Good location. Food was to a very high standard. Friendly and attentative staff.

Excellent facilities. Excellent food. All staff very friendly and helpful. Good menu for breakfast and in restaurant. Good selection of beers in bar.

Night time noise from roof top extractor fan on main building was intrusive in my room, and faulty emergency light due to be fixed

The steakhouse restaurant was lovely, the food was excellent. location was perfect as Ironbridge a beautiful area. Friendly staff.

The room was dated. The bathroom flooded and is in desire need of refurbishment. The bar staff were friendly but not very organised in running restaurant and bar area at the same time.

Staff friendly & helpful, good breakfast and nice breakfast room - room clean and bedding very comfortable. Convenient location and nice garden area with direct access onto river with walk into Ironbridge avoiding the road.

Room direct onto noisy road makes it difficult to open windows in the heat. 'Novel' layout of room involved 180 degree flight of stairs to reach bathroom on floor above with low ceilings - worthy of mention for those who can't/don't want to negotiate stairs at night. Shower and bathroom a little old and tired...

I liked the staff and everything about our accomadation. Lovely area.

the location is beautiful.. its right along the river bank so if you want to sit out the back in the garden with a drink you may and look over the river. there is also a pathway that you have easy access to to walk along the river on a nice evening. the dinners are a nice fair sized portions, and the same goes for breakfast. the rooms all have dressing gowns in and tea making facilities. the manager himself gets involved in the day to day running and is friendly and ever so helpful with any questions/ queries. i would stay again, the location was very handy, although i definatly wouldnt stay in the same room. also there is loads of parking space, enough room for a larger vehicle to park if required !!

on arrival there is no such reception area so you walk into the bar to which we were left standing there for ten minutes feeling like lemons. the room we had (the ground floor apartment) was spacious although very low ceilings causing my 6 foot partner to hit his head on the toilet doorway. the toilet itself was very small with peeling paint and mould by the windowsill, small shower and no bath as requested. on our stay the lights tripped out causing the emergency lighting to be on all night long. on departure we were told that they were aware of this problem. (er maybe fix before guests stay??!!)

Everything about this Hotel was excellent. Food, room, facilities, all first class.

A couple of minor criticisms... The bathroom decor was beginning to show wsear & tear (E.G. dampness causing false ceiling supports to go rusty). Thought tv screen was quite small for size of room. A second comfy chair would have been nice..

The position was great. Food good if they still had it on the menu as ran out very quickly. Price was good for what you got.

Did not have a lot left on menu on the Sunday evening. Service to the table was very slow as there were not that many people in there.

Accommodation and food excellent value for money. Clean and comfortable. Parking outside the door.

Shower room very small, but shower ifself excellent. No coffee table to put cups on.

Very welcoming and friendly with owner being on duty when we checked in. Lovely room with all the facilities as described. Delicious food both in the evening and at both breakfasts. Ideal location for visiting Ironbridge.

Had booked as a surprise birthday treat for my boyfriend. Shame they didn't have a brochure for the accomodation which i could have put in his birthday card. No infornation regarding meal times in the room so had to ask.

Staff always very friendly, accommadation very good, seperate from steak house.

Changed management a few times over the last 12 months, now to improve on there service, to bring it back to a very very good steak house
