Location was great. Short walk into town. We stayed in the large flat which was great. Awesome breakfast and Mary was great.
Noisey floor boards above our room made it difficult to get to sleep when people walking around upstairs
The friendly hospitality of our landlady who made us feel welcome and made us a lovely breakfast.
Location very nearby Watts, the birthday venue we attended. Very walkable. Quiet. Comfortable large twin room. Good sleeping comfort. Mary made us very welcome. Large breakfast room, with choice of full Scottish breakfast or cereals, yoghurt, fruit etc.(Continental).
Nothing at all.
Comfortable room with a separate kitchen and lounge area. Very close to the centre of Cupar. The landlady is great, plenty of breakfast. Also has a lovely spaniel.
Had a really nice stay with Mary. She gave a warm greeting and makes you feel at home immediately. Room was very nice, comfy bed, quiet. Breakfast was also excellent. I recommend staying here.
The rooms were spacious, well-decorated and clean. Mary, the owner, was extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was also very tasty.
There was a fair amount of noise from upstairs and the room next door but thankfully this ceased around 11pm
Lovely breakfast. Quiet yet fairly central location. Plenty of room for parking. Spacious, comfortable and clean accommodation.
I was expecting the usual room with en-suite, and what I got was an entire apartment! The kitchen/living area was spacious and very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. The bathroom was new and luxurious. A tip-top accommodation really close to the centre of Cupar, yet very quiet and peaceful. Excellent breakfast and super landlady!
An excellent b&b in every respect.
Good location for a special visit for a meal at a restaurant in town. Excellent and friendly hospitality. Thank you
Pleasant welcome, excellent breakfast, good size room, great shower, close to tescos.
IT WAS EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN
Excellent breakfast. Short walk into Cupar.
Friendly and very helpful proprietor.
Cash only for payment.
Polite and pleasant host, good home cooked breakfast and space.
Poor quality build with noise from floor above. Unattractive view from window. Pricy for location and standard.
Location, easy access to train and buses. Excellent service by owner. Good hot breakfast cooked at the moment you seat at the table. The spacious suite is excellent if you travel with children or a group of friends.
Great value for money, good location behind Tesco, close to town centre. Very modern spacious bedroom, very quiet, breakfast in morning was superb. Mary was very nice and an excellent owner. Will definitely return next year.
Nothing at all.
Location but not charming (close to train station)
No reminder payment due, squeaky floor joists, remember to lock your door! Charmless house in a developer subdivision.
Friendly service, friendly, gentle dog Libby, good food, quiet location.
enjoyed the personal attention and hospitality. very beautiful site.
Everything was excellant
No lock on door.
Mary was excellent and couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect and very clean and we were made to feel very welcome great value for money
Nothing, I would stay there again tomorrow
Convenient location on quiet residential street very close to town centre. My son and I were well looked after throughout our stay and I would highly recommend this accommodation when visiting Fife.
Clean. Hostess personable and pleasant. Gave me a top-floor room as I requested a quiet room. My request for an early (6.45am)breakfast of fruit, yoghurt and toast was met (cereals were also offered)...
Clearly a family home first, B&B second - bed linen drying on banisters when I arrived... Tesco store within hearing distance (though not visible) and delivery pallets and doors were clanking at 2.00am... Instant coffee in room was from an opened jar (not sachets), teabags and sugar was in plastic drinks cups, coffee mate in an opened jar (no fresh milk) and no biscuits.... Instant coffee served at breakfast (for £50 for a single room I'd hoped for fresh coffee; most B&B's do that these days)... Margarine served at breakfast with no choice of butter should I prefer it...
