Mary the owner was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent.

Friendly and pleasant person running the b&b, good to talk with her. I also enjoyed walking around Cupar and doing some sightseeing in that part of Fife the next day.

Value for money Friendly Landlady

The beds were very comfortable. The room was large.

No locks on the bedroom doors. Could have used a table in the room for computer work. Also, bathrooms are large and could use a table for personal items.

We had a suite between two of us. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellant and Mary, the landlady was very pleasant. Would have no hesitation staying there again.

Everything was absolutely perfect here, from the warm and friendly welcome, to the well appointed and scrupulously clean room which was spacious (even including a selection of DVDs for clients). The hot drinks facilities in the room included fresh milk and there was no rationing of the tea, coffee and hot chocolate. As for the superb breakfast, there was an excellent selection of cereals and freshly cooked food which set me up for the day. My biggest surprise is how Mary does all of this for the price, I've certainly stayed in places where I've paid a lot more for a lot less and I would recommend Meadowside to anyone.

Home from home feeling. Made to feel very welcome and looked after. Was very helpful with my dietary needs and even bought in a special gluten free treat to go with my hot drink when I got in at the end of the day. I liked the fact that you are given fresh milk to make a drink with rather than the horrible long life you normally get in hotels.

The room was spacious, very clean with lots of amenities. The food was fantastic and Mary is an accomplished chef. I have not eaten a better and more varied full Scottish breakfast than hers. This was our third stay and we have already booked for December.

Lovely welcome from our host. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was first class with the opportunity to interact with other guests and the host. Situated away from the main road, so no traffic noise - but not too far from the beaten track. Absolutely perfect for our purpose - would definitely recommend.

An extremely friendly welcome from Mary. My room, on the ground floor, was very clean, modern decor & comfortable. Had a very well cooked breakfast which set me up for the day. I only stayed one night but would definately return & for longer. Excellent value for money.

Meadowside was clean and bright with modern furniture and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the owner extremely pleasant and helpful, offering good suggestions for places to visit and eat.

Not much sound proofing which is only to be expected for a newish property whith laminate flooring.
