very poor which meant the shower didn't work very well.
