Score from 217 reviews Very good
Its proximity to the motorway and so made a long journey tolerable..
The inability to provide an iron and board
Good quality accommodation at a very competitive price. Good quality food in the restaurant and when we did have an issue it was dealt with very well.
Minor issue of no cooked breakfast on the Monday morning as new fans needed to be fitted in the kitchen. It was well publicised on arrival but not at the time of booking.
Instant coffee for breakfast - terrible!
Excellent location and breakfast.
Three big spiders in our hotel room.
from the time you arrive we found the staff most helpful. We would stay here again as this was our second visit in 12 months.
we couldn't think of anything.
This Inn is in an excellent location for visiting Reddich and the environs. A great clean room, helpful staff and delicious breakfast with prompt attention from staff. Highly recommended!
Hotel was nice , restaurant seem under staffed.
Breakfast should include croissants.
We travelled with a toddler, customer service is outstanding, good comfy beds and a nice breakfast
None I can think of
Restaurant next door
Nice comfy room ,good food vary good value
Need a mirror by the hairdryer
A exultant hotel, and great value for money.
A little far away from the town centre.
Superb cleanliness in well appointed rooms
Breakfast. Having to take your cup up to a station with tea bags, bowl of coffee and hot water flask is very poor
Location, nice pub adjacent, good value, well stocked bedroom (bottles of water a nice touch), clean room, very quiet.
TV very dated, Wi-Fi free but quite slow
The whole thing was an experience and it is the first time we have stayed at a Marstons Inn
Clean Comfortable Good value
The entrance fire door on the old farmhouse conversion right by my window. It was banging all night. It needs a closer.
What didn´t I like, thats the question. We stopped of here on a around trip of the UK and this was the best place we have stayed in.Definatly deserves 5 Stars.Thank you all. Peter and Bette
No complaints at all
modern and friendly
Room clean Good breakfast
Noise - despite asking for quiet room got one over the entrance - noise from people late at night (1am) and early morn (6am) did not give a good night sleep
The location just by the M42, but far enough away to feel 'in the country'. The resturant and meals were good.
Very small bathroom, with just enough room to turn around. The toilet location of by the door was not good.
Great price for a "rest" night to break up a long journey. All the facilities we needed Great communication, we requested a quiet room (as travelled with small baby) hotel obliged without question Fab location as on same grounds as a large pub/restaurant (but not a-joining, so don't worry about noise). Very clean
Breakfast between 7-9AM, would have preferred a later allocation considering check out wasn't until 11AM
Location-quiet, close to wedding, in the countryside Comfy, clean room
Great Price, very handy for where we were meeting friends
Our room (102) next to water heater / tank and was very noisy early in the morning when others started using their bathrooms
