You can hear people in next room but that can't be helped
staff very welcomeing nothing too much trouble advice on where to go for the day which led to us having a really interesting dayout going across the lake on the car ferry we were given a lovely card and bottle of champagne to celebrate our pearl anniversary which made it extra special breakfast freshly cooked and there was a lovely selection of fresh fruit and yoghurts would definately go back in summer
maybe a little longer for breakfast 9am until 10am
Easy access to room via garden. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly owners.
Bit of a trek into Bowness by foot. Card payment facility was broken. The free use of leisure centre is a bonus, but it was somewhat dated and in need of refurbishment.
All A ok with this b&b just the small shower room but for one night it was ok . The cleanliness was exceptional and the owners lovely .Will definatly be going again
Just the weather !!!!! Rain

Booked this accomodation after reading others reviews and was not disappointed. Lovely hosts very welcoming.
very warm welcome，fantastic room，due to we check in at 8：30， so cann't see outside window view，but we love fantastic bed，and traditional English breakfast， I would choose again if I come back.
