Quiet and convenient to good restaurants.
Breakfast cost extra and it had to be eaten in room.
From the littlest thing thru thought of everything. Beautiful. Can't say enough about it xxxx thank you x
Very friendly staff. I liked the high standard of cleanliness of room & generous breakfast in. Very nice selection & convenient. We went to the Newmarket Night's event & it was nice to have a small snack when we got back.
The location on a busy main road. Hard to access if you miss it & need to turn around. Easy to do... Although the breakfast was lovely & nice idea to have it privately there is nowhere to eat it. We balanced things where we could & perched on the bed. Not very comfortable & for those less careful the lovely room could easily get smelly & messy very quickly. I thought it was quite expensive for a B & B given the facilities. I do like to eat my food at a table.
Well furnished, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Will stay again when in the area.
Quality of accommodation throughout, with excellent attention to detail. The continental-style breakfast supplies provided in our kitchenette/diner gave us freedom to get up when we wanted. Close to Park & Ride & major roads. Triple glazing in bedroom counteracted road noise.
Situated on A10 - a busy major road with fast moving traffic, but benefits of being near to Cambridge and Ely compensated.
The owners were welcoming and friendly. The room was immaculate and very clean. The bed was Goldilocks firm/soft/comfortable. The in-room breakfast basket was replenished every day. Strikes a beautiful balance between homely B&B and boutique hotel. Definitely recommend.
Nothing. The room almost soundproof and, at night, you couldn't hear the busy road at all. Perfect.
Close to Cambridge. Luxury rooms. Breakfast in bed. Friendly owners.
Close to road but close windows and use efficient air con.
Good location for Cambridge and surrounding area. A very comfortable and clean bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom with excellent shower and small useful kitchenette. Would highly recommend.
Ideal facilities, well organised in a compact space. Nice decor.
Close to a busy road. Double glazing helped with noise but wouldn't be able to sleep with windows open.
Lovely welcome The room was superb Everything you needed already thought about Helpful Yorkshire tea bags
Very friendly, clean and comfortable . Breakfast in bed is different but good . Good location for visiting Cambridge
Noisy road close by
Nice style, well equipped, comfortable bed, small kitchen
Everything just what we needed after a long drive
Perfect relaxing comfortable and convenient (Park and Ride, Jolly Brewers for supper) stay. Spotless modern accommodation with pleasant hosts.
Very nice place to stay ,near park and ride, nice pub in Milton Jolly Brewer for evening meal spacious en -suite. Would I stay again certainly but in a room at the back of the house
Although triple glazing in our room [front of house] solved road noise, The house is close to very busy road you could not have any windows open because of traffic noise, end result very hot bedroom.
Everything suited us.
The room was very comfortable and well appointed and we liked the breakfast which was plentiful and fresh. We thought Dave and Tracey were really friendly and helpful.
We liked it very much.
Beautifully decorated room with a kitchen area. It was only a few minutes drive from the park and ride which was really convenient to get into Cambridge. The continental breakfast was very good. The owner was very friendly.
The B& B is on a very busy road and can be noisy during the daytime. It was not so busy at night so did not disturb our sleep. Please take extra care when leaving the B&B as the traffic on the A10 is very fast.
Modern,clean facilities.Very comfortable.Highly recommended.
Everything was perfect, clean and well arranged room, daily provided continental breakfast was exceptional to say the least. Allowed to come and go as you pleased hosts were available if needed but enjoyed the freedom to enable us to feel relaxed at all times. Will be booking for next year with other family members, and will also be recommending the Meadow Farm to all family and friends. Tracey and Dave have a lovely place to be proud of
nothing to report on this front but if there was I would surly of mentioned it in my feedback
Ok so where to begin. When we arrived the friendliest man in the world came to welcome myself and my other half, and showed us the room (which was absolutely beautiful, decorated so uniquely and with quite a modern-traditional mix, and spotlessly clean) and he even took the time to get us a map of the local area and talk us through it! The bed...oh dear Lord. It was like the stuff dreams are made of; in fact on our second night we had snacks and a movie all lined up, but fell asleep around half ten with the tv and all the lights on for several hours because we were so comfy!! We were lovely and warm, the room was cleaned to perfection on day two while we were out, and there was a little fridge stocked with goodies and a basket of even more goodies on top (they even gave us Haribo and a Freddo! What more can you ask for ;) ) The bathroom was modern and clean and beautiful, with an amazingly powerful shower and a lovely bath, and a giant heated towel rail. We could have happily stayed ten more nights and still not wanted to leave...definitely recommend this beautiful little place to anyone looking for a luxurious yet homely getaway :) Thanks!! Becki and Ebenezer xx
The only slight drawback was that because the continental breakfast is already in the rooms (there is a basket of croissants, jam, chocolate spread, fruit, cereal, and crackers with a variety of cheese in the fridge and fresh milk for the cereal - oh and bread, a toaster, and coffee tea hot chocolate and a kettle!) I wasn't able to ask about maybe making an egg or something for my own breakfast - I have a lot of allergies so heartbreakingly wasn't able to eat anything already in the room (although my other half had a very exciting time devouring it all himself :p ) However I feel like this is probably my own fault for not being organised and working something out with them beforehand. Also the presence of the fridge meant I could put a few bits of my own in there, and I hear that most of the other rooms come with a kitchenette, so had that been ours (I was too late, they had already been booked!) I would have been fine. So if like me you're allergic to dairy, gluten, soya, MSG, and pretty much every tasty thing in life itself lol, make sure you have a chat with them first because they're absolutely lovely, and I'm sure will be really accommodating :)
The room was lovely and the bathroom fabulous. We liked the fact that we could have breakfast in our room. Would stay again if ever in the area.
There was nothing not to like; all great.
Very accommodating hosts, made us very welcome and arranged our taxis. If you were thinking of having two or three days visiting Cambridge this would be perfect as there was a small but well equipped kitchen. The bedroom was really comfortable and it has a modern shower room. It is immaculately presented.
As recent visitors to the area to watch the tour de france we had a very pleasant stay and a very warm welcome, the room was very clean and comfortable. The park and ride was just down the road for the city. So we have no complaints and we will be telling anyone who is going to Cambridge to stay here.
No complaints what so ever
Room nicely decorated, comfortable bed and lovely, large bathroom. Pulled table out from wall to eat breakfast.
Road noise made sleeping difficult, but helped closing bedroom windows and curtains. Bathroom on the back side of house allowed circulation of air with open windows.
